Quality Inn & Suites Watertown Fort Drum

This hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved it.

The room was clean, the staff are super friendly. The first time I stayed I was impressed along with the second time. This will be my go to hotel anytime I’m in town. I didn’t try the breakfast as I’m not a huge breakfast person, but they had eggs, sausage and waffles, so all good options. My only negative is tv options, as I like to lay in bed and watch tv at night and there was no options to login to my streaming services and the channel options were limited. Other than that I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Hotel was OK. Clean enough, just very minimal and basic. It also has no elevator but two floors, so be aware of that if you have a lot of luggage. We asked to change to the first floor but were told the type of room we had (King with sofa?) was different than the rooms on the first floor - I am not sure of that. It just looked so outdated and unfinished. The toilet was small, of center and low to the ground. Bed was uncomfortable and on a very small and loud frame - the top Of the bed was also almost at an angle once you laid down. The TV was also outdated and not a smart tv. The floors were also weirdly uneven? Like there were parts that dipped in…
