Best Western Plus Plattsburgh

Hotel was close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was really nice, my girls enjoyed it. Rooms were dated and not cleaned properly. Stains and hair on the floor, dust on the lamps and corners.

Everything was as it should be.

Lots of nearby shopping. Great pool area with arcade. The Free breakfast was fabulous. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel, which is very convenient.

The facility was great. Having a room overlooking the pool with our grandkids was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent!!! Everything was warm and well-made and fresh. The breakfast area was very clean. However, the room, bathroom, and pool area were not so clean. There were was residual dirt in the corners and along the edges of the bathroom. While the beds were made well and very clean, the floors were not so clean. While the pool was very clean and excellent, the pool deck had lots of little debris all over, including a three day old newspaper with cobwebs on it. All in all, a great place and we would stay again. Management simply needs to do a better job of keeping an eye on the little things.
