Broken pool, lumpy pillows, broken shade so it was bright all night.

The rooms were clean, the parking was good. In my first room, the heater didn't work, in one of my rooms near the staff laundry room, there was a loud grinding noise every 10-15 minutes that sounded like the washer/dryer needed repair. The staff was very accommodating.

Stay was comfortable. Staff friendly. Building is older and it shows.

This hotel is only a place to sleep. It was quiet considering it is near an airport and major street. The facility is worn and needs a facelift. The breakfast was minimal. Juice was watered down as was the pancake batter and the coffee. There were minimal choices provided for breakfast so I would not count on that if you have a big day of travel ahead. There are minimal toiletries provided. Basically soap and shampoo only. Towels in our room were newish but in our second room they were worn. In the rooms it was clear that the staff did not move the lamps to vacuum. Which makes you wonder what other corners were cut in cleaning. Our AC worked a little too well while that in our second room did not work at all. This was the closest hotel to where our event was and the parking was wide open. The staff at check was super friendly and very accommodating.
