I drive all night only to arrive early morning to be told THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN!!! My daughter is in a wheel chair and the only rims available are on 5/6 floors!! Unbelievable that this was not plastered all over the FRONT PAGE!! absolutely unacceptable when i reserved an accessible room.

Elevator was broken and the employee stated it would be fixed. We stayed 3 days and still was not fixed

Staff was very helpful and attentive.we were a little concerned for the head desk person,(don't remember name) she was trying to get mal functioning outer sliding glass doors to operate.

Elevator not working properly. Hot water pump broken. Hallway on 4th floor stinks like smoke. Desk staff are wonderful and helpful.

The key card machine was broken and had to find someone to constantly reopen the room. The hotel was really understaffed. No turn down service or fresh towels given. Had to ask for towels. Coffee maker in room broken. Staff was friendly . But it was a real inconvenience to travelers.

First problem was not getting connecting rooms or at least 2 rooms CLOSE to each other which we requested. Our rooms were on separate floors! This is a 6-story hotel and only one elevator worked at it was pretty inconsistent. The hallway smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The room was pretty clean but did need repairs. The tub/shower was old and there was mildew on the ceiling. The beds were comfortable but we did have to request extra bedding for the sofa bed, which we never got for either room. The pool was awful!!! Algae all over the walls and the water was extremely green! Overall we were very disappointed in this property-not Marriott quality at all! The desk staff were friendly and very understanding of our frustrations.

Do not waste your money staying at this hotel, you will regret it. I had a long list of issues during my stay, any of which on their own would not be a huge deal but they added up quickly. 1. There is no air conditioning in the common areas so the hallways and lobby are about 85 degrees. 2. The plumbing is old and loud and if you don't want to listed to the toilet run and gurgle all night you have to turn the water off manually. 3. There were bodily fluid stains on the sheets and towels. 4. Housekeeping only serviced my room once in 6 days and they did not replenish towels or toilet paper, just made the bed and changed the trash. 5. They claim to be a "cash free property" which they use as an excuse to not have change available for their laundry which you must pay for with cash. 6. One elevator is broken and out of service. The other one is incredibly slow and periodically just stops working. I got stuck and none of the buttons inside the elevator would respond. I only got out because someone on another floor called it up. 7. The front door periodically stops working and you have to either call the desk or shimmy your fingers between the doors and manually push open the automatic door which is not easy. I could keep going, but essentially this hotel is old and rundown, has not been well maintained or regularly cleaned and the staff is indifferent. If you want to be comfortable, stay somewhere else.

Elevator was broken our entire stay, room was only cleaned once during our 5 night stay. Ice machines broken, needs updating, lots of peeling wallpaper. Breakfast wasn’t good, ran out of coffee. Terrible internet and Wi-Fi and tv channels

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. We went down for breakfast 40 min before closing and there was hardly anything out the little we got was horrible, the coffee machine didn’t even work! Our room was also never cleaned! When I asked housekeeping to clean up a little on our 3rd day it wasn’t done.

We had a very nice stay. It’s a great location and the room was very nice for an extended stay. Our only disappointment was the pool which was poorly maintained and needed cleaning. We would however definitely stay there again.

First all the room was just average. But the lighting in the room is horrible there is no overhead light they're just lamps and it's dark and dingy in those rooms. Too hide the dirt it was not clean the couches were dirty your carpet was dirty the main surfaces will pretty clean but then I found hair behind the door in the bathroom showers for old and not thoroughly cleaned. The breakfast was okay service was okay. Also we get there there's no remote controls to the TVs in the rooms. Needs better cleaning

The bathroom was dirty. Instead of the King deluxe room I booked I got a double bed room regardless of what I wanted. The carpet was wet and the room attached to mine smells like a dirty diaper. This place is disgusting and pathetic!

Room was dark, even with ALL the lights on! NO cleaning of the room the entire three (3) night stay! We had to go down and get more wash cloths and towels. Will definitely NEVER book at this hotel every again. Extremely disappointed in a Marriott property!

Not sure the sheets were clean. Bar sink was dirty. Bathtub was dirty. Carpet was not vacuumed. Front desk not present, & had no sense of guests awaiting check in. No wash cloths were provided.

Rooms were dirty. Food left under the sink causing the room to smell. Second room, urine was all over the toilet.

My room was not cleaned as promised. Cleaning every other day. So trash and food from various services were left in my room. It was decided by Hotel management that since I was leaving the next day it was not necessary to remove trash and garbage from my room. So I had to reside there with the rancid odor in my room. Also someone from the Hotel BREACHED the SECURITY of my room. When I returned to my room the evening before leaving, I discovered my door was left ajar by the deadbolt and left open. I reported this to the Hotel staff and management and nothing was done about it. I also reported the incident to Marriott customer service supervisor and was told there was nothing that they could do. I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation and Kate the Supervisor said “We’re not in the business to lose money” Neither Shane the Hotel Manager or Kate the Customer Service Supervisor ask me or my wife how we were feeling and if we were ok. Lack of HUMANITY from that establishment

The few negatives were the shower hardly had any water pressure and there were ants on the night stand next to the beds. Toilet flooded and they never came to clean the bathroom while I was there. I ended up going and buying cleaning supplies to clean the floor.

No coffee cups in the room. Bathtub was disgusting and discolored. Halls and elevator filthy. Not Marriott standards.

My room wasn't as clean as you would think for a new guest. There was a long women's hair on the wall in the shower. One of the wash cloths was stained, the light over the kitchen was burned out. Could've been over all cleaned better.

The room was nice, however the WiFi was in and out all 3 days I stayed and I was only able to watch the 3 local stations on the television.

Stayed in room 410. The heating unit in the room had some sort of issue, it would kick on for 2 minutes. Then stop, it never actually heated the room. And we just cycle like that all night.

I stayed for 2 nights due to the weather and wanted to be close to my job. The only problem is they have satellite TV and on the second day I only got to watch about 2 hours of TV because there was no signal. If the weather is bad this is NOT the place to stay. If you enjoy watching TV.

Spacious clean rooms for the price! Great staff accommodated our late checkout. Would definitely come back.

Towel rack at bathroom’s sick coming out of wall. No hot water at sick. Sofa cushions appear soiled. No freezer in unit only refrigerator, items needing freezer lost. TV remote no back cover, had black duct tape holding the batteries in. Remote control barely worked. Room looked dated.

I stayed in the studio with 2 double beds. It was very spacious and conformable. The breakfast was very good they had a variety of breakfast foods. They also had an outdoor pool it was clean and good size. I recommend staying it was clean and all the staff I interacted with were helpful and very kind.

The lighting in the room & hallway was terrible & the shower/toilet room was way too small. Less giant sectional & more room in the bathroom.

Not what I would normally expect from a Marriot hotel, but I probably should have expected less based on the price. The hotel could definitely use an update. One of the elevators was not working properly and was not marked in any way so that people would know. There was only one person on staff, from what I could tell, on a very busy day, but she was nice and polite for the amount of stress that she was under taking care of that many people by herself. The room was mostly clean, just outdated and everything felt a little damp from the carpet to the linens. AC worked well, water was hot, and the room had plenty of space.

We had 3 rooms and all had the same problem with the faucet in the bathroom sink. The faucet is placed too close to the shelf above it and you can't hardly get the water turned on. There is no lighting above the desk so we took a lamp from the bed side table and put there. The door to the bathroom is too big as it takes up so much space that you can't hardly get inside between it and the toilet to close the door. The staff was excellent - they were the only redeeming factor for this facility.

We were greeted and placed in rooms immediately. We noticed the ac wasn’t working right so we were placed in a diff room quickly. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had at any other hotel that was complimentary. Beds were comfy. Pool was easily accessible compared to other hotels we have been to as well.

Everything didn’t go right. Both room that were booked we had to switch to new rooms because one heater smelled like a rat was burning. The other room kids above us were making so much noise had to change rooms. The staff was terrible, they wouldn’t even make new coffee for the lobby, they told me to go up to my room and use the little coffee maker.

Asked to refresh coffee in the lobby cause it was cold and been there a long time, they told me to goto my room and use the little coffee maker if I wanted some.

I had an air conditioner go out in the middle of the night. They moved me immediately, great staff team!

Staff was amazing - very clean - highly recommend and plan to stay there next time in okc!

Service was not the best, but not bad. It was very dirty everywhere could never find anybody at the front desk for Help. They always had a sign up saying they were with someone else.

Check-in extremely slow. Reserved king suite and receive double queens because desk staff said the kings were dirty & they were short staffed - likely won’t stay at this location again…

I didn’t get to stay at the hotel. Got there to check in and was told they could no longer accept my reservation bc they had no hot water due to a gas leak. Receptionist was very nice and trying to be as helpful as she could. She was told by her GM that the GM had personally reached out to two other hotels and had rooms reserved for their guest at a certain rate. When we called the other hotels they said that it was not true and they were completely sold out. When the receptionist working called her GM her GM told her that there was nothing she was going to do and we were on our own and had to figure out how to get our money back and find a new rooms. Majority of hotels in the area were sold out due to soccer tournaments over the weekend so it was a hassle trying to find a room last min. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel bc of the customer service from the GM! Ended up paying for over $300 for 2 rooms at 2 diff hotels and only being able to stay at one of them!

I will be staying here every time I need to stay overnight in Okc. From check in to check out we had a great stay. Sherry who checked us in gets extra kudos, she was amazing and took care of the few needs me had during our two night stay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and clean. Room was clean and perfect for ours needs. They one complaint I would have regarding the property is on checkin they required a $20 per night, not stay but per night fee for incidentals, I did not see this listed on any listing regarding this hotel. It always makes me wonder why they need this especially already having a credit card on file that paid for the stay. That is not a game changer for me but would have been nice to know in advance. My daughter and I arrived for check in at 10:30 pm. Not greeted by the older lady with red hair at the front desk she told us that hotels.com had over booked rooms and there was about 10 people on the list that they tried to get a hold of and to reschedule and they couldn't so I get there from out of town with my 14-year-old daughter and we get told we don't have a room and there's nothing that she can do to help me. I told her I wasn't sure what I needed to do and she said it's not my fault I got here at 3:00 they gave me a list of cancellations or overbooks and that's all I know.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and professional! My room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying there, even when traveling alone.

I loved the room and the bed was very comfortable. Liked how easy it was to get to and great location for restaurants and shopping.

Room was pretty and just as pictured. Very quiet even though there was a basketball tournament. Parking was easy and available close to the entrance. My old eyes would have enjoyed brighter lighting but it didn’t take away from my pleasant stay.

The breakfast was better than the typical hot breakfast. Room was large and roomy. Location was easy to get to.

I regularly like to stay in these hotels wherever I travel, they are comfortable, clean and the workers are very friendly. But I'm in Oklahoma I didn't like breakfast, it was until 10am we down at 9:00am and there was almost nothing and we told the ladies and she said that it was all, that was still missing 1 hour of breakfast, it's the first time that something like this happens to me in these hotels

The lady at the front told me that she didn’t think my deposit was refundable but then changed her story that she could only give back half due to the fact that I ate THE FREE COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST, so I asked why want I told at check in about it an then she changed it again an said nevermind. The elevator stopped working an we were a family of 6 on the 6th floor, the breakfast the first day had cereal no milk, had the waffles fixings but no waffle mix, so you got a bagel an apple. Their was no trash cans to through trash away at breakfast. It wasn’t worth it’s price.

Fast easy check in and out. The sofa springs were saggy, but everything else was very good. Breakfast was good with a wide variety.
