Good parking for boar, easy access. Needed some bread at breakfast

No elevator.. be careful before you book.. face lot of in convenience with a baby and a toddler… breakfast was very minimal…

No elevator! Not good

Our room had an air conditioner but it didn’t dehumidify the room. The pocket door was so sticky it was impossible to close, and it was the bathroom door! There was a dripping shower head that caused a huge puddle on the floor. The hairdryer came out of the wall when we tried to use it, as well as the toilet paper holder. the toilet is installed crooked and when you sat on it it moved/wiggled about an inch. There were “filled” holes everywhere, and they were done poorly. Very unprofessionally done!! The lady at the front desk at check in was super!!! Breakfast room was a mess, cereal all over the floor, the juice was watered down. The ice machine was broken.

Overall a wonderful stay! Just wish the parking lot was a bit more cleared of snow, to see the parking spaces out front

As many other reviewers said, the property needs renovation… not much of a trouble for us but not having elevators to the 2nd floor might be a problem for seniors with luggage. Clean rooms and definitely value for money. Location is too empty and not conveniently locataed.

It wasn’t bad, the toilet kept running and the hotel is only two floors so no elevator.

We are an older couple and had an uneventful one night stay at this Quality Inn, near Watertown. There was nothing extraordinary. We checked in quickly, were directed to our room. It is a two-storey facility not particularly new, and beginning to show signs of wear. There is no elevator, which would have been helpful, given our age and relative mobility. Our room had two queen sized beds, and best described as adequate. The walls are nearly bare of any decoration, and the overall "color theme" is dull monochromatic. Room was badly in need of something colorful and eye catching. Stark is perhaps too strong a word, but the room was certainly lacking in anything close to charm, character, decor or a homey feeling. Despite the fact that it was a 2 Queen sized bed unit, the bathroom was tiny, with one sink. Not the end of the world, but also not convenient for use by two people simultaneously. The Continental Breakfast was also "adequate", and nearly identical to any other chain hotel you've ever stayed at. Again, nothing special, or out of the ordinary, with all of the predictable items. There was a good supply, and the wait staff person was meticulous about making sure that things were replaced speedily. They have a waffle machine and hot sausage patties, accompanied by some soft round yellow things, that may be related to an egg. A distant cousin perhaps. Not a bad place by any means, but nothing to rave about. Fine for one night. Only fast food nearby.

Staying at this location wa pleasant and convenient. My only frustration was that the one ice machine was not working. As I am a consistent ice water drinker, I was disappointed but glad that a Walmart was so close & I could buy a bag there - only to of Claire have half or more of it melt, as there was no way to keep what I wasn’t using frozen. A small inconvenience, but one nonetheless.

Average all around. Basic, fairly clean, could be a little cleaner. No pool or hot tub or anything like that. Older TVs. Decent for what we needed it for!

Waited 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to finally come, even called multiple times with no answer, the room was also dirty, there was sand in the bed and the floor had sticky spots all over it

The room was not clean. The bathroom was old and outdated, the sheets had stain on them.

While seemingly “clean”… the property is outdated. A friend in our party had a hole in their sink. It’s a noisy hotel meaning you hear every sound from surrounding rooms. The carpet feels a little icky & the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke despite us requesting non-smoking. While the room was extremely affordable, I would not spend more than $40-50/night to stay here.

Wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom was very old and dirty. Cobwebs everywhere and the blind was broken.

I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the Choice Hotel brand over the years, and this stay was no exception. The front desk staff lacked friendliness, making check-in feel unwelcoming. While the room itself was relatively clean, we were unpleasantly surprised to find mold in the corners of the shower. We ultimately had to request a different room, which was an inconvenience we hadn’t expected. That shower too had mold in the corners. The furniture in the room was worn and chipped. It’s unfortunate to see this brand’s standards slipping, and I hope they take steps to improve both cleanliness and customer service in the future. Let me know if you’d like any other changes!

Check in was great the owner checked us in and was very friendly. The room was clean with no foreign smells. As we settled in for the night an insect landed on my shoulder and was quickly brushed off. I noted it was a cockroach. I used the bathroom at that time to dispose of the insect to notice several others in the washroom. It made for a very unpleasant stay. In the morning at check out I advised the clerk of the pest issue and she said she was sorry but did not seem surprised or did not mention she would call someone to remedy the situation. I will not stay here again.

Check in was very quick and easy. Front lobby was clean, smelled great. Get to room, saw 3 roaches in the first 2 minutes. Also saw a roach in the hall. They did change us with no hesitation to another room with no further issues. Breakfast was egg patties and sausage patties....no toaster and no bread.

It doesn't matter where the room is, as a customer one need cleanliness but once entered and saw bugs after some time. And mentioned this next morning, guess the answer from receptionist, "this must be because of the weather and little moisture as its on ground level". In next morning alao found another one.

The walls are very thin. We were on the 1st floor and we could hear the guests above us everytime they walked around. Also the breakfast was not very good. There was not much of a choice. There was no coffee in the machine and we had to wait for fresh coffee to be made in the coffee pot.

You can literally hear everything the person in the room above you or next to you is doing. Constant banging and jumping around, and even all the cars and motorcycles outside were extremely loud.

Was set up under a staircase had to hear stomping on the stairs practically all through our stay there and it sounded like elephants walking above us, if we stay there again it will be a end of the building room away from staircases

It was spacious and comfortable for a standard room. Simple and efficient!

The rooms were really spacious and clean. Front desk staff were really friendly.

They didn't have a luggage cart so we had to make 2 trips to the car. Wifi was horrible. Kept cutting out every 2 minutes. Bed and pillows were too soft. Didn't get any sleep. Breakfast was tasteless eggs and sausage patties. No toaster or bread products. No water pressure in the shower due to a calcium buildup in the shower head. Fridge had a huge build up of ice so nothing stayed cold. Can't see going back.

The hotel is spotless. I would have given it a 5 star except the check in was not informative or friendly. After the check in I didn’t see another person at the front desk until I checked out 4 days later.

Pleasant front office staff. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Management assisted when we had no heat. Switched us to a new room. Very friendly stay, everyone was pleasant to deal with. Beautiful building.

I checked in early evening and not only was no one at the front desk, but when she did come out after several minutes of the phone ringing, there was no greeting or apology, and the matter-of-fact way she completed my check in lead me to believe I was bothering her. The room was sufficient so that was a bonus.

We were giving a room not cleaned. When going down to the lobby. Front desk person looked like I bothered her. She was on the phone with friends. We get another room with 2 beds when we wanted a king. My husband and I had to sleep in different beds. The second day the keys didn’t work. The front person was cranky when I asked to get keys that work. The cleaners were on the phone during the whole time they were cleaning. Whenever we walked by they looked at us as we were bothering them

Great place if your shopping in watertown , and want a bit quieter not far from watertown quick 2 exits on 81.

Great location! Super easy to get to Sackets Harbor.

It was good value straight off HWY 81 near Fort Drum, an easy drive to Watertown for shopping.

Hotel was east to get to and relatively close to good roads. Probably my fault for choosing a hotel based on price rather than location but it was located farther away from 1000 Island activities than I anticipated. It is very close to Fort Drum if that were your destination.

Six minutes from Evans Mills Raceway Park, 20 Minutes from Can Am Speedway and 3 minutes from Ft. Drum. Plenty of dining and shopping options near by.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Not within walking distance of much.

Walking distance to Walmart and a few fast food restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet.

Very convenient location. Walmart, fast food restaurants within walking distance. Easy access and very quiet for being so close to all the things available at this intersection.

Our room was, I believe, THE closest room to the intersection that the hotel sits at. The road next to the hotel has a lot of truck traffic so it was very noisy all night long as trucks stopped at the light and then accelerated away. Other rooms probably did not have this problem.

I was surprised that the free breakfast did not include bread/toast. They serve eggs and sausage, however no bread/toast. When i asked the person at the desk he said "We don't do bread". Why bother with the free breakfast then?

Convenient and clean facility. Breakfast options are very minimal.

Everything is ok. Breakfast is very very poor. I stayed in other Quality inn w of times earlier but this is worst.

Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, all they had was egg and sausage rounds. The waffle maker was broken. No toast etc. Other than that it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Pillows were very hard.

The breakfast was the only thing that was disappointing. No bread items what so ever for making toast. I’m a toast and coffee person so this was a let down.

Stayed two nights and although they gave new towels, they do not make the bed for the second night. Also, breakfast is included but the coffee was horrible, there was zero bread products - the only thing was an egg patty and sausage patty, and a waffle machine, then two types of cereal and juice. Very minimal. Not what I expected. Overall though, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I would stay here again if the price is good, as it is definitely a no frills hotel.

They had your basic continental breakfast, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit and yogurt. However, there was no bread or bagels.

The breakfast bar was very limited... and the waffle machine was turned off so the options I had was a yogurt which was ok... They had muffins (Bannana only option) were nasty. And they had what looked liked pancake styled egg and sausage, My wife had those and said they were very bland. the apple juice was very bland too almost tastes like flavored water. And that was it.
