Nice clean rooms and free parking

Dirty shower walls, one inconvenient and hard to locate elevator, common floor areas were dirty…very courteous check in person!

The Hotel itself is good and well located. To find the right entrance from the parking spot could be a task on its own, because each floor has its own entrance. In the dark there aren’t enough lights to lead the way. The included breakfast was a new experience and a kind we’ve never experienced before, and we hope we’ll never experience again. You have to choose a few from different kinds of items, that the hole process to explaining to us or other customers took so long, that we wonder how this system will work when there are more than a few at the order desk.

Was perfect location would have liked if I could have mid it had a electrical charger for my EV car

We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. I did my reservation through a website. The rooms were clean, nothing to complaint about. Very quiet atmosphere, which is very important to me. No pets allowed in their policy. This is in case you decided to take your pet. Plenty of parking, places to go shopping were at walking distance. Friendly staff and very helpful. The only downfall were the facilities near the reception (restroom) not clean. First impression first, but that doesn't subtract to the rest of the good service provided. I believe the staff will take carecof this small issue. Overall good service, Excellent place to rest. Thank you+

Extremely long walk to our room for older people. The hotel is U-shaped with VERY LONG hallways & only 1 elevator on site

Parking area for check-in was inadequate -- it was just a drive up with the only place to put the car was in an area marked "No Parking / Fire Lane". Check-in desk was understaffed, so I waited over 5 minutes to check in. No complimentary breakfast. The mini-fridge was the smallest I had ever seen, and it froze the dish of chicken salad I had stored in it. I was disappointed, considering the price.

Your service team was amazing & extremely friendly. Clean rooms, nice amenities .We would have appreciated more thorough signing throughout the facility. We had difficulties navigating. Also a complimentary breakfast would have been a bonus but we did find wonderful diners to eat in.

The room was great. The lobby was so nice, with comfortable couches and several places to relax. I like the cafe a lot. The staff was friendly and professional. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Parking was very convenient. This was a good place to stay. I would stay here again.

Moved our room 3 times because the beds were all dirty and not remade with fresh sheets. The first two had hair and eye lashes in the bed and the last one had mascara on the sheets. By the third one we decided to just get new bedding and just wrapped the bed with the fitted sheet and slept on top with another comforter

Our room was not clean. It seemed as though the cleaner stopped midway through the job. The beds were made but there were linens on the floor. There sink area obviously hadn't been wiped clean, there were items in the sink, there was no soap and only a single towel. The toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned and was dirty and gross. In all other respects, the hotel was fine.

It was my 2nd time at the property. Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and welcoming. Rooms were spotless and new. It was quiet for a Friday night too. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

Very clean, nice and convenient to get from car to room. My husband said they had the best shower water pressure he had ever experienced in his entire life. Lol. Awesome stay! Very quiet when we were there.

I woke up to about one hundred ants crawling on the nightstand next to me and actually left with bites all over my body.

The hotel hallways are dark and dated. The problem with the stay were the paper thin walls. We could hear our neighbors conversations, when they flushed the toilet even their snoring. Unbearable. Also, the fire alarm had an annoying strobe light ever 12 seconds that didn’t allow to sleep in addition to all the noise. Will not be staying here again. Especially after paying more here then we paid for a marquiss on our trip.

For more than thirty years, every single time I have stayed at a Marriott Hotel, I have been massively impressed with the phenomenal level of customer service, cleanliness and comfortable rooms. Also, I LOVE seeing a lamp next to seating, so I can read a book and lounge, at the same time. Finally, I did not see any of donald trump's gestapo, which was a very good thing.

The hotel was conveniently located. Stuff mostly friendly but not enough people working shifts. Cleaning service was every other day. The person at the reception was also the one working the restaurant on Friday evening. I waited 15 min at the bar to place an order and no one even came so I left. Very, very average place for the price of $650 for 2 nights

A nice property. Hotel staff were dismissive. Only two regular coffees were available in the room and 1 cup. I ask a housekeeper to if she would give me cups she told me she'd have to walk all the way to the front desk.

The lady on reception was so rude, but the hotel was clean and we were stay in cozy room.

The gentleman that checked us in also was around at the time we needed help using our cardkey to get in our room. He was very friendly and helpful!

This is only my second time staying at this Courtyard by Marriott, and in spite of always having a great experience, I remain somewhat surprised that the service was even better. Seriously, every Marriott employee is a super star rock star of EXCELLENT customer service. The customer service I received at this Marriott in December, 2024 was at an 11, and this time around, it was at 111. Even I could not believe that the customer service could get even better, but that is exactly what happened. Keith was even more professional, friendlier, more attentive and genuinely interested in giving great customer service, and both Joel and the other employees went above and beyond to make my short business trip stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and they all did just that. Although I shall have not any business at Locust Grove Estate until this December, 2025, I honestly cannot wait to return to this Marriott.

Nice and well kept for the most part. The bathroom and shower doors as well as the toilet didn’t work properly. Also when we went to check in the person at the desk wasn’t busy it seemed but said for us to give them a minute and went to the back. We waited for a bit and then walked around the property for a bit. When we came back someone came rob the back after a few minutes and got us set up.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Updated. Convenient to all the area attractions. Close to shops and food.

Middle of nowhere but nice

I didn't have a chace to walk around and see the entire facility. What I did see, I liked. What I don't like is that you have to do a U-turn if coming from the south. We had plans to stay again in a few weeks, however, the price jumped tremendously.

Convenient , clean, nicely located

The desk clerk processed my check-in very quickly after a long day of traveling. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that when I booked the room I didn’t realize that it didn’t include breakfast. When my husband went to the cafe to get us breakfast it cost $33.20 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a regular coffee and a cup of tea. The next time I would go to Dunkin Donuts for half the price.

Facility was fine, but with what seemed an indifferent staff, no breakfast & a restaurant that was limited to all but inedible soup & toasted cheese sandwich, we would never return to a courtyard by Marriott. After a long day, we were very disappointed in the Lack of niceties.

Property was great. Updated and very nice and clean. Unfortunately the bistro was not open for dinner or breakfast which was our plan for both meals. Thankfully the nice front desk staff was able to get us coffee in the am.

Hotel & room very nice & clean with friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint was food & coffee. Lobby bistro food was terrible! No free coffee other than little coffee maker in room which did not look clean. Had to buy Starbocks coffee from lobby bistro. Everything else was great.

THE DESCRIPTION ON HOTELS.COM IS MISLEADING! It is marked “Hotel with restaurant,” but in fact it only has a bar with bar snacks heated in a microwave, and the two dishes I tried were uneatable. As my only criterion for choosing an hotel on a long trip is the ability to have a meal and a drink without getting into my car again, this was a total waste of $250! On the other hand, the rooms were excellent, the place was spotless, and the desk staff offered me a free upgrade. So I can’t quite give this the one-star review my disappointment merited. BUT I CAN SAY: HOTELS.COM, GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!

The cafe downstairs was quick and very convenient! The room was nice.

The staff was wonderful. However i would never stay there again. As coffee and water was free in the afternoon and evening yet i had to pay for it in the morning. My friends who stayed nearby Also had a free breakfast in a hotel of equal quality. Management mayvwant to reconsider policy

Staff were very friendly and personable. Room condition was ok, there was what appeared to be hair gel on the head board. The room was quite small but we made it work for one night. I won’t be staying here again because I spent $240 on a room and breakfast couldn’t even be included.

Breakfast was not included as it usually is with my Marriott rewards account!
