My main issues: 1- the shampoo, conditioner & body wash is not enough for one person for even one shower & 2- I did not feel safe. People being loud in the halls at all hours and when I had to leave at 4:30am, there were people just loitering around the parking lot.

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at within the last 3 years, I gotta say this one one of the nicest! There was acouple things that needs attention like the pull out couch was every uncomfortable you could feel the springs and bars!! Also the pool has way too much chlorine and gave my oldest a bad headache!

The room was filthy. I was sold on the pool for the kids but towels weren’t available. The carpet was so dirty I didn’t even take my shoes off. The baseboards were falling off and nails were sticking up and my husband almost stepped on it, and there was visible mold and food on everything, curtains, lamps, tables, it was everywhere. The guests in the next room were shaking our door handles all night and while that’s not a hotel personnel problem it made for a very uncomfortable stay. Would not return when there are much better hotels just over the overpass by Crocker park.

The staff were very nice. The room was exactly what we were hoping for:-) The pool could have been cleaner, as could the hot tub, but both were open when it rained and the beach was too rough for my kids, and a shower after was enough to handle it:-) There was enough hot water for 4 showers and a bubble bath, back to back to back once or twice a day:-) All 3 of our kids loved that our room was literally right outside the fenced and gated pool deck:-)
