Well the overall stay was ok. The property should actually revamp and actually have a mini breakfast. What they consistitute as a breakfast is literally auffin and some coffee.also didn't care for the fact I checked in for one night and although the room they gave me was infact very spacious, having to fill up ice trays for 1 night seemed idiotic,we ended up going to dollar general down the street . But really wish they had ice machine .overall 3 stars

The loading process is simply frustrating with broken cheap cartswhen people pay more than enough money and they should have simple doorstoppers for people. Needs better customer service and better cleaning.Some people were awesome.Some people were not. . The leadership was disappointing and the whole the trolley process was simply frustrating. I'm a very optimistic person. So the week became unnecessary and then to not receive a reimbursement.

It was a mixed bag of good and bad. The bed and the room was spacious. The carpet was dirty and old. We have no utensils at all, unless you went downstairs and purchased them. The elevator was very sketchy. There was something wrong with the hydraulics and there was a huge bump/bag just before the 2nd floor. I told the front desk about it. Others who stayed there said it was a frequent problem and that the elevator shook sometimes. Would I stay again? Only if I couldn't find another reasonable hotel in the area.

We booked a room for four nights as my wife had surgery scheduled at Cleveland Clinic. We booked this place as it had a kitchen in the unit. The moment we entered here, we realized the lackluster attitude. The backside entry gate didn't have any security. Anyone could get into the hotel without any security card. Our room did not have a functional stove unit. Simple egg boiling took 2 hours. When we reported the issue, we were told it could not be repaired on the weekend and we need to wait for 2 days. To our surprise, for morning breakfast, they gave us 2 bars in a plastic bag at the front desk. It was shocking!! If this is your breakfast, you should put it on your website so people can stay away from your property. Due to my wife's health condition, we were not in a position to stay at this property. Luckily the lady at the front desk approved our early checkout, but we are still struggling to receive our refund for unused nights. Now, we are being told that the lady at the time of check-out did not put any note, so they are not sure why they should fully refund the money. On the other side, hotels.com people are also doing the worst job. After receiving the partial refund, they decided to sleep over it for a week. They woke up from their slumber only when we notified the issue and showed a condescending attitude when they cared to process the amount for one night. They showed (Miguel) no interest at all in even trying to get the remaining amount refunded.

We had 3rd floor corner room convenient to stair exit but there was a man spending nights in stairwell. He walked right in because exit door on ground level had malfunctioning exterior lock. Made front desk aware of man & lock but was told door problem was corporate problem. We confronted man & he left.

There was a super limited selection for "breakfast", the whole building had an unpleasant smell and the elevator, while working, would make a loud clunking sound whenever used

There is no ice machine in the hotel. When I ask the front desk, they told me I have to frizz some ice uses the refrigerator.

The front desk staff - even though a trainee was very unsure and the training staff was not there to help him. Also there was a language issue. Most hotels in the area forgave the pet fee considering we where there for the cat show. I did not know that if I wanted any thing to use in the kitchen to ask at front desk - I went out and purchased myself. The parking lot was not well lit. There was a group of men that where hanging around the front door at night, that made me feel not at ease. I have a handicap permit and could not find a spot. I will pay more to stay at one of the CFA recommended hotels next year. Since the show attracts cat owners from all over the world I would thing the hotel may want ppl there. They where sold out that weekend. Next year I will stay at the comfort suites next door.

Front desk staff was helpful. Room was relatively clean and very comfortable. However, toilet seat was alarmingly loose and the hotel had no ice machine for guest use.

I don't like getting better pricing on Expedia instead of directly. Also just 1 old luggage carrier.

Property looks run down. Hallways had a strong smell of cooked food. Room was not clean, there was trash in the cans, and trash behind the nightstands. Looks like something was spilled under the nightstand and not cleaned. Son said the blankets were line a tarp, and the pillows were very old and had no stuffing in them at all.

Large room. Kitchen. Horrible smell in hallway, slightly in room. All furniture had rips. Not clean.

It was very clean, the room was spacious, and the front desk person was very friendly.

Our room smelled of urine, and the air conditioning emitted a bad odor whenever we turned it on. As a result, we didn’t use the AC throughout our three-night stay. The bed sheets had stains, and my partner ended up with bedbug bites. They were unable to transfer us to another room due to being "fully booked." Despite the mixed reviews, I chose this hotel because it seemed to offer a kitchen and cooking supplies. However, upon arrival, we found there were no cooking or dining tools available in the room; we had to request them from the front desk. The only positive aspect was its proximity to the airport, but this experience has taught us not to stay here again.

Bedbugs. Not too long after check in I noticed I had bite marks but assumed they might be mosquito bites. Took a shower got back in bed, less than 20 minutes later more bite marks. Told front desk and the receptionist asked what I wanted her to do about it. Was told to call on Monday to speak to Manager, it’s Saturday night. Came back to room & used flashlight from my phone and recorded a bedbug on the pillow that I had been laying on. Please do not stay here, very dirty only convenience is location.

This place was full sketchy people. The room was falling apart everywhere. They have roaches and bed bugs. We left the second day because we seen roaches and bed bugs. The front desk clerk illegally asked me for proof of my service animals and everyone knows that is against the law. The night clerk that I showed the bed bug to acted like he didn’t have a clue what to do and told me to wait until the morning. I was not sleeping another second in that room with my family. I will never stay here again. They are the worse. If I could give no stars I would.

The carpets looked dingy the bathroom floor and Kitchen floors had linoleum like floors and they hadn’t been mopped or cleaned because we took a wet rag and rubbed the floor and it was black from all the dirt on the floor the hallways and stuff smelt musky

This place was nasty! I have a one year old and two year old….. I basically made my baby stay in her pack n play since I didn’t want her crawling on the nasty floor and kept telling my two year old “stop touching that” lol……Thank god this was just a random stop while on our roadtrip and we just used this hotel to sleep. When booking this, I was aware this wasn’t anything fancy. But I have a problem when I see crumbs on the counters, sticky smudges on every surface & questionable bed cleanliness. The only thing we really liked was how big it was. Full size fridge and it’s not your average sized hotel room. But the dirtyness that was left behind kind of over shines any good. Also, they advertise breakfast but there is none. Which I probably wouldn’t of even wanted after how dirty this place is! lol Anyways to leave off on a positive note, the staff was friendly!

We stayed to sleep only. Breakfast was coffee, tea, oatmeal packets, granola bars, and prepackaged muffins…majority were blueberry. The room was clean, however needs major maintenance. No utensils or dishes. We had an extra guest…a huge cockroach! We smashed it and didn’t encounter any other. The pull out mattress was stained yellow so one of the guests slept on the sofa only. No phone in the room to front desk. The entire place needs an upgrade. Crazy thing is that there were 3 work vans and a cargo van with “Terminix” on them in the parking lot. Hope they were working and not just staying there.

I should preface that I stayed here the day before the total solar eclipse so the cost was inflated (I hope) and it was busy. There was only one person at the desk, so check in took a bit with 4 people waiting to check in. There are a lot of forms to sign. Nobody was available at the front desk after 11pm, which was annoying when we needed change for the soda machine. The room was large and comfortable, but appeared straight from the 80s. The bathtub was one of the smallest I have ever seen. The location was convenient for us and our plans in Berea the next day. It was a long Uber ride to our evening plans downtown though. We didn’t really explore the area much, but there appeared to be a good number of places to eat and a gas station store was a short walk when we needed the sodas we couldn’t get change for. I would stay again if the price was right, but the inflated $225 I paid during the eclipse was a lot for this place.

Nothing special here! First room we were given had the pull out couch broken in an open position. Gave us another room. Has full outdated kitchen with basically nothing in it. Had to go downstairs to request a coffee pot. Didn’t work! No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioner when on sounded as though we were seated on an airplane next to the wing engine. Wouldn’t recommend.

Friendly service, couch bed was broken in my room, and ceiling vents could use a good wipe down. I liked the fact that my room was like a small apartment. Full kitchen off set living room and bedroom section. Just have to bring your own kitchen essentials. Other than that I will be returning!

Looks old and did not like having to ask for amenities like a coffee maker. It should have been in the room already.

The room was a great size. There were no kitchen stuff in kitchenette couple of the drawer fronts were missing there was some sort of blue stuff on the inside of the refrigerator. Who ever stayed there before left clothes in the dresser. There was mold growing above the bathtub. I am going to give it one more chance next time I won’t be as understanding. Coming back September 24

The room door is very hard to open and close. The lock sticks, was told to use my hip to bump it open. The hallways carpet is very old and out dated. The room is nice for the price I got.

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast is coffee, muffins and instant oatmeal. The bathroom sink in the room leaked onto the floor; we didn’t realize this until we had already settled into the room. We were offered a different room but decided to stay and just put towels on the floor. The oven/stove in the kitchenette was worthless, the oven barely reached around 300 degrees and the stove couldn’t boil water. Also, I could never turn the oven off, no matter how I turned the knob. When I complained I was told that the ovens don’t get very hot because it’s a fire hazard. That would have been nice to know before I bought frozen French fries. :-( Went to the fitness room, the treadmill didn’t work. A three-night stay was too long, I couldn’t imagine staying longer.

We arrived at the hotel later at night due to my child’s volleyball tournament running late. Nobody was at the front counter when we arrived so there was a sign that said to dial “0000” from the courtesy phone if you need help. I did this and the front desk lady came pretty fast but she was rude. She made me feel like I was interrupting whatever she was doing and was a bother. Once I got snippy back she kind of backed off. But seriously, I am paying money to stay at your property, it’s late, I’m hangry and last thing I want is some lady to be rude to me when you are hired to be pleasant to the paying customers. My daughters teammate and her mother also checked in that night around the time we did and she said the same thing, front desk lady was rude. I don’t get it. Other than that, the lobby and hallways were pretty smelly.. room smelled better and was clean. About 12:30am loud music started playing.. sounded like i was staying above a night club. After about half hour I did call the front desk and spoke to a gentleman and it stopped almost immediately after that. Don’t think I’ll stay there again. But it did it’s job for the short amount of time we were there.

Staff members are very nice and offer you the necessity of kitchen supplies and very quiet place to stay

The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Heidi the manager was very helpful with helping us figure out how to change our check out day early. Overall, I would stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experiences.

This was a poor stay. The beds were not comfortable, the hide a bed couch was so uncomfortable my 9 year old chose an air mattress instead. The hotel has an awkward layout. The check in was slow. I would not stay here again.

Was surprised it had a kitchen, but no dishes or anything to use, but you can rent them' They were totally book, so parking was short. But we were there only for 1 night. It was quiet. the bed was commutable, and you are very close to a lot of restaurants, it was a good price compared to other hotels near by

Did not think it would be above average stay. Overall felt it was a good value. Our stay did not require use of the kitchen area however it was nice to have a refrigerator for certain needs. The TV had several channels and was good.

Property right off I 71 in corporate area- was quiet- but everything very worn down. Value was good but probably wouldn’t stay here again. Lobby smelled of cigarettes and and indian food in hallways… we had to spray a can of air freshener in room to cover stale odors and wash filters

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, quiet and secure. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very spacious and laid out conveniently. The only minor complaint I have is that the kitchen had absolutely nothing- no pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc, which we did not anticipate and therefore brought nothing with us for a four night stay. Had we known in advance we could have brought these things to better utilize the full kitchen in our room.

Short drive to my destination and plenty of places to get last minute things

This place fit our needs perfectly in regards to location and the roominess of the room. Much better than being cramped in a hotel room. Would stay here again if the need arises.

The stove only worked on one burner. The oven was so filthy when I tried to use it the room filled with smoke. The general smell in the hotel was like a retirement home. There was a really drunk guy in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot who was stumbling and I saw him fall into another car that wasn't his. I called the desk and watched as they went outside, walked past the guy without saying anything and then went back inside. The location was a bit further out from downtown than I liked as well. Will not stay here again.
