L’agencement de la chambre était mauvais, impossible de regarder la tv correctement, car mal disposé. Chambre très petite. A vrai dire, je m’attendais à mieux. Petit déjeuner n’était pas compris dans le prix, mais était bon et avec agréable service.

The outstanding customer service at the Fishkill Marriott blew me away. My first mistake was booking a on a third party app (ahem) that is known for long wait times followed by poor customer service. Immediately after booking I noticed that I had accidentally entered the wrong date for my nonrefundable room. My heart sank at the thought of dealing with third party and potential headache and fees. Fortunately I thought to call the hotel directly and the receptionist promptly and kindly resolved the booking error with no questions asked. After a restful night, we drove several states away to bring my kid to college. While unpacking his dorm essentials, I had the realization that I had left my special good pillow behind in Fishkill. When I called the hotel, the head manager answered the phone directly. He put me on hold for a bit, tracked down the pillow and stored it in his office until I passed back through town almost a week later. Service like this is what makes an already great stay feel exceptional.

Hotel under construction, pool closed, breakfast not included/nonexistent, toilets absolute worst. Don't flush anything down. Would clog after my girls would pee. Had mentioned this issue a half dozen times. One of which while we were leaving for the day. To have someone look at it while we were gone. To come back and it be in the same Condition as we left it. From main lobby closed down. Not recommended at all.
