Courtyard Long Island MacArthur Airport

Front desk failed to make accommodation for short term (2-3hours) luggage storage after checkout. Checkout at noon, was asking for 3 hours storage.

Great staff interactions, our handicapped room was very nice and clean and easily accessible.

Easy check in, spacious room

Stayed at this hotel to visit my friend for his birthday arrived two hours early and asked to check in early the lady on the phone was super rude when telling us check in wasn't til three i can understand not being able to check in early but her tone and disrespect was uncalled for. Checked in and was supposed to have a king size bed and couch bed the bed was a queen i asked for two queens instead and they couldn’t accommodate me. I go in the bathroom and the bathroom ceiling is leaking and the dry wall is falling off… then try to shower and the shower curtain was 6 inches to short so the water went under the curtain and flooded the bathroom explaining why the ceiling was leaking from upstairs… had to ask for more towels to clean the floor and didn't receive them the next day so had to soak up the water with the few towels i had and my dirty clothes. we went out to dinner come back and theres no pillows or blankets for the couch bed had to go down to the front desk after midnight to ask for bedding waited over 30 mins to receive it… also was not informed that the parking was $15 dollars a night when booking. Over all a terrible experience not

Hotel was great . Shower was lukewarm other than that it was great
