We were immediately greeted with the stench of weed all over the property despite no smoking signs EVERYWHERE on just about every flat surface. There were food scraps on the sidewalk just outside the main lobby. The room was not well or recently maintained. I knew the area wasn’t that great but the hotel seemed to have good reviews. The reviews I read didn’t convey the poor situation we arrived to, however. I don’t recommend staying here with children. If you’re a truck driver I’m sure you will find it adequate, though.

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room at our arrival. For a 100% non-smoking hotel, the room smelled bad as soon as we opened the door. The beds and towels seemed clean and good, but there was no evidence the room had been vacuumed or mopped. There were popcorn kernels under the night table with water bottle wrappers and other debris. Behind the bathroom door was dirt/hair and the top protective cover of a woman's razor. Hod we had the time (as we got in late at night) we would have gone somewhere else.

Check-in was quick, room was ready and reasonably clean, I slept well. HOWEVER, I couldn’t use the sink because the stopper got stuck closed - brushed teeth over the bathtub. I’d paid extra to have an in-room coffee maker - a part was missing so pod couldn’t be inserted properly - no in-room coffee. When checking out the Front Desk clerk’s only question was to ask if I’d reported problems to Front desk, then advise any refund of the “luxury” portion of my room payment couldn’t happen since room was prepaid through Expedia. Not even an apology for my inconvenience.
