Sunnyside Estate - Huge, Historic Waterfront Family Home em 5 acres. Dock w / Boat Lift também.

Location and communication were great. The lot is beautiful. The house is spacious, but not stocked well for a larger group. The water levels were very low and we were not notified of this even after making it clear we rented this home for a reunion and for lake access for two boats. Pricing was high compared to other properties with better lake access and commodities. Overall this is a nice property but be sure to confirm details before renting.

The inside of the house was great for our group. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, lots of places to sit and relax, and the kitchen was stocked with enough dishes. The outside of the property was very disappointing, however. You can see from the pictures that this is a great place to be outside, but what it actually looked like was not what was advertised. We had to clean the outside areas before we could actually enjoy them, and the lack of upkeep of the yard was something we just had to deal with. We spent a lot of money to be able to enjoy the outdoors during our stay but don’t feel like we got what we were expecting.

The inside of the house worked well with our group. The ample bedrooms and bathrooms were much appreciated. The kitchen worked out better than I thought it would. The outside shrubs and weeds need to be trimmed. And wasp nests, goose poop and patio furniture/area need maintenance

It was a wonderful home for us to do team building and discuss future planning. Great location, close to downtown and yet out of town! Beautiful property! Will defiantly stay here again.
