The property requires a $50.00 cash deposit that would be refunded in the morning. The staff was nice when checking in. Was told there was wifi and given password. When I couldn't get on went back to the office was told there was no wifi. No breakfast. Had to wait until 8.30 am to get deposit back. Was told that someone was in the office at all times.

The WIFI wasn't working and there were 3 of us and the room only had one towel. You would think that they could see our reservation and at least get that straignt.

This place is in a bad location, and Expedia's description of it is inaccurate. There is no wifi, and they advertise free breakfast, but all there is is a broken coffee machine near reception. They change the door card codes every night, dogs are allowed and they is a lot of uncleaned poop

Not really clean and had bugs, Internet didn't work.

The area that this motel is in is one of the worst. The room was barely passable for cleanliness. The TV didn't work and when I called the front desk(no phone in the room) I was told the maintenance man wouldn't be there til the next morning. I was only staying the night. But yet, charged full price. I was also charged a deposit. That was not included on the website. I booked a queen smoking room only to find out I was not allowed to smoke in the room. Whole reason I book Motel 6. I WILL NOT return to this Motel 6.

The smoke detector was off the wall and without a battery. The stench from the rooms was horrible. The towels were stained. Probably signs of mold in the bathroom. TV had to be unplugged in order to shut it off.

We have several roaches. Microwave didn’t work. We only got two towels for 5 people. Tv didn’t work. It was dusty and bed sheets were stained. We didnt have a trash can. Curtains were broken and didn’t close all the way.

My socks were black from the tile floor. My sheets were stained, hair on the toilet seat, dirty mirror, a broken lock on the main door, and druggies walking around all night, Horrible place.

The hotel its dirty end has cocarachas also smell so bad

The room was deplorable. No smoke detector, broken dressers, a strong chemical smell, sheets were dirty, pillow cases were dirty, there were roaches in the room.

Sheets was dirty no tissue or towels everything was dirty they hirer local junkies to clean

Front desk staff should know not to say room numbers out loud, especially when other guests are nearby. Normally they write it on the little card envelope, but this place didn't even have those little envelopes. I thought "Studio 6" was a nicer version of Motel 6, but it was in much worse condition than most Motel 6 locations, with the addition of a scary little kitchen. I would be happy to have a clean, renovated Motel 6 single room with fridge and microwave instead of this whole separate room for an oversized kitchen. This was by far the most raggedy Motel 6 I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in many...most are clean and modernized.) This one was just gross. Tub stained, all surfaces scraped up. Also no spare toilet paper roll. I couldn't stand it for all night so I left around 1 am.

There was bugs, when we told the man at the front he just said sorry. TV didn't work, none of the outlets to plug our phones in worked and the floors were completely filthy our feet turned black. I would like a refund because this is NOT the experience they listed.

Bath tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned; tap dripped constantly (in a place with little water!). Bed sheets and towels were worn and/or stained.

It was cheap. The bed was very comfortable. There was a kitchenette. There was only one chair but it was comfortable. TV had problems. the batteries on the remote were almost dead and then it said the cable signal was too weak. But the main thing that was bad about this experience was that the card key did not work. It took a long time for someone to come help me and he couldn't make it work either. he eventually came back and replaced the lock mechanism. But only after being reminded..

Didn’t realize it was right next to a police station so sirens were noisy. Refrigerator was dirty and covers had burn holes even though it’s no smoking inside. The room was pretty decent and spacious .

Very strong chemical disinfectant smell in the room. The so called A/C unit turned on and off every few minutes. It was so loud it made sleep impossible. The TV did not work. Also, the refrigerator smelled like mildew and also did not work.. I would strongly not recommend this as a place to stay. Better off sleeping in your car.

Very noisy. Police, fire department and ambulance blazing their sirens throughout the day & night. Door needed to be repaired & the kitchen was a joke

To be fair, we went to Vegas for the AC/DC concert, and all of the hotels had jacked their prices way up so this room was the only one less than $200 a night and no one bothered us at all. But the area was questionable. The room only had one working light, beside the bed, so maybe it was hard to see the surfaces that needed to be cleaned. The sheets on the bed were clean, you could smell that they were clean. There was no shampoo and only bar soap. So bring your own supplies. It served its purpose and we had a great time and nothing bad happened. But we will plan better next time. PS the hotel was busy and full and had no vacancies.

Checking in was easy with a very friendly person. The room was a bit disappointing. Not all light switches worked, and there was a stank pervading the room upon entry: On a very chilly day, the very noisy air conditioner was on when I entered the room. That may have been the source of the smell, so leaving it off for a couple of days did improve the air quality. The television, shower, and bed were OK., but the surrounding area was noisy with traffic and sirens, and other customers hung out outside their rooms to smoke and socialize. This was definitely a 'one and done' for me, particularly because it was not that inexpensive a stay.

Only issue was the TV didn't work, however they did give me a refund of $30 ($15 per day for 2 days) but other than that everything was fine so Great customer service and I will rebook at that hotel for that very reason ! ! !

There was plenty of parking space during my time but the environment you’re in is extremely sketch. The man working the counter did his job as best as he could. I was given room 216 initially and that room was suppose to be a smoke free room, but the guest previously who stayed there smoked in the room and the room smelt like cigarettes it was horrible. There was ashes on the headboard, burn holes in the blankets, and knife slits as well, so I’m not entirely sure if my room was cleaned prior to my stay other than the trash being taken out and the bed being made. I was laying on my bed taking everything in and the room cleaners were trying to come in to clean I suppose. I had to go to the front desk and request for a different room of equal value of some sorts and I was able to be relocated to room 206 which was way better and it did not smell like cigarettes. I am very thankful for the gentleman who at the front desk he was so accommodating for the poor initial room.

Room unclean when checking in. Try to rent to another couple, while rented to us. Took a long time to clean the next day. Plus no one listened to us or told others working there. Love the staff...very friendly. Just no organization. At the end they did get our room clean. Not sure i would put this hotel on my hotel list.

The management and cleaning service was great. Just let the office know what you need and they’ll get it done for you right away. The beds are comfortable, there is free WiFi and the rooms are clean and non smoking. Super happy with this hotel and highly recommend.

My spouse & I booked 3 nights, checked in at 3pm on the 1st day. There was no one in the office when we went in, some man opened the office door in street clothes with a gun on his hip asking if we needed help. This man turned out to be the owners husband that also works "security" I suppose. We finally got checked in & headed to our room. It was filthy. The floors looked like they hadnt been swept, nothing had been wiped down, no trashbagsfor the 1 trashcan, no coffee cups or coffee, the door was broken to the room, the blinds were broken, & the kitchenette area was dirty. There was NO wifi at the hotel property & my spouse & I work remotely so we have to have it when we travel. There was also no free breakfast in the mornings. Because of all of this, my spouse contacted expedia, who were great about this matter, & they resolved it on their end & we were able to get 2 nights refunded by the hotel & we were going to check out a day early. We started packing at 10am, about 10:50am the housekeeper knocked & my spouse answered the door, told her we\'d be out in a few minutes & closed the door. Mind you this door is broken! I also had emergency surgery the night before & I wasn\'t clothed when she knocked. She told the owners husband that my spouse slammed the door in her face & "security" came, kicked in our door, pulled his gun out, started threatening us, & I caught this all on video. 15 minutes of us getting threatened with guns & yelled/cussed at. DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT SAFE!

Front desk had the personality of a rock. She seemed to be inconvenienced by people checking in. The room itself wasnt awful given the area its in. Did feel more like people lived here and/or used it like an hourly. Tried to check out at 6am amd there was nobody to be found. Tried calling the number posted repeatedly with no answer. I had to leave so i put the room key behind the glass partition. Tried continuously for hours with no answer. Eventually had to get corporate on the phone in order to get checked out. Same girl that checked us in hung up on corporate.

At check in, I called the cell phone of the front desk receptionist because it was late and a note was left that they were out on the property. They said they would be there in five minutes. After 10 I called again. They actually ran a personal errand. Waited another 10 for them to arrive. Leaving a car full of women and a crying baby in the parking lot waiting after midnight. Unsafe environment and no professionalism.

Great place if wanting near strip but not on the strip

It’s in a bad area. Nothing like the pictures online. One person on staff and was out side on the phone constantly handing off stuff to people driving in and out of the parking lot. Room was dirty and needs major repairs.

If you need some where cheap with cool deposit and you trying to be close to Fremont this motel work you. The police do patrol the area

Comfortable. Small exciting kitchenette with great rain shower head with option of tub. Had ice premade in freezér, very convenient as had not gone shopping yet. You can walk to the grocery store and gas stations. Non-smoking room, smoking was enjoyable outside door. Decent scenery.

I like the fact that the rooms come with refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig for making coffee.

I LIKE THE BEDS . IN THERE PAGE SAID MICROWAVE AVAILABLE BUT THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE AND COFFEE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. NO SHAMPOO AT ALL.

Some unnecessarily harsh reviews of this hotel. It is a very budget friendly and while pretty bare bones- the room was clean. Considering the price- the fact it had a microwave, small fridge and coffee machine was a huge plus. Don’t expect too much in terms of towels- but the bed linens were clean. It is a bit run down outside and the neighborhood is rough. Not frequented a lot by tourists but rather people needing a roof over their head for a short while.
