I loved that the room we stayed in was huge ! For our two kiddos . I didn’t like that there was dog hair all over floor. Which wasn’t disclosed when booking room ! I also didn’t like that the pull out couch had white dog hair all over it . and there were no tissues refilled in bathroom . The staff were so friendly and kind and helped us with everything .. staff were great . The hotel was clean . Lobby .. pool was extremely too cold ! No heating in pool ? Other than that stay was cool .

Shampoo dispenser was never changed and was empty when my son went to shower. A toilet was clogged and staff left us in limbo for over an hour before we had to ask for a plunger again. Pool room was disgusting and no towels. When asked for towels was told they are being washed. Literally was maybe 10 rooms booked at this place during this time. Rarely could you find anyone at the front desk. Rude when you ask for anything whatsoever. Was told pool was closed on the first day even though it wasn’t. Wi-Fi was down the entire stay. I could go on. Definitely one of my worse stays I’ve ever encountered.

My room shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. I had to change rooms. Toilet ran and backed up. The property needs some maintenance and a good cleaning. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and apologetic.

We had ants in our room. The ants were on the headboards and the table in between the beds. We had to be moved from a double room to a king. The issue with this is it was a friend and myself so one of us had to sleep on a small dirty couch. When we checked out we asked to speak with the manager and we were told he was too busy to speak with us. We were told he would be in contact with us but we have yet to hear from him, it has been 5 days. I have emailed him twice since our check out date and he has not responded. To say this was a disappointing experience would be an understatement. It is still our expectation that we hear from them. We were asking for compensation not an entire refund but it doesn’t seem that they want to even apologize for the situation and inconvenience.

The caulking in the shower was molded. One of the back couch pillows was completely torn and the inside was hanging out. Taking the stairs this morning there was trash in the stairwell. I always stay at Hampton Inns and this one was by far the worse.

The hotel was good for an overnight, but the room could use a deep clean especially the sink. The only downside was being close to the door near the dog area where other guests were loud, as well as the thin walls where you could hear every single noise. Which set off my 2 dogs that have anxiety. None of us slept much.

My wife and I typically choose this chain no matter where we travel however, this is probably the first time weve had any issues. Staff was great, clean, complimentary breakfast and cofee alll fantastic. IT WAS NOISY AS S*** LOL!!! We legit heard when our neighbors opened and closed their blinds. It sounded like construction was going on outside our window but no hard hats in sight! Had me getting up at 1am checking to make sure no one was coming to steal us.

The staff is friendly and helpful and our room was clean but I took points off on cleanliness because the whole third floor smelled like stale tobacco despite being non smoking. You could smell it getting off the elevator but also in bed at night. It wasn’t just our room; our relatives reported the same. 2nd floor did not have these issues. I do not usually havw a strong sense of smell but this was really overbearing. Also the sheets at this hotel were once again too small for the bed. The bottom should go down to the bottom corners, instead it extends just over each corner of the mattress. The top should also be wide enough to tuck in on each side; instead it just extends an inch past the top of the bed on both sides. They use I think Queen size sheets on a king sized bed, which means the fitted sheet rolls off the corners when you sleep and two people have two sleep right up next to each other to both be covered by the sheet. Last time I stay here, which is too bad because the staff is very nice and it is very close to where I need to be, but next time we will stay in Polaris.

a bed was comfortable but we could hear the highway traffic from the room and couldn\'t set the fan to "on"to help drown out the noise. Overcharged me and told me I would get a $50 refund the next day when I checked out.... I have called about it with no response still. Over priced.

Bed was very hard, I was on the first floor and it was noisy, and my room had a handicapped equipt bath/shower and the mechanism that was supposed to make it handicapped accessible made it impossible for me to take a shower with the shower head up above and spraying water down. Instead, the water sprayed straight out from the shower head and I had to use it as a handheld in order to wash my hair.

Bed was very hard, I was on the first floor and it was noisy, and my room had a handicapped equipt bath/shower and the mechanism that was supposed to make it handicapped accessible made it impossible for me to take a shower with the shower head up above and spraying water down. Instead, the water sprayed straight out from the shower head and I had to use it as a handheld in order to wash my hair.

Stressful check-in. Desk clerk didn't understand Expedia room was pre-paid and began charging room again. $50 Pet fee is not Pet friendly. More like Pets allowed for a big fee. Spider or some bug lurking in the ceiling. Had to get a step ladder and broom to clean it out My wife thought we should check for bed bugs, so we did but didn't see any. Checked in at10 on a long trip home but was stressed by the time I got to bed, didn't sleep that well.My suggestion is don't book this hotel, just move on to another.

They canceled my reservation without my knowledge saying my card was declined because they ran my card the day before we were supposed to arrive and I had not put the money on that card because we always wait until we arrive at our destination just in case the card had gotten stolen Before we made it to the hotel... Also I put that I would pay at the hotel when I got there... So we had to find another hotel 30 minutes away because it is memorial weekend and all the hotels around that hotel are booked.

a bed was comfortable but we could hear the highway traffic from the room and couldn\'t set the fan to "on"to help drown out the noise. Overcharged me and told me I would get a $50 refund the next day when I checked out.... I have called about it with no response still. Over priced.

We’re a family of six. The room listing stated “sleeps 6”, but said “2 double beds”. I wanted to be sure there would be enough beds for my children, so I called Hilton hotels directly and was told that they had rollaway cots available for checkout. I was charged an extra $200 for “destroyed sheets.” The breakfast bar was mediocre and constantly out of coffee and bagels. This hotel stay cost me over $800 for two nights. Super disappointing. I’ll stick to Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could use some help. There was a broken waffle iron, choices were limited. But that my personal opinion. What I had was good. Coffee was fresh and hot. I would book here again.

Hotel was overall clean. Our room was very musty and smelled like it had been used for a smokers room. No hot water for the shower which I heard from another guest was an issue for them for 3 days. Pool was out of order but you didn’t know that til after paying for your stay. Kids were highly disappointed.

I had booked a room 4 months before for a 2 bed room for 3 adults. Upon arrival was given a single bed. The hotel was sold out and had no doubles left. When I inquired about a cot I was informed that was not a thing. Luckily there was a pullout couch which had not been cleaned with food scrapes in it. I then requested pillows and sheets and was given a duvet and a comforter. No sheets or pillows. I spoke to the manager in the morning and was promised a 2 bed room and no problems when I got back late that night. When I returned there was no saved room and was again placed in the same room and again given a duvet and comforter but atleast this time also pillows and towels. But only after I had to explain that the room was stocked for 2 people not 3. The 3rd day was finally moved to a double room. The rooms were cleanish but the first room had a panel removed from the bed frame, a broken mirror with scotch tape holding it, and the shower was either ice cold or the firey pits of hell. Both rooms had multiple exposed brackets where cloths hooks or shelves had been previously. When i inquired what could be offered to make amends the manager responded with nothing that both rooms were of equal value. This hotel is a Hampton only by name, and not by quality. The upkeep is horrible and it is being run by the same type of staff that can run a roadside motel. I will not be staying at any more Hamptons in the Columbus area.
