Clean room as expected, being part of the honors! The biggest disappointment was the hot water. It was like it only had one shower with warm water. The hot water out of the sink was hotter than the shower. My 11-year-old son and wife ended up taking cold showers because there were none! When we checked out, I notified the front desk of the issue, and, being a part of the honors, I was disappointed in the fact that my son and wife had to take cold showers at a HILTON! I expected better! I will be coming back to the Wooster area in the future because my daughter is a student at OSU ATI right across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn! I hope that the issue gets fixed for the next member who stays in room 103!

We enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and my husband and i enjoyed the hot tub. We had a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. It made my husbands life so much easier! Would definitely book with them again.
