The staff were all pleasant. I'd rate give a great review - but also want to give an honest one for future guests. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by an issue in the room. Upon entering we heard a loud humming. At first we were concerned it was the A.C. , but what we saw was a 'DRI-POD' running. I felt around the carpeting and it didn't feel wet so I unplugged the unit & turned on the A.C. The room did smell slightly musty but we let it go. When we returned after, dinner the A.C. had shut off. We played around with it to get it running again. After about 30mins it shut off again and that's when we heard the dripping coming from the unit onto the carpet, thus now we know why the Dri-Pod was in the room. My husband was scheduled for surgery early in the morning so we just needed a good night sleep close to SUMA. I fiddled with the unit to get some air running again, unfortunately it was off and on all night. The room was stuffy, warm and made the condition of the room fall short of a "Comfort"able stay.

The hotel was fine for location for a wedding but parts are in pretty rough shape. The flooring in the elevator and main lobby is coming up, creating a trip hazard, and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the tub. It was fairly quiet.
