It was okay. The main reason I booked it was for the outdoor pool. It was closed the entire stay. Only gave us 2 towels and 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Had to wait close to 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Was unaware ahead of time there was a $100 fee on top of paying for the room but that could have been an oversight of mine. It’s more like a glorified motel than what I’m used to from the Sonestas I’ve stayed at in Low Country

Very spacious but need general repairs and updates. Did not have enough clean towels for my length of stay. So bring your own. Pool was cloudy and dirty the whole stay even after ensured that it would be ready the next day. Did not trust to eat breakfast because rooms were not the cleanest.

I didn’t like that the lock on the pool was broken. Instead of fixing it. We had to walk around. Or that the front desk would go help customers in their rooms and not put a sign out saying be right back. We waited over 10 minutes in the evening

Washers broke, locked with our clothes inside and it took us 3 hours to do laundry. There was a bug in our kitchen. The drapes won't stay closed. The lights in the bathroon did not work.

My room and 3 other rooms of the 6 we stayed in reaked of pot. When i asked if there was something they could do the girl showed me a picture of stuff to buy online. The day we needed the pool for our family get together it was closed because they dont have maintenance there everyday. Very upsetting.

Did not like - badly stained carpet throughout. Strong Smoke smell upon entering. Pool was not able to be used as they had it closed the 3 days we were there for cleaning. The outdoor lounge seating area cushions were wet so you couldn’t sit comfortably without getting wet. Breakfast is definitely minimal. Liked - room set up and space. Ease of location. Friendly staff.

When we arrived, they put us in an older unit that hadn't been updated or cleaned! It was dark, dingy and stains all over the floors. Both toilet seats were broken and sliding all over the place, one toilet wouldn't flush because the chain was broken and there was food in the fridge! See pictures. Glad I complained and asked for a different room! Thankfully, they moved us to a unit that had been marginally updated (still had some big stains on carpet), but much better. Breakfast was pitiful to say the least! Thankfully there was a Cracker Barrel close by! This picture of the pool must be from someplace else because theirs is tiny and only big enough for about 10 people, at best!!! We spent the day at Kings Island and just needed a place to rest at night, but I wouldn't stay here for the week and expect to set around the pool and enjoy the amenities!

The condition of the rooms at this hotel were horrible. I would not recommend that my worst enemy stayed at this location. The pictures in their advertisements were not reflective of the rooms I encountered on my brief visit. I use the word visit because I did not stay at the location. On top of the horrendous cleanliness the room also reeked of smoke. I spent almost $600 more for a three night stay at another hotel during this trip to Cincinnati. I would strongly encourage Josh the new owner to thoroughly evaluate each room and ensure that each one is in acceptable conditions for guests. Worst hotel experience of my life!

The layout of the room is great! We specifically chose it because it had a loft area with separate bathrooms & a kitchen. But it was very dirty on the floor, in the corners, on the curtains & there were several dark hairs remaining on towels & the toilet. We let the front desk know & she gladly offered to show us other units. We looked at 3 or 4 more & they were all in the same condition or worse & smelled awful! So since it was so late & we still hadn’t had dinner, we stayed in our room that night & then told them the next morning that we’d be leaving. The property manager happened to be there at the time & was horrified by the photos we showed him & immediately refunded us in full! We had really wanted it to work out, because the units have a cute, condo type layout, but they need to be thoroughly cleaned & renovated.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! This place is just nasty!! Room had strong cigarette odor, dirty carpet/floors/walls, even our sheets were dirty. Had to call room.service for new sheets. Microwave didnt work and worst of all gnats and little bugs. Just burn the whole hotel down and start over! Please don't stay here. Just don't!!

The first room we were given keys to had ants crawling on the bedside table and all of the appliances were pulled out away from the wall and there was a terrible stench in the room, we let the front desk know and they moved us to another room. When we got into the second room there was food left on the window ledge, the bathroom floor was covered with hair, there was hair hanging from hangers on the back of the bathroom door, and there was a comb in the flower vase on the counter. The bathroom couner had some sticky brown substance on it and when wiping it off had a bunch of small hairs on it. When we let the front desk know about this room they said that they would have the manager come talk to us in the morning but there was no place they could move us. Upon waking in the morning and going to use a towel, there were hairs on the "clean" towel. Still no manager had come to the room and so we went to the front desk again and were told yet again that a manager would be sent to the room, never was, and then a friend staying at the same place said that they were told they had to leave the property for letting them know their concerns but the lady said they were "bashing the property" so once again went to see about talking to a manager and we were informed that we were being asked to leave the property and if we did not do so by 2:30 the police would be called. I was assured a full refund would be given however at checkout was told that we would not be refunded for the night.

Property is in shambles, our room despite looking clean ,to find out dirty sheets was placed on bed with what seemed to be a clean comforter, to finding BED BUGS on bed and sheets ,while room also reaked of a heavy smoker which they placed air fresher in to try and mask odor. Dirty dirty dirty... the dust, stains on curtains,light fixture and walls in kitchen Were splattered with previous guest drinks, leading to the ants attracted to the dried up pop stains... toilet up in loft not flushing, all the shower curtains need replaced. Exposed electrical outlets and no light outside the door. Made it very hard to see going up the stairs to get in. Never agian, $250 deposit? Oh and the computer area was not accessible to guest? No thanks!

We got to the hotel a little before midnight and there were tons of people outside drinking, smoking, and made me extremely nervous. I had 5 kids I had to hurry inside because of people arguing. Once inside the room, the floors were disgusting and stained with dog poop, among other things. No joke, after taking showers, we walked around in the room and our feet were black and sticky. We had to wear shoes every time after showers. Is was like pulling teeth to get extra towels and when we asked for pans to use the oven, they told us use a glass bowl or something. The ceiling fan was broken and completely filled with dust along with other crap people must have thrown up into it. Lights flickering in the kitchen or just plain not working. Closet doors hanging off, spider webs in corners, and don't get me started on the dishes in the room. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so uncomfortable and it smelled funny. The only good thing was Jennifer who helped us and wasn't rude at all. Thanks so much for all your help.

This feels less like a hotel property and more like a timeshare resort. The room is the size and setup of a studio apartment complete with kitchen area, couch, bed, and bathroom. I really hope the price stays affordable because we definitely plan to come back time and time again.

I booked this hotel very last minute because we had some water flow issues arise suddenly in our home. Staff was very nice but the property itself needs updating. My first room had a very bad odor but the receptionist changed our room out no questions asked. Our second room carpets were not the cleanest. The shower area was small and the actual water was not hot. I thought maybe it was because we checked in pretty late and the hot water was low but it was the same temperature the rest of our stay as well.We took lukewarm showers the whole time. Overall a little below average I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Pros: Some aspects of the room look like they've been updated. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked with dishes, soap, etc. The beds were comfortable, and all the TVs worked perfectly. The location is close to most areas in town, and you can easily get on 275, 71, and 75 within minutes. The price was good for the room we booked, and it wasn't a loud area despite being close to what a fire station. Things of note: Our room smelled heavily of smoke, despite being non-smoking. When people were smoking cigarettes (and other things) outside the rooms, the smells also came in. It was hard to breathe at first and even worse when the AC first started up. The door to our room looked damaged, as if it had been kicked in at one point. It wasn't sealed very well, and the security latch was loose. The carpets and vents had seen better days, and the lights in the bathrooms required warming up for a few minutes before they actually put any light out. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. Pros: Some aspects of the room look like they've been updated. The kitchen was nice and well-stocked with dishes, soap, etc. The beds were comfortable, and all the TVs worked perfectly. The location is close to most areas in town, and you can easily get on 275, 71, and 75 within minutes. The price was good for the room we booked, and it wasn't a loud area despite being close to what a fire station. Things of note: Our room smelled heavily of smoke, despite being non-smoking. When people were smoking cigarettes (and other things) outside the rooms, the smells also came in. It was hard to breathe at first and even worse when the AC first started up. The door to our room looked damaged, as if it had been kicked in at one point. It wasn't sealed very well, and the security latch was loose. When we arrived, they put us in an older unit that hadn't been updated or cleaned! It was dark, dingy and stains all over the floors. Both toilet seats were broken and sliding all over the place, one toilet wouldn't flush because the chain was broken and there was food in the fridge! See pictures. Glad I complained and asked for a different room! Thankfully, they moved us to a unit that had been marginally updated (still had some big stains on carpet), but much better. Breakfast was pitiful to say the least! Thankfully there was a Cracker Barrel close by! This picture of the pool must be from someplace else because theirs is tiny and only big enough for about 10 people, at best!!! We spent the day at Kings Island and just needed a place to rest at night, but I wouldn't stay here for the week and expect to set around the pool and enjoy the amenities!

BEWARE! Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I checked in and everything was fine, paid the $100 deposit. I was excellent guest when others were blaring the TV or outside with large groups of teenagers yelling so loud you can hear it in your room. Stomping feet above me etc. Since I was already there with all my items moved into the room I decided to extend my stay 2 days, I called the night before and asked what I needed to do and was informed to pay another $100 deposit, that's fine. Next day I go in to pay my deposit with the exact card I used upon my initial arrival and after the women with glasses looked at my card she told me to swipe it. Then immediately said it didnt go through swipe it again. I said no and checked my account and of course the money did come out I showed this to her and asked why would she ask me to repeatedly swipe my card? She said she didn't receive anything, and that I could come back in a hour and try my card again?! Why would I pay you another $100 when you didn't get it at first! I repeatedly asked her to try and solve issue because I'm out $100 and my room fee for 2 nights and you tell me you can't do anything and smile almost laughing at the situation. She refused to call her manager stated she didn't want to bother them, she had no problem with stealing my money and offering no solution. I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL THE POLICE to get a written statement saying I didn't stay at this location, so I could dispute. Still haven't got my money back.

Enjoyed our stay! We were there for a bball tournament and it was in a convenient location. Mike the maintenance guy worked overtime replacing our television upon our stay and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Mike even tried to exchange our room during this very busy weekend. That was great hospitality within itself. Just off his kindness alone I would give 5 stars.

When i checked in the young lady was pleasnt. However the lackmof communication with Josh the owner wasnt a great experience. I had to show our conversation inorder to receive early che kin accommodation. Then for check-out rhe front desk coulsnt get a hold of Josh for late checout whenni sent a message back on May 9. Then the front desk failed to call me to make me aware. I had to go to them for an update and i Have an 8 month old baby. Poor communication poor customer service.

Overall this is a nice hotel being suites. The one i had was very clean with a woking kitchenette full size too. There’s also restaurants and shopping in the general vicinity. I will stay there again.

It was decent. The place was clean. It is in need of renovations. Things were missing in the room (hair dryer, TV remote, pillow was coming apart. ). They did fix all these problems. Breakfast was supposed to be a big breakfast, but with disappointment, the pans were all empty every morning. They only had waffles, cereal and yogurt.

Did not like - badly stained carpet throughout. Strong Smoke smell upon entering. Pool was not able to be used as they had it closed the 3 days we were there for cleaning. The outdoor lounge seating area cushions were wet so you couldn’t sit comfortably without getting wet. Breakfast is definitely minimal. Liked - room set up and space. Ease of location. Friendly staff.

There were broken items in our room such as the towel bar, kitchen cabinet door, the shower handle in the roll in shower and there was no hair dryer. The pull out couch doesn’t have room to pull out in 1711 with the way the room is set up. The room had quite a few spiders in it, two dead in the bathroom alone. The front desk was informed of the issues, but nothing was done. I was told there are no spare hair dryers… The remote to the TV doesn’t work for volume control, you have to use the manual buttons on the tv itself. The tv turned on three times by itself at night. Unplugged it. Breakfast was basically waffles, yogurt, oranges, toast, bagels and packaged snacks. Not even milk for the dry cereal… Oh and a Jaguar was parked in the accessible parking all week and the weekend without moving and it didn’t have an accessible parking permit. Front desk was informed and nothing done. My husband uses a wheel chair. It would have been nice to have been able to use the parking spot. The place was quiet though and the kitchenette was nice to have. The price was cheap and still not worth it. We will not be back.
