Residence Inn by Marriott Binghamton

Old tired property that desperately needs an update and maintenance. Room was old and tired looking. Coffee maker but no coffee pot. Shower was nice. Bed not so. Check in was a nightmare. Nice associate but not attentive to detail. Will go to different options in future. Sad because property is centrally located.

Pool was closed

We have stayed there many times over the years and had great experiences with the room condition, property condition and breakfast. We have not been back in a few years and were shocked with how much it has declined. The room was dirty, hole in the carpet, and stains on the walls. The outside of the building is falling apart with rotting wood siding and peeling paint. The breakfast was minimal even for a basic continental option. We were charged top dollar for a weekend stay and will not be returning as there are many other options that would provide a more comfortable experience with cleaner and updated rooms.

Room was perfect and staff was amazing

Front dest person was wonderful, but there were issues with directions to room and instructions for connecting to the internet.
