We had an early flight to make, so we didn't take advantage of the hotel breakfast, even though it was available. The hotel shuttle and extended parking were easy to arrange with the staff at check-in. The return airport shuttle was also prompt, even when our return flight was delayed to sometime around midnight. Room was comfortable enough.

Very convenient to the airport and interstate 90 to Niagara Falls (my actual destination). I liked that the room HVAC had a 'constant fan' option. The bed seems comfortable and the room/bathroom are roomy. The hot tub was out of order; the treadmill was out of order. There are free weights and a stationary bike. There is no pool (that didn't matter to me, but the kids in the next room were disappointed). Dining is not in the control of the hotel, but honestly, there's almost no where to eat around here.

This location has no pool, so it looks like the kids get in the hot tub, (soup de jour: ode de child), and it was not hot - it was cooling bath water about 90 degrees, and lots of stuff floating in it. The rooms were ok, the ac did not have a thermostat, so it didn't brown out and ran quiet all night. Other than that one detail, the sleep inn in Amherst is way nicer, cleaner, and the kids don't get in the hot tub, so it's clean and hot. .

The hotel is maybe five minutes from the airport. So the shuttle driver was there pretty much immediately, which was awesome. The breakfast was great! Lots of choices and it starts at 4:30 AM, which is perfect if you have an early flight. I really like the shower, the water pressure was perfect! If you like beds that sink when you fall into them then this is great! If you plan on bringing your family or a romantic partner, then I’d probably choose a different hotel. This hotel is really good and I would stay at it again if I was traveling alone. They have a really good restaurant within walking distance called Wingnutz. $1 wings on Mondays! All in all it’s a great hotel for a good price. The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I’d give it a 7 out of 10. I went for a hockey game and my Lyft ride to downtown was $21. They also have public transportation that cost between $2 and $5 The only reason I didn’t use it was because it was too confusing to figure out the schedule and where to go for bus stops and rail stops.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There was mold on the washroom ceiling, mold in the windows. Me and two other friends rented a suite for 1 night. There were stains on the office chair and stains on one of the bed sheets. I told customer service when I checked out and she didn’t do anything about it, not even an apology. She asked if I called the front desk, I did not. We didn’t notice these issues until we returned at 11pm and I was told that suites were sold out when I called the morning of the 24th, so I figured we would not be able to get another room with 3 beds. Breakfast was fine and all appliances were working but when I’m renting a hotel room I would expect that it would be mold-free before our stay. I have contacted management, and I’m awaiting a response.

Property is quite dirty, carpet is very dirty in hallways and room was not the best smelling guestroom. it smelt like someone had been smoking a pipe for days. the refrigerator had a jug of milk that was not open but the smell of the fridge was toxic. not sure when housekeeping looked in the fridge but we had to remove the jug of milk to put our left over dinner and it was unbearable. the beds are ok, but one was very flat and hard and so low and if you laid too close to edge the mattress would fold. i dont think Iu will be returning back to this proeprty unless it is in better shape to be cleaned and new mattresses. I would sincerely like to speak to a manager or have someone call me as our night was not a good sleep because of the smell, the matress kept caving in and the smell from the fridge was awful. The bathroom was really disgusting. This is my second time at this hotel having a nasty bathroom. Also sheets had false eyelashes on them when we pulled blanket up. Floor was not swept and mopped. Whole floor smelled like marijuana. Breakfast and location was decent.

Ciuld clean room better i walked on to an unclean room toilets dirty and towels used one bed was broken bathroom-sink kept clogging Not a good look i wouldn't recommend.Thank gosh i always have my sleeping bag in my car and my own towels i did get moved to another room but thats where the sink kept cloggong and a broken bed.The first room was just nasty. .

The room was in very poor condition. There appeared to be black mold in the shower, and several tiles were coming loose. The shower head was broken, causing water to run down the wall and shower caddy. Adjusting the shower head only made things worse, as it would spray water through the shower door and onto the bathroom floor — there was no practical way to direct it properly. The sink drain was clogged and took a long time to empty. Thick dust had accumulated on most fixtures and curtains, suggesting the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in quite some time. The curtain rods were barely attached to the wall, hanging on by a single small screw, and felt like they could fall off with minimal effort. There was visible dust and debris in the window tracks, and what looked like mold. We also noticed dark stains on the bed sheets. The mini fridge had standing water at the bottom, which was concerning. The hallways were equally unkempt — dark, dirty, and filled with a strong smell of propane. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here. This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms we’ve ever encountered.

The bathroom was clean. The 2nd floor hallway was very dirty. Scrap plastic wrappers and visible dust/dirt on either side of each doorway. It really looked like they hadn’t run a vacuum in weeks (months?). They’ve replaced the carpets with grey-brown vinyl flooring in the rooms. Great color for hiding dirt. When an earring rolled under the bed, I found an unacceptable layer of dust! I will never stay there again.

The included Breakfast was good with plenty of food options. Bed mattress was too soft. The room was spacious and flooring looked newly installed. The bathroom tile, caulking and grout showed wear and tear and needed updating. Internet access was good. The lamps didn’t have any USB ports for charging. The elevator was not working on our arrival but was back in service the next day. The hall carpets and lighting were dark and need updating. Overall our stay was ok but would be better with some updates to brighten up the place.

I wanted to rate this higher because the staff was amazing and it fit our needs of being close to the airport for an early morning flight but it was so noisy due to paper thin walls - you could hear everything inside and outside. Luckily we had a white noise app on our phone that made it better.

The room was a little beat up looking - drawer couldn’t close on dresser, sliding door on bathroom was missing paint, picture hangers with no picture. However, the room was spacious and clean, spare sheets for foldout couch were already in the room and I love having the sink outside the toilet. The setup was perfect for my big family to get ready all at the same time. I was surprised how few flights came right over the hotel, despite its proximity to the runway - maybe 3 planes prior to 9:30am. Breakfast was yummy and well-tended, which was nice considering it went from 4:30-9:30am.

The price was great. But the receptionist was no help in getting the van to come pick me up at the door where the airport attendant left me in my wheelchair. The van driverhowever was great sfter I drug myself, bag, carryon , purse, cane and wheelchair the 200 ft to pick up. The room was clean, but the paint was chipped going into the shower area.and the bottom of the toilet needs repair.

Sam at front desk was very kind & professional! The shuttle driver was very kind and sweet to us! He took us to a Greek restaurant near by and offered to pick up us, the snow was very heavy, we were very grateful for that!

I didn’t like the fact that my room had no key hole so I could not see who was at my door. It was stuff with something. I also found the front desk staff could have paid more attention to customers. I had a problem with my key and when I went to front desk no one was there. She was in the backroom FaceTiming with someone. She came to the front, phone in hand and asked me what I wanted. I told her my key doesn’t work and she asked the room number and reprogrammed it and gave it to me. Never asked my name just gave me the key to the room # I said. Being there by myself, that concerned me. I went back to 3rd floor and key still didn’t work. Went back down to desk and again no one was there. After a couple minutes the receptionist came from around the corner and pointed at me. I said key still not working and again with phone in hand she have me a new key to the room number I gave her. Never asking my name again. I felt like I was interrupting her and her phone call. Next day went to checkout and no one was at the desk again so I just left my key and left.

The Sleep inn at the airport is our go to hotel everything we visit Buffalo (we have family in the area), and we usually have a wonderful stay. However, this experience was not the best. The one person at check in, Philip, was super nice, however, Brady was rude and needs customer service training. After a looooong travel day the last thing anyone wants deal with is someone who doesn’t know how to properly engage with customers.

Although the hotel is right across the airport, the noise is very minimal and tolerable. The room is very spacious and bathroom as well. But needs more attention to detail in cleaning like AC has pieces of sausage patty in the ac vent. The down comforter layer has no duvet cover so stains are showing that looks like dirt streaks. There’s a flat sheet blanket underneath which is clean. There’s only 1 trash small bin in the room but none in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly! Free breakfast with good selection of food! Lots of parking. Close to many restaurants, shops, gas station, grocery store. Walden Mall is 10mins away and great mall. Many places to see and short distance drive. Will recommend and will come back to stay when in Buffalo!

The place was sufficient for an overnight stay before a 6 am flight. They had a 4:30 breakfast time, which we couldn’t make because we left before it. Everything is compact - I wouldn’t stay there for my full vacation, but was fine for a night. It was nice and quiet and super crazy close to airport.

The entire state was a nightmare. The room was dirty. The power kept going out. The police were busting someone on the hallway. The staff was unhelpful. I'm not a complainer, we just needed a place to sleep, but this was just shocking.

The beds were comfy. I liked all the little notes of better sleep suggestions, calming music apps, etc. I really liked their bathroom remodel, it opened up the room significantly. I wish they'd get a dish washing machine and have breakfast served on real plates and mugs, the breakfast creates so much single use plastic and Styrofoam trash. That would be so much more environmentally friendly and create another part time job.

My room was fine. But the place needed to be vacuumed. The staff was rather noisy at 8a.m. In the hallways. Some people could still be sleeping. The Breakfast was AWFUL. Why do they even bother?? Cold crumbled eggs, little coffee was left. I know it’s free, so I walked away.

The hotel is maybe five minutes from the airport. So the shuttle driver was there pretty much immediately, which was awesome. The breakfast was great! Lots of choices and it starts at 4:30 AM, which is perfect if you have an early flight. I really like the shower, the water pressure was perfect! If you like beds that sink when you fall into them then this is great! If you plan on bringing your family or a romantic partner, then I’d probably choose a different hotel. This hotel is really good and I would stay at it again if I was traveling alone. They have a really good restaurant within walking distance called Wingnutz. $1 wings on Mondays! All in all it’s a great hotel for a good price. The front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I’d give it a 7 out of 10. I went for a hockey game and my Lyft ride to downtown was $21. They also have public transportation that cost between $2 and $5 The only reason I didn’t use it was because it was too confusing to figure out the schedule and where to go for bus stops and rail stops.

Filthy! My comforter had hair, mold, and a red stain. My towels had mold stains. My room was infested with spiders. There was gross stuff oozing out of the wall behind the toilet. When you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a jet engine. Could hear everyone flushing toilets. To get in the outside door, I had to insert my card 7-8 times. To get in my room, I had to keep swiping 7-8 times, so did people across the hall. The hall outside my room reeked of marijuana covered by overpowering air freshener. And it was over $300 a night to stay here. Totally unacceptable! Do not stay here!

You should pass unless you’re desperate. We paid an ungodly high price due to flying in to Buffalo the weekend of a Bills game. Not our choice but everything was full. It’s a dump and the breakfast was mediocre.
