Over the last 4 years, our children have met us in VRBOs in North Carolina. We decided to try Tennessee this year. It can be difficult to find a property that can handle 8 adults and 5 kiddos. Willow Pond had plenty of space for all of us. Parents were able to sleep near their kiddos but relax and unwind. The pond was used for fishing every day. The pool was amazing! The caretaker came each day to make sure the pool was spotless. This house had everything we needed to cook meals. Our kids love cooking and it was so pleasant we didn’t even leave the house. The house was really clean and beautifully furnished but also comfortable. Everyone slept very well. This is the best place we’ve stayed so far!

The property manager, Phillip, was the BEST Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also, the owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to the pre-travel questions we had. Property is located about 30 minutes outside Nashville in the small town of Pleasant View. We did all grocery shopping in Pleasant View except one trip to the Costco in Nashville. In fact, Willow Pond and Pleasant View were so nice that we only made one trip into Nashville. The property itself has been kept up very well and was spotless when we arrived. Highlights of the property are the "very private" pool/deck areas, Theater room, comfy living room for late night relaxing/conversation and the huge front porch which was great to watch sunsets from. Overall, this is a great property. We would definitely recommend.

I have rented vacation homes in US and Europe and this hands down was the best! Upscale quality! Fully outfitted kitchen! Kid had the pool, fishing pond and home theater! I was in the water everyday! Biggest master suite ever! Worth every penny! Would love to come back!

We hosted my Dads 90th bday celebration here and had a wonderful time. Property is spotless and extremely well maintained. Rooms super quiet. Pool area features lots of games and lounge chairs. The movie room was awesome too. Phillip the property manager was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. The house is about a half hour from Nashville and 45 minutes from Franklin. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Nashville area!

My family and I had an awesome stay at Willow Pond. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect size for our family and there were plenty of pool toys for all ages. Movie theater was great for hanging out at night time and the wrap around porch was the spot for sunsets and just relaxing. Phillip made our trip even more special with him taking the time to go fishing with my kids and I. He was a perfect host and a wonderful person that my family encountered. I would highly recommend Willow Pond to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation close enough to downtown, but far enough to have a secluded place of your own in the country.

This was our first time to the Nashville area!! We celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday with friends and family. We had the best time. Our biggest problem was the house was SO NICE that we didn’t want to leave to go to Nashville. Not a bad problem to have, really!!! Dudley was amazing to work with and Phillip was just as great!! We are typically prepared to bring everything from Salt and Pepper to trash bags and extra everything but we packed it all and didn’t need any of it. Dudley leaves no stone unturned and the welcome kit was so nice and appreciated. We had one small problem when we were there with some wasp at the pool and we used up what spray we had and Phillip showed up right away with 2 cans. The pool house and pool was wonderful. We did pay to have the pool heated and it was well worth it. Again, the property was more than Amazing and customer service was top notch! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

The home and property were amazing! Tons of room , very clean and completely stocked with everything you would ever need. The house was very organized. The pool was so nice, warm and clean. The house exceeded our expectations, we hope to return for another visit next spring. I was able to watch my all time favorite movie, Jaws, in the incredible movie theater!

Our stay at Willow Pond Farmhouse was fantastic. We all had so much fun. Fishing in the pond was great, bass, catfish and bluegill all bit well. The pool was heated and the younger kids were swimming all day and night when not fishing in the pond. Philip, the property caretaker was great, he showed up everyday on and was so helpful showing us the around and recommending various local spots to eat and shop. Everyone in our family loved Philip!! The house was immaculate and well stocked, everything we needed was there. We had the best family vacation ever. We will be back for sure ❤️❤️ Love this place.

Highlights included: The pool with comfortable seating to lounge during the day, the movie theater room to enjoy at night, sitting on the front porch with morning coffee, bonfire at the fire pit, games in the living room, big group dinners at the large dining room table with seating for all 13 of us. Willow Pond was a great location for our annual family vacation. Ages 9 months to 90 all enjoyed the grounds…fishing pond, pool, fire pits and grounds. The house was well stocked with all we needed to enjoy our time together. The welcome basket included nibbles and all the fixings for nightly smores. Easy access by air or car with shopping nearby was a real plus.Our whole family gave this property a unanimous thumbs up.

We were so pleased to be able to stay in this beautiful vacation home. Phillip, the property caretaker, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the home and filled us in with any information we needed to know. He was quick to always help if there were any questions we had when he was there to clean the pool each morning. This has been the best VRBO we have stayed in. The home is clean, and the listing is 100% accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, crocks, casserole dishes, coffee pots (both drip and keurig), stock pots, spices, baking ingredients, you name it. The dining room sits a big crowd of 12 and there are 4 more seats at the small table in the kitchen. I loved having my coffee sitting around the pool and listening to all the local birdlife. I have the merlin bird app and was able to hear so many birds- scarlet tanager, mockingbird, phoebes, merlin, indigo bunting, goldfinch ,etc.It's a haven for birding! The sounds of the frogs at night is also a treat. This house is close to a grocery store (Hills)so you don't have to travel far when you need to stock up the frig. Walmart is just 12 miles away. The pool was a hit with kids and the fishing was fun for us! Plenty of fishing gear and pool floats if you forget yours! HIghly recommend this home! Thank you Dudley and Philip!

We had a family reunion group of 20 stay here, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We paid for pool heat and it was delightfully warm, despite the cooler than usual temperatures. The house is close to the freeway and we found grocery stores and things to do close by. Everyone had a comfy bed, the kids had lots of room to play and do games, and we were able to visit with other family members who came to spend a day. The caretaker was super kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and me rented this property for three days for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful!! The pictures don't even do it justice with how beautiful the house and property are. It was also the cleanest rental property I've ever been in. The best part of this property was the grounds manager Philip. He helped us set up for our wedding, did the parking for the wedding, and was available the entire stay. I can't recommend this location enough!

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. The host provided a little “goodie bag“ upon our arrival. We were also met, on arrival, by Philip the caretaker. He was amazing. He was friendly and stayed on top of everything. We enjoyed him very much. This was a five star experience. I highly recommend this property.

Over the last 4 years, our children have met us in VRBOs in North Carolina. We decided to try Tennessee this year. It can be difficult to find a property that can handle 8 adults and 5 kiddos. Willow Pond had plenty of space for all of us. Parents were able to sleep near their kiddos but relax and unwind. The pond was used for fishing every day. The pool was amazing! The caretaker came each day to make sure the pool was spotless. This house had everything we needed to cook meals. Our kids love cooking and it was so pleasant we didn’t even leave the house. The house was really clean and beautifully furnished but also comfortable. Everyone slept very well. This is the best place we’ve stayed so far!

Willow Pond was the perfect place for our families to stay for the weekend of our son and daughter-in-love’s wedding. The house FAR exceeded every expectation we had. It is so spacious, but also warm and inviting. There are beautiful places to sit and visit at every turn, and the entire house is impeccably clean! We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 37 people, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! Dudley and Phil are every bit as pleasant to work with as the house is beautiful! They were quick to respond to all of my questions, as well as kind and friendly throughout the entire process. We are already planning our next visit to Willlow Pond. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay incredible!!

We had a family reunion group of 20 stay here, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We paid for pool heat and it was delightfully warm, despite the cooler than usual temperatures. The house is close to the freeway and we found grocery stores and things to do close by. Everyone had a comfy bed, the kids had lots of room to play and do games, and we were able to visit with other family members who came to spend a day. The caretaker was super kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I have rented vacation homes in US and Europe and this hands down was the best! Upscale quality! Fully outfitted kitchen! Kid had the pool, fishing pond and home theater! I was in the water everyday! Biggest master suite ever! Worth every penny! Would love to come back!

We hosted my Dads 90th bday celebration here and had a wonderful time. Property is spotless and extremely well maintained. Rooms super quiet. Pool area features lots of games and lounge chairs. The movie room was awesome too. Phillip the property manager was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. The house is about a half hour from Nashville and 45 minutes from Franklin. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Nashville area!

The home and property were amazing! Tons of room , very clean and completely stocked with everything you would ever need. The house was very organized. The pool was so nice, warm and clean. The house exceeded our expectations, we hope to return for another visit next spring. I was able to watch my all time favorite movie, Jaws, in the incredible movie theater!

Willow Pond made provided perfect retreat for our family vacation. The luxury farmhouse had updated amenities, spacious rooms & immaculate property that was impressive. We requested the pool be heated for the comfort of the grandchildren & the owner complied for a very reasonable cost for us. The VRBO owner Dudley Morton, was great at communicating responses & recommendations. We also requested a recommendation for a private chef & was guided to contact Nashville.Private.Chef for a catered family dinner. The property manager Phillip was available daily to clean the pool & maintain the patio area. He was friendly & helpful for any of our concerns. It was a bonus to find a property that is dog friendly. We felt very at home & are interested in planning another stay here! Till we meet again…

Everything was absolutely perfect - The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, not a single thing we wanted that wasn't there. It felt like you were at your mom's house rather than a rental. Truly the best rental experience. Communication with the host was simple, quick, and friendly.

Willow Pond was the perfect setting for our family vacation! Even before we arrived, I was blown away by Dudley - he was quick to respond and his customer service was unreal! He was attentive and took extra steps to ensure that my family had a great time! Phillip, the groundskeeper, was just as amazing! He was a wealth of knowledge regarding the area, so kind and helpful! The home is gorgeous, clean, and perfect for a family gathering! Everything is as described in the description...and more! My family loved the home and we can't wait to be back next year! I can't recommend this property enough!

We were so pleased to be able to stay in this beautiful vacation home. Phillip, the property caretaker, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the home and filled us in with any information we needed to know. He was quick to always help if there were any questions we had when he was there to clean the pool each morning. This has been the best VRBO we have stayed in. The home is clean, and the listing is 100% accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, crocks, casserole dishes, coffee pots (both drip and keurig), stock pots, spices, baking ingredients, you name it. The dining room sits a big crowd of 12 and there are 4 more seats at the small table in the kitchen. I loved having my coffee sitting around the pool and listening to all the local birdlife. I have the merlin bird app and was able to hear so many birds- scarlet tanager, mockingbird, phoebes, merlin, indigo bunting, goldfinch ,etc.It's a haven for birding! The sounds of the frogs at night is also a treat. This house is close to a grocery store (Hills)so you don't have to travel far when you need to stock up the frig. Walmart is just 12 miles away. The pool was a hit with kids and the fishing was fun for us! Plenty of fishing gear and pool floats if you forget yours! HIghly recommend this home! Thank you Dudley and Philip!

The property manager, Phillip, was the BEST Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also, the owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to the pre-travel questions we had. Property is located about 30 minutes outside Nashville in the small town of Pleasant View. We did all grocery shopping in Pleasant View except one trip to the Costco in Nashville. In fact, Willow Pond and Pleasant View were so nice that we only made one trip into Nashville. The property itself has been kept up very well and was spotless when we arrived. Highlights of the property are the "very private" pool/deck areas, Theater room, comfy living room for late night relaxing/conversation and the huge front porch which was great to watch sunsets from. Overall, this is a great property. We would definitely recommend.

We even caught (and released) some fish in the pond!!! The property manager Phillip was available when needed and made the check in/out process a breeze! He also gave us some good tips on hiking and other things to do! I would definitely return to Willow Pond!!!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further. Check in was great. There is a caretaker for the property. We loved him. The kitchen is the most nicely appointed kitchen I have ever been in. It has everything. The pool was amazing. The house and grounds are amazing. We loved everything about our stay.

This was our first time to the Nashville area!! We celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday with friends and family. We had the best time. Our biggest problem was the house was SO NICE that we didn’t want to leave to go to Nashville. Not a bad problem to have, really!!! Dudley was amazing to work with and Phillip was just as great!! We are typically prepared to bring everything from Salt and Pepper to trash bags and extra everything but we packed it all and didn’t need any of it. Dudley leaves no stone unturned and the welcome kit was so nice and appreciated. We had one small problem when we were there with some wasp at the pool and we used up what spray we had and Phillip showed up right away with 2 cans. The pool house and pool was wonderful. We did pay to have the pool heated and it was well worth it. Again, the property was more than Amazing and customer service was top notch! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

My husband and me rented this property for three days for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful!! The pictures don't even do it justice with how beautiful the house and property are. It was also the cleanest rental property I've ever been in. The best part of this property was the grounds manager Philip. He helped us set up for our wedding, did the parking for the wedding, and was available the entire stay. I can't recommend this location enough!

Everything was fantastic, from the house being pristine and the host being incredibly willing to do whatever was needed to make the weekend the best it could have been. We will definitely be back, what a relaxing weekend at an incredible piece of property! Philip and Dudley really knock this out of the park! Also, host located a set of AirPods we missed and mailed them the next day! Unreal!

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. The host provided a little “goodie bag“ upon our arrival. We were also met, on arrival, by Philip the caretaker. He was amazing. Our family was in town for a hockey tournament. The location of this home was perfect! We went to Knoxville, Clarksville, Memphis, and Nashville. The home itself is perfect. The most fully stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Had everything you could imagine! Linens, board games, outdoor games (and fishing poles), grill, wood for outdoor fire, garbage bags - everything! The two real treasures of the home were Phillip and the porch 🙂 Phillip was kind, patient, and knowledgeable and the views from the porch are picturesque. We highly recommend this home to anyone considering it. If we ever travel to Tennessee again as a family, this would be our first choice. We hosted my Dads 90th bday celebration here and had a wonderful time. Property is spotless and extremely well maintained. Rooms super quiet. Pool area features lots of games and lounge chairs. The movie room was awesome too. Phillip the property manager was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. The house is about a half hour from Nashville and 45 minutes from Franklin. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Nashville area!

My family and I had an awesome stay at Willow Pond. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect size for our family and there were plenty of pool toys for all ages. Movie theater was great for hanging out at night time and the wrap around porch was the spot for sunsets and just relaxing. Phillip made our trip even more special with him taking the time to go fishing with my kids and I. He was a perfect host and a wonderful person that my family encountered. I would highly recommend Willow Pond to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation close enough to downtown, but far enough to have a secluded place of your own in the country.

We had a family reunion before Christmas with 8 adults and 8 kids from infant to teenager at this beautiful farmhouse .The property is maintained very well, the host and property manager is easy with communication and very helpful. The property is beautiful with enough space for both indoor and outdoor activities. It is next to the high way which is convenient for transportation but also far away from the road and neighbors which provide good privacy. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Over the last 4 years, our children have met us in VRBOs in North Carolina. We decided to try Tennessee this year. It can be difficult to find a property that can handle 8 adults and 5 kiddos. Willow Pond had plenty of space for all of us. Parents were able to sleep near their kiddos but relax and unwind. The pond was used for fishing every day. The pool was amazing! The caretaker came each day to make sure the pool was spotless. This house had everything we needed to cook meals. Our kids love cooking and it was so pleasant we didn’t even leave the house. The house was really clean and beautifully furnished but also comfortable. Everyone slept very well. This is the best place we’ve stayed so far!

We were so pleased to be able to stay in this beautiful vacation home. Phillip, the property caretaker, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the home and filled us in with any information we needed to know. He was quick to always help if there were any questions we had when he was there to clean the pool each morning. This has been the best VRBO we have stayed in. The home is clean, and the listing is 100% accurate. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, crocks, casserole dishes, coffee pots (both drip and keurig), stock pots, spices, baking ingredients, you name it. The dining room sits a big crowd of 12 and there are 4 more seats at the small table in the kitchen. I loved having my coffee sitting around the pool and listening to all the local birdlife. I have the merlin bird app and was able to hear so many birds- scarlet tanager, mockingbird, phoebes, merlin, indigo bunting, goldfinch ,etc.It's a haven for birding! The sounds of the frogs at night is also a treat. This house is close to a grocery store (Hills)so you don't have to travel far when you need to stock up the frig. Walmart is just 12 miles away. The pool was a hit with kids and the fishing was fun for us! Plenty of fishing gear and pool floats if you forget yours! HIghly recommend this home! Thank you Dudley and Philip!

Willow Pond was the perfect place for our families to stay for the weekend of our son and daughter-in-love’s wedding. The house FAR exceeded every expectation we had. It is so spacious, but also warm and inviting. There are beautiful places to sit and visit at every turn, and the entire house is impeccably clean! We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 37 people, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! Dudley and Phil are every bit as pleasant to work with as the house is beautiful! They were quick to respond to all of my questions, as well as kind and friendly throughout the entire process. We are already planning our next visit to Willlow Pond. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further. Check in was great. There is a caretaker for the property. We loved him. Willow Pond made provided perfect retreat for our family vacation. The luxury farmhouse had updated amenities, spacious rooms & immaculate property that was impressive. We requested the pool be heated for the comfort of the grandchildren & the owner complied for a very reasonable cost for us. The VRBO owner Dudley Morton, was great at communicating responses & recommendations. We also requested a recommendation for a private chef & was guided to contact Nashville.Private.Chef for a catered family dinner. The property manager Phillip was available daily to clean the pool & maintain the patio area. He was friendly & helpful for any of our concerns. It was a bonus to find a property that is dog friendly. We felt very at home & are interested in planning another stay here! Till we meet again…

Everything was absolutely perfect - The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, not a single thing we wanted that wasn't there. Willow Pond was a great location for our annual family vacation. Ages 9 months to 90 all enjoyed the grounds…fishing pond, pool, fire pits and grounds. The house was well stocked with all we needed to enjoy our time together. The welcome basket included nibbles and all the fixings for nightly smores. Easy access by air or car with shopping nearby was a real plus.Our whole family gave this property a unanimous thumbs up.

We had a wonderful experience the house was beautiful. We had 15 people and a small dog, with plenty of space. The pool was awesome, we had it heated and it was perfect. Lots of seating around pool area, we spent alot of time outside. Philip was wonderful, he helped us out a few times with questions and he was very nice. We would definetely stay again

This was a wonderful place for us to host our large family gathering. The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped kitchen, great yard for the kids to run around and fish, multiple areas for people to gather, talk, play games and just be together. This is the second time our family has stayed at Willow Pond. We love the house because it is large enough for our growing family. We also love the pool. The host makes sure it is heated for the kiddos who are brave enough to swim. The fire pit was a big hit too with the family. The host goes to great lengths to provide games, puzzles, and even pool toys. He also made sure was someone there to greet us, provide information and answer questions. Great experience and will return again.
