This place needs some serious maintenance. The bathroom fan did not work and the faucet leaked. The baseboards were crumbling. Worst of all, we heard rats squeaking loudly behind the walls at night. This is a Hilton property…what has happened to their brand?

Great spot for my business travel. Good access to Tarrytown train station to get to NYC. Rooms are clean, ample parking, great staff.

Looks like the place doesn’t have housekeepers. We had what looked like pee on the back of the window curtain, a mountain of dust on a handle in the bathroom, the lamp shades are falling apart and dusty, and the sink and bathtub constantly dripped, at one point creating a puddle on the floor in front of the sink.

I never have this problem with any hotel I stay but this is terrible , when we was there they not even replace the towels , plus not even make the bed if I know is this hotel like that , I’ll never can stay there , I when all day out and when we come is the same the room , no clean , no towels, and I call to the front desk and they told me if I want the service I need to let them know ; never happen bf and no one told me , if I know it was like that is better stay home and make my own bed , not even when I was stay in motel never happen they very take care every single day , I was think Hilton is the same Marriott or other hotel, but I really disappoint how the services not take care not even the manager respond to me
