This hotel was so disappointing. The person who checked me in was not pleasant. She acted like she wanted to be anywhere else. The room was atrocious. There were piles of hair and dirt behind the bathroom door. I opened the fridge to put drinks in and water came rushing out all over the floor. I called the front desk to get more towels, because we had used what we had to dry the floor alms we still needed to shower. They were never delivered. The "jetted tub" , the whole reason I booked that room, looked like something out of a mid-process demo. The jets were so dirty I didn't even bother filling the tub up to use it. The shower was filthy. And the bedding was stained alms full of what looked to be burn holes.

This is/was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The 1st room assigned to me had a cracked window, and the tub was digusting. No way was I going to set my bare ass in that thing. The 2nd room wasn't much better, same tub situation and it was on the 1st floor where a heard of elephants were above me. They must have checked out about 5 am as that's when the noise got really loud.

Bathroom was filthy. There were dirty towels in the tub from the previous night’s guests. We were so tired we ignored it. I had a medical issue and had to cancel a night which I paid for. I explained to the woman at the counter and she said I would be getting a refund. As did the CSR at Hotels.com. Got home and checked on the refund. They changed their mind. These people are dishonest and the hotel is disgusting. Go somewhere else.
