The hotel is off the highway. It has plenty of parking, and it's pet friendly. We have a dog staying next door to us that barks when people walk by. The dog didn't bark during the night. The room is a bit outdated and looks run down. The staff is friendly and they check on you via text. It's an okay stay for one night.

I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is nice. The only issue is, the fire alarm has went off on two different stays. Once was a malfunction and the other there was smoke and flooded the downstairs, and it went off twice that night. Didn’t help with getting our little one back to sleep. Made for a long night. But overall satisfied with this location.

The lobby/ dining area is way nicer than the old and run down rooms. Breakfast buffet was alright. Pool was closed without explanation or forewarning. Our double room had beds that were much smaller than the queen size advertised and which we paid for (more like full beds); the beds and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on. I have also never seen tissues (the "kleenex" box) of such poor quality. We joked it was like parchment paper. This hotel definitely skips on quality on a lot of things. We had a terrible check in experience too, in the middle of a snow storm, with no access to the covered car port to unload our luggage and no hrlp from the front desk. Will find another hotel on our next passage through this town.

No shampoo for 2 nights. They should have borrowed some from a neighboring motel. Instead they gave me extra soap and conditioner. Really? The fumes from the pool construction were horrendous and most likely unhealthy. I know the fire dept said it was within safe limits but can’t imagine breathing that all night for 3 nights was good for my lungs.

We stayed in a king suite with a kitchenette. The room was a good size, and the kitchenette had lots of counter space as well as a bar with 3 stools. The hotel was pretty clean overall, the staff was polite and helpful, and we appreciated the saltwater pool. The breakfast was tasty and well stocked, with plenty of seating as well. The only issue we had was that the layout and room numbering was a little eccentric, which made our room a little hard to find, but we got there eventually without having to ask at the desk. Overall a great place to stay!

Easy check-in, reservation were done well in advance. Room was very nice, large and looked to be upgraded. Breakfast was good, what you'd expect without a made to order meal. Complete w/eggas, bacon, cereals, fruits (fresh & sweet), juices and coffee's. Really accomodating times too, 0600-1000 daily. Parking gets tough, a very busy place as we arrived about 9:00 PM. Still well lit, but cramped and a bit far.

Staff was great. However…Had 2 rooms, one smelled like urine or wet animals. The second one they moved us to (the only open room available) had previously had people smoke a ton in it. Which they warned us about. Ashes even on the toilet seat. It was an upgraded room and better than urine smell but I hope they fined the people before us. And it could have been better aired out when cleaning. (Ozoned, left the air on to keep air circulating or something!)

Very spacious king suite with comfy bed. Hotel was very clean with very friendly, helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast. A little disappointed in the couch cushions in room 217. The cushions have no support and need to be replaced. Otherwise the furniture was in good shape. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked a king suite for ourselves and another for our son and his wife. Wow! When we checked in, they couldn't get us together, because of our room types, but we were above and below each other right next to the stairwell, which was great. The rooms were above and beyond, spectacular. Wow! So spacious and so comfortable. The rooms faced the road, so there was some traffic noise, but it definitely died down at bedtime and certainly didn't keep us from sleeping. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and they were always replenishing. This was a great area with lots of dining options close by. We will definitely return.

Clean, easy to access from the highway, bed sheets were a little stiff and itchy for my liking. Fan in bathroom buzzed very loudly. Air conditioner would not get our room temp below 74 degrees. Called front desk for maintenance but no one ever showed. Refrigerator didn’t keep our drinks cold.

We always stay at Hilton owned or Marriott owned hotels when we travel because they reliably have the most comfortable beds. We booked this room with two queen beds because no kings were available. The beds were smaller than queens and the mattresses were so hard we may as well have slept on the floor, because the mattresses felt about the same. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and did try to get us into another room but also stated all the beds would be exactly the same comfort wise, so we opted to keep what we had to avoid packing up and moving.

For the price I paid I expected more. First, there weren’t any remotes for the tvs. Whatever, didn’t really matter. The water pressure was horrendous. I could barely take a shower. I’m not even sure I got all the soap off me. I guess I’ll find out if it rains and I start bubbling.

Very dated. Out of the six nights stayed, three were spent without hot water. They said they were fixing it and were having trouble with that in other rooms. After the repair, water was still barely warm. I didn’t ask for another room as I assumed they would fix it, but they never even offered to do so either. At the end of the stay, they did take off $50 per night for the three nights without warm water.

I travel a lot - I stay at nice hotels - Especially when traveling with my wife. We booked this hotel because some of my family were also booked there. I had a nice suite - not a standard room - the suite was very nice and spacious. The issue, which is huge, was that there was little to no water pressure in our room. When we went to request a room change - the people in front of us were told that they were filled to capacity and there were no rooms available, so we turned around and went back to the room. Paying what I did, we should not have had to go to another family members room to take a proper shower. Room 101 had little to no water pressure and there was nothing that they could do. When I went to speak to someone about this at checkout, no one was available for over10 minutes and I had to hit the road.

Hotel was under renovations which they neglected to mention & our heat did not work in our room, they never offered a discount or even to switch rooms. Breakfast closed earlier than most places as well .

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in the past few months. We came back because the staff is so nice and attentive. We have especially enjoyed getting to talk with the staff in the breakfast area, who are pleasant, helpful, and put out a great breakfast.

The property was below what I expected from a "Hilton". The building looked a bit "old" and the room furnishings matched that impression. The staff was friendly but couldn't remove my notice of huge stains on my rooms couch, along with generally worn out furniture. I've never experienced a toilet that required holding the flush handle down for a 10 to 15 count in order to flush! YUCK! Find another property to stay at around Streetsboro!

Facility only has 1 elevator. It is at the end of the hall, a good distance from many rooms. It is also very slow. you compete with guests and housekeeping. Stairs are also inconveniently located. Stay on the floor if you can.

Nice but busy area. If you want the included breakfast, it’s only available until 9am. Which is too early. Many families and couples were there for activities. Should be extended to 10am at least on the weekends.

The Pool was closed due to maintenance, and the fitness center was very small. Besides that the hotel was great.

Good: - Breakfast attendant was amazing and worked so diligently to keep things stocked, fresh, and clean. - Variety of foods was nice too. - Soundproofing between rooms was excellent. Room next to us had crying baby & yappy dog when in hallway, but we never heard noise in our room. Not so good: - paid $15 extra dollars for two queen beds. Got two double beds for 3 plus-size adults. - got injured on & cut by coat hook stabbers sticking out from wall in room. - Hair conditioner pump in shower was empty, & since they lock the holders, couldn't turn bottle upside-down to shake out. Had 2.5 ft tangled hair. :-( - Stinky lotions- musky aftershave smell. Get citrus that other Hiltons have. - Shower was cold to luke-warm and showerhead operation was confusing. - Cheapo A/C unit turns off if motion sensor is not triggered, so wake up in the middle of night gasping for air or sweating. An awful choice by Hampton brand hotels. - Hallways from "The Shining". We had to walk all the way to the end of the extremely L-O-N-G hallway, all the way to the end with my disabled elderly father wearing a boot. As we turned to walk down the hallway, two women that looked very much alike came out of their room and walked slowly towards us down the hall. To avoid making this feel like The Shining, maybe try some color... Or wall art... Something less vacant, empty, and to make such a looooong hallway feel shorter. Overall, breakfast was good, but hotel stay was not the most enjoyable.

This Hotel was very nice… but the staff was AMAZING! What a caring group of people dedicated to making people comfortable and happy! We are frequent travelers and this staff is superb!!

Beds were too hard, pillows too soft. Was not a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff good. Our son left in middle of morning due to uncomfortable bedding making their back hurt and noisy neighbors all night long.
