Some water drainage issues in parking lot.

Room was very noisy, AC unit made strange noises all night, mini refridge sounded horrible all night long, had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast is very minimal, very little things to choose from. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were small.

Room was clean and smelled very good! Staff was very friendly. Our tub was backed up. We mentioned it to staff but it was not resolved. On the last night (before having to drive 9 hrs home) the heater in the window started making horrible noises and unfortunately kept waking me up. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.

Réception and Room very clean. The bed was really confortable. Room had big fridg and microwave. Staff was pleasant. The bagels at breakfast were really fresh like out of the oven. Very nice stay!

Poor snow removal both in the parking lot and the sidewalks, they said my room number out loud at check-in, my key stopped working an hour before checkout, and the key packet they gave me was all ripped and wrinkled so I knew it had been issued before.
