We had stayed at this hotel more than five years ago, but had stopped as its condition had deteriorated. However, we had read that they had recently renovated so we decided to try staying there again. The check-in was fast and easy. Unfortunately, the first room we were given hadn't been cleaned yet (it was 5 pm) so we were reassigned an equivalent room. That room was clean and comfortable. The bed was actually very comfortable with what appeared to be a new mattress. The TV entertainment was good with some free streaming apps. The bathroom was clean and the shower water was hot with good pressure. Given the low cost, this hotel offers the best value in the area for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Good value for money. Room was pretty clean, but the bathroom was kinda gross and could use a remodel. But staff was very friendly. There’s loads of parking. And it’s walking distance from a Gas station that has an EV charger, Dunkin Donuts, and other stuff for convenience. It’s also close to other things if you’re ok with driving a few minutes. If you need something cheap, but decent, this is a great option.

We are happy to report that Super 8 has been updating its rooms and the stays here are comfortable. Although they discontinued the pretty good breakfast that they used to provide without prior notice, the value is still good given the cost of other comparable hotels. We will likely stay there next time we are in the area.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and housekeeping and staff were very attentive, which I appreciated. There was also ample parking available, which was very convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options. The coffee/drink machine was out of order the entire time, and the selection was quite limited. It would be great if the hotel could ensure that all machines are in working order and perhaps expand the breakfast menu to offer more variety. This would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel while we were trying to check in late at night with our pet dog. The hotel staff refused to let us in and promptly canceled our prepaid reservation done thru Expedia. The reason given to us was that no pets are allowed due to a recent change in hotel policy, although when I booked through Expedia, there it clearly stated that this is a pet friendly hotel and pets are allowed. I even called up the hotel front desk two days back regarding the hotel’s pet policy, and they said that they would allow pets for an additional charge. It was already quite late at night after 11 pm when we were checking in, and there were no other hotels available nearby to accommodate us. In the end, we had no other option but to check in at a run-down Days Inn hotel, also part of Wyndham Hotels Group, with small smelly rooms and with no breakfast option, which turned out to be more expensive for us. The Expedia customer service wasn’t able to help us either, and were of the attitude, take what you can or leave. This hotel chain is not getting any more business from me, period.

You get what you pay for I suppose. Only reason it’s 2 star not 1 star is because there were no bugs, otherwise everything else was pretty awful. Worst beds and pillows at any hotel I’ve ever been at, loud 24/7, throw up in the halls, and tried to kick me out for bringing a pet when it clearly says it’s pet friendly online and on their website. Stay here if you have no alternatives, otherwise, don’t.

Looks nothing like the pictures online, walls are dirty, stains everywhere throughout the room, and garbage in bathroom had used Q-tips in it. I booked three days, and didn’t stay. I lost out on the money I paid, I was so uncomfortable and could do it. Would never recommend this place.

We found this hotel/motel to be quite unclean. The room floor was hard floor and very sticky. I wiped it with a towel as it was very disturbing to walk on and the towel was black from wiping the hotel floor which says something about how disgusting it was. The walls were chipped all over and mirrors had visible stains all around. Equipment was also damaged. Only good thing was that the included breakfast in the morning was nice.

Room was somewhat clean, except for the floors. My white socks were the proof. Bathtub faucet dripped, smoke detector was hanging off wall, bathroom door had a hole in it due to someone with an anger problem, paint peeling off ceiling. Breakfast selection was a joke.

The floor of the room was dingy and somewhat sticky. I had to kill a few cockroaches while I stayed there. The toilet seat wasn’t screwed on properly and I kept having to fix it so I wouldn’t slide off the toilet.

Room was very dated. Needs total bathroom overhaul. Very noisy at night with doors slamming all night long. Although it was not the hotels fault, my car and 3 others were vandalized- staff could have cared less and expected us to check out on time even though sheriffs were there investigating. Room next door flooded.

Front desk is great. Hotel is in good condition and clean. Noise seems to be a regular problem, but switching rooms wasn't an issue. Exterior stairway doors are unlocked/open 24/7. It's a better than average value for the cost.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was polite. Would have appreciated in-room coffee/tea & a full bottle of shower soap (was completely missing from holder). A larger set-up for continental breakfast is needed, and perhaps monitoring of hallways due to rude patrons making excessive noise past midnight.

I know this is a budget style hotel so I wasn't expecting much. The room we got smelled of urine and we tried to pretend it wasn't there but ultimately had to ask to change rooms. The 2nd room smelled of cigarette smoke but was much better than the 1st room. After a couple of beers I didn't really notice it anymore though :)

The shower temperature was very inconsistent. It was burning hot in the evening and freezing cold in the morning. The tub faucet was also leaking. The breakfast was underwhelming with nothing hot, even just adding yogurt cups and fruit would have been helpful. Everything was rundown and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I guess that's what we get for a cheap place to stay.

Long line for check in. Finally got a room but the key didn’t work for the access door or room door. Back at the front desk, got an updated key card. Returned to room to find it had not been cleaned since the last stay. Back to front desk and waiting in line to request a clean room. The next room I was given was under construction with a bathroom sink lying in the middle of the room. Back to the front desk and finally was shown to a reasonably clean room. It took an hour to finally get an acceptable room! Even then, the bathtub had not been cleaned, towels were not restocked, and the floor was dirty.

The overall experience was great. I was there with my wife and there a lot of men hanging around in the hallways and parking lot. My wife felt unsafe. If I had to leave, I told her to just stay in the room. On a sidenote, we checked out Sunday, it is now Friday and I have not yet received my $50 deposit. I would like this addressed and looked into. It should never take this long to be refunded. Now that's bad customer service. Please contact me w/ a resolution.

We arrived around 9pm to check in but no one in front desk to help us check in. We have called customer service but it connected us to the front desk phone which we can hear ring coz we were standing right there but nobody picked up. 2 other walk in people came but left as we also told them we have already waited for 10 mins. After around 15mins he finally showed up and apologized. We were all tired and we just wanted to get our room keys to get some rest. Aside from that everything was well from the room, breakfast and etc

We have called customer service but it connected us to the front desk phone which we can hear ring coz we were standing right there but nobody picked up. 2 other walk in people came but left as we also told them we have already waited for 10 mins. After around 15mins he finally showed up and apologized. We were all tired and we just wanted to get our room keys to get some rest. Aside from that everything was well from the room, breakfast and etc

Comfortable stay but overall the staff wasn’t that great. We didn’t have any soap in our room so instead of them bringing the soap to us we had to go get it at the front desk. During breakfast there were no napkins so we went to ask for napkins and the front desk guy said theres nothing he can do about that. Didn’t even apologize for no napkins. He told us well what do you want me to do about it? The staff needs to work on there customer service skills.

Easy to get to. Clean and comfortable with attentive and friendly staff. 1st room the tv did not work but we were moved to a different room where everything worked immediately. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location off interstate 390. Room and linens were clean. Dislike: Breakfast was not offered although all advertising at the time the reservation was made said the price included breakfast. I think coffee was available but I did not have any.

Parking area and lobby were in good condition and safe. Rooms were ok, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, all except the slamming of other people's doors early in the morning, that you get from any hotel. There was no breakfast, but a great restaurant right around the corner. Our tub was a little dirty, and the bathroom could use some upgrades, but other than that, all was good.

The overall experience was great. I was there with my wife and there a lot of men hanging around in the hallways and parking lot. My wife felt unsafe. If I had to leave, I told her to just stay in the room. On a sidenote, we checked out Sunday, it is now Friday and I have not yet received my $50 deposit. I would like this addressed and looked into. It should never take this long to be refunded. Now that's bad customer service. Please contact me w/ a resolution.

The property was conveniently located. The breakfast was sufficient but rather limited. Overall, the hotel is worn, tired, and on the older side. The room and bathroom could have been much cleaner. The lone water/soda machine was not working at the time of arrival, or for the 2 days that we were there.

As a family of five, we rely on hotels that provide breakfast as it’s quick in the morning and it really adds up when you have to get breakfast separately. We book this hotel as a full breakfast is shown in advertised on the pictures. When we arrived, they told us breakfast was discontinued and there’s not even coffee available. You would think the hotel is about to shut down. The whole dining area still had the waffle makers and everything but a big sign in front of it saying it was discontinued and the chairs were flipped over on top of the tables and everything. No coffee nothing. We contacted Expedia to see if we could get a refund as it is false advertising. We were hoping they would refund us and then chase the refund from the hotel, but after speaking with multiple level of customer service, they told us that it was up to the manager of the hotel to refund us or not, we were very upset and not pleased at all with Expedia customer service.

The remodeled rooms are nice, but had issues some mornings by having an ice cold shower as the hot water disappeared. The floors in the room could use mopping as I don’t think they been mopped, also found hair in the bathroom. The breakfast is lacking, as all you get is making your own waffles, two cereals( sometimes no milk available), mini bagels and bread. Most places like these also provide oatmeal, yogurts, muffins, etc. the staff was friendly during the stay and it was quiet.

The listing says that the hotel includes breakfast but there was a sign saying breakfast had been discontinued but they still had coffee service. Well, the coffee machine was broke the day we were there so we had nothing!!! Super disappointing

The shower temperature was very inconsistent. It was burning hot in the evening and freezing cold in the morning. The tub faucet was also leaking. The breakfast was underwhelming with nothing hot, even just adding yogurt cups and fruit would have been helpful. Everything was rundown and there was hair on the bathroom floor. I guess that's what we get for a cheap place to stay.

This Super 8 did not have even continental breakfast items, although I believe the info on hotels.com says that it does. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room. When I asked about this, I was told that coffee (and hot water) was available 24 hrs a day in the breakfast room. That was true, and the coffee was fresh and reasonably good. Also, the room was not cleaned at all after the first night of my two-night visit. Normally, I would not mind, but we did have a water spill from the shower which did call for clean up and the provision of clean towels for day two.
