clean, no bar, just fridge, and coffee maker.

The hot tub was not working , the slot machines were down 1.5 days we were there , but other than that the area is beautiful

Rooms were clean, housekeeping by accident skipped our room for bed makeup and towels so we ran down to get more coffee. Chairs were dirty so we put towels down to sit on them. Price was right

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delay in addressing our maintenance request. We have been waiting for almost two hours for someone to unclog the toilets. This delay is preventing us from using both the toilet and the shower, and we have remained in the room to ensure we are present when the service team arrives. While we spoke to the front desk regarding this matter, they were unable to provide us with an estimated time of arrival.

The room was great, we arrived early and they wouldn't get us our room early, or they said "we will try" and it never happened.
