Great location, pleasant staff, 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette was well-sized and comfortable for our family of 5. Undergoing renovations in the hotel, our part hadn't been done yet. Our room was a little shabby-- some peeling wallpaper in the room & rust on the bathtub-- but very clean. Something that should be addressed in the renovation is putting handtowel bars in the bathrooms-- the bathrooms didn't have shelves or cupboards in the vanity, so all the towels were stacked on the limited counterspace. It's nice to be able to put toiletries on the counter or in the cabinet of a bathroom. The rooms in the suite were also pretty dark and would benefit from more lighting. I also commented to my husband on our first night that the rock elevator windows needed to be washed (the whole point of the elevator is the beautiful view), but the next day, there was a windowwasher doing the exterior of the restaurant, so maybe the elevator was next. All in all, a good experience and I would return.
