Got to the hotel and the receptionist was in an argument with a guest. After their discussion, I was given keys to my room. Went up, unlocked the door and it was filthy all over the place. Marks on the window, walls, doors and ceiling, stains in the bathtub, toilet with dark skid marks and towels with huge stains. Air inside was horrible and it the smell was borderline to die from. 11/10, would not recommend. Receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com to get a refund and not is denying the claim. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Got to the hotel and the receptionist was in an argument with a guest. After their discussion, I was given keys to my room. Went up, unlocked the door and it was filthy all over the place. The initial check in was fine. I reserved the room for 3 days. The next night I tried to get into my room and the key no longer worked. Get to the front desk and the guy say we checked out. I pull it up on my phone and show him the room was reserved and paid for 3 days. He said “oh, just a misunderstanding.” At checkout, I ask for a receipt and the guy says you have to get it online. Never heard of a hotel not giving you a receipt. Constantly checking my account to make sure I’m not be charged again. Not to mention they were supposedly remodeling the room next to mine. Heard jackhammers and hammers banging at the wee hours of the morning. All I can say is what a stay😢
