Our stay (fri-mon) was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The gentleman who oversaw breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning was wonderful. The woman who took over Monday morning, not so much. We could all tell (myself and other guests) she hates her job. She was rude. There was a large family who were using the waffle maker, so there were a few people waiting patiently. I finally got my turn. As i finished up and stepped away to let the next person use it, she jerked the waffle mix out of the machine and very rudely screeched "9 am"! She bumped me, which made me lose a waffle to the floor, and pushed past the poor woman who wanted waffles. She turned off the juice machine while people were actually waiting to get juice. She locked the fridge with the yogurts etc while people were still trying to get some. Her behavior was unacceptable in my opinion. Do better.

Pretty weak when the friendliest person in the place was the guy mopping the floors and keeping the breakfast bar stocked! Front desk personnel seemed less than over-joyed to be there. Kind of like automatons. Probably not the best people to be the front face of your business. We’ve stayed at the Comfort Inn in Gaylord, Michigan a couple of times now and everyone in the place from the front desk personnel to the people who clean the rooms is always cheerful and friendly. Other Comfort Inn locations could take lessons from that one! The Maumee location met our needs, but nothing to write home about…

The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had great options, but the staff was amazing. The check in staff was friendly, supportive and professional in making sure are needs where met after a long drive. the housekeeping staff gave us some assistance with requests. staff w bkfst did a great job and checkout staff was friendly and supportive w a number of guests. The hotel, room and food where great but the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this stay because they showed made us feel welcomed, supported and at ease. We will stay here again when going through Toledo.👍5⭐

Travelocity had not sent our paid reservation to the hotel. For over an hour, Lori at the front desk waited patiently while I was on the phone with Travelocity resolving this issue. Lori and all of the staff were courteous and friendly. The stay at the hotel was excellent. I recommend this hotel as five stars!

Hotel itself was fine, breakfast was pretty much non existant. Got there about 7:45 and all the hot food, eggs, sausage ect were gone. also only one slice of bread in the box. Finally found the attendant who was busy talking on her phone. Continued to hold her phone in one hand and attemp to do her job with one hand. Took out the food containers and disappeared. Waited about 1/2 hour with no food arriving. She did come back in to the dining area several times with her still holding and talking on her phone. With that we decieded to leave. First time here. Forgot to take pictures of the room. It was a nice size (2 Queen beds), big enough to get my walker through each area. Zabel is in charge of full breakfast offerings (right on time, clean, neat area, very friendly to guests.) I have mobility issues, so Cynthia immediately made sure I got into a room close to the lobby. Super nice person, as was her son Tajron, who works the night shift. He took a few minutes to greet me, and ssk if there was anything he could help me with. This motel has nice rooms for good prices. But, I think their best value is having special people manning all 3 shifts.
