Lovely little boutique hotel in a good location. Not cheap but definitely felt quite special - so worth it for a special occasion. Service was great and would recommend a cocktail or two in the bar.

The hotel is very eclectic and fun, the room was small but with a four poster bed and the shower was excellent - really powerful. It was a shame that scaffolding was up but the hotel had told us prior to us arriving and there was no noise. Location is good too. The only downside was breakfast. The buffet selection was very poor with nothing being replenished. The cooked order was good but not what we’d actually ordered. We didn’t flag it and just ate what arrived as it had taken a while. So to sum up, a small boutique hotel with funky furnishings in a good location, just breakfast that we felt was below par.

So if you’re staying more than one night make sure you pack your own shower gel and shampoo unless you want to call reception to ask for more every day. Breakfast service was confusing and not friendly. It could easily be much better if they put some thought into the customer experience and adopted a customer centric attitude.

Second time I stayed and second time they charged me twice. No hot water as the boiler had packed up was not great but in fairness a one off. The breakfast can only be described as poor and limited for the money they charge.

Just a wonderful spot to stay that feels like home. Warm, so friendly and such a pleasure to stay. Lovely quiet spot where you can truly relax with well appointed rooms in an incredibly well located location. Team were just wonderful. Thank you!

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location 10 min walk from Farringdon. Its further enhanced by the superb staff whose service is second to none. The breakfast is of a very high quality. Its located 2 min walk from the incredible St John's Priory

So if you’re staying more than one night make sure you pack your own shower gel and shampoo unless you want to call reception to ask for more every day. Breakfast service was confusing and not friendly. It could easily be much better if they put some thought into the customer experience and adopted a customer centric attitude.

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location 10 min walk from Farringdon. Its further enhanced by the superb staff whose service is second to none. The breakfast is of a very high quality. Its located 2 min walk from the incredible St John's Priory

Second time I stayed and second time they charged me twice. No hot water as the boiler had packed up was not great but in fairness a one off. The breakfast can only be described as poor and limited for the money they charge.

A really special place to stay. Staff were all amazing, very attentive in a non obtrusive way. Rooms are very comfortable and the decor across the hotel is eclectic and interesting. Having stayed in many London hotels I think we may have found our 'nest'. Highly recommended.

Underbart hotell, underbar frukost. Väldigt bra läge, utanför the beaten track med många fina och mysiga pubar och restauranger i närheten. Bo här, ni kommer inte bli besvikna.

Our flight was late and we checked10:00 pm, so might be much better if earlier. Check in guy was dismissive, not helpful, just said kitchen was closed and bar was closing. We stayed 3 nights and only found out this morning that a light breakfast was included, and were shown around the hotel by a much nicer employee. The neighborhood is dead after dark but we enjoyed the area. Our room was tiny, lights burned out, safe didn’t work and noisy with window open (which you must as there is no air). We did find a terrific Indian restaurant nearby, Tiffin cafe.

Wonderful, quirky hotel. The staff are so friendly, the place is very clean, the breakfast is delicious and you get little extras in your room like home made shortbread, robes and postcards. It’s an amazing place to stay.
