Comfort Suites Fairgrounds West

Booked thos hotel because it advertised an indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub spot was concreted over.

The hotel was good, but the pool was not working and wasn’t mentioned when we booked online.

It was nice but the hot tub was broke due to the electricity from the winds that Friday

The hot tub wasnt working an wasnt aware of it tell after chekced in.

The area around the pool needs some attention. All of the metal surfaces are rusted, badly. At the time of our visit, the lock securing the pool area would not respond to the room keys, not ours alone. The staff was eager to assist, but this should not have been a problem. We were concerned that the hotels proximity to the highway would result in lots of road noise. This was not the case. We didn't hear the highway outside at all.

Elevators were not working. Hotel had tried to reach incoming patrons. No luck w/us, but what could we have done anyway. So long flights of stairs to the third floor. But desk staff was super helpful and nice. Wonderful beds and nice clean large bathroom.

Good place to stay, two problems, little upkeep needed in bathroom, and hot tub jets not working. But I would recommend staying here.

The only thing that made kids mad, pool really cold, and hot tube was not in working, cemented in. So they need to see that off there sight

I never went into the room. This hotel does not have a hot tub nor a spa.

The rooms are always nice and clean, as well as the lady at the front desk was very helpful and did a great job accommodating her guests.

Hotel was near the fairgrounds for our event we planned on attending. The room was clean and breakfast offered a variety of cold and hot items. Thank you.

Room was clean with lots of space location is near dinning and gas staff was friendly and helpful great room for the price in a easy to access location.

It was dirty, the fridge smelt bad, there was trash under a bench and there was no place to park

The only thing I could say is that the room had a horrible musty smell, the beds are comfortable, but the sofa bed is already the mattress is worn out, if not use the sofa bed, is perfect everything else.

Checkin was quick and easy. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows.

The woman who checked us in was pleasant and was very helpful. She was quick to provide us with extra bedding for the pull out sofa, let us know about breakfast, etc. Overall, this wasn’t the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. Saw lots of photos of what appeared to be updated rooms but that is not what we ended up in, which wasn’t a big deal overall. Some of the kids had to sleep on the pull out sofa which was very outdated and didn’t look like it had been wiped down in a very long time. I scrubbed it the best I could before they made the bed but then realized the mattress was practically flat and the bed would not stay down all the way like it should. The sink appeared to have some kind of questionable build up inside of it too. Mattresses on the queen beds weren’t the worst but definitely wouldn’t have been able to sleep on them multiple nights. Breakfast was decent, other than the person in charge of it rearranging pastry items (bagels, bread, etc) with her bare hands. Wish there was more than one waffle maker since it took so long for us to make them with the small kitchen area being full. Bright side: there was hot water, clean linens/towels, and the AC worked great. Again, not the worst experience but also not the greatest.

It was quiet and clean

This hotel is not very clean. The pool was dirty. The hot tub had rust grates and rust was at the bottom of it. The heater in our room didn’t work and when we woke up their were roaches rubbing on the walls. When I talked to the manager she didn’t even apologize for the bad experience. She just stated that that’s what happens when they spray, the roaches come out. Sure said she’d move us to another room if we wanted. That was unacceptable for us and she agreed to refund us for the remaining days that we had booked so that we could find something else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are a lot of other hotels in this area. We found something much better around the corner from there.

The staff was super nice and accommodating to our family of 5, the only downside was the wifi was not great and we had to have our keys reprogrammed every day while we were there. There were other guests complaining about the same thing with the keys. Overall we found our stay enjoyable.

Was here to celebrate with family. It was clean, spacious, and over all good nights sleep.

We booked a room with 3 beds one of which was a sofa bed. The sofa bed was broke and unuseable. The coffee maker didn't work.

Clean and nice staff. Furniture dated but a remodel is coming.

The couch in our room had stains all over it. Some of them looked like bodily fluid so we avoided that area all together. The bathroom door did not latch and the shower head was stuck between two different modes. For as little as we were in the room it was sufficient but had we been there for more than a day I would have cancelled and found something different.

This place was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and the place was modern and had lots of amenities.

Good location close to downtown. Older hotel but has a lot of modern and updated amenities. Comfort Suites are always nice hotels and I appreciate my stays

My husband and I were Oklahoma City for one day/night and this was an affordable, decent stay. The check-in was smooth. The room - especially the bathroom - looked a little old but that did not affect our stay. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows could have been more firm for us. The AC worked great. We did not use the microwave or refrigerator. The only drawback was the location. Due to being right next to a highway, we heard a lot of loud traffic throughout the night. I used a Bedtime Fan app on my phone and that drowned out some of the noise but without that we would not have gotten a decent night’s rest.

Prior to checking in I was called by hotel staff stating that my card needed to be charged in full for my stay , I responded that my reservation is not to be charged for my stay until I check in, the personnel than said if my card isn’t charged in full prior to check in than my room is in jeopardy of being taken , it was extremely odd , I’ve been to Grand 5 star hotels and I have never been approached with my reservation being charged in full PRIOR to checking in , could be something shady going on however I did not allow the personnel to charge my card prior to check in and she seemed a bit bothered about it , more so , the room was clean and roomy , old but you could tell it was recently updated , it was a odor in the hotel, but not too overwhelming, there was no lobby area to sit and hang out , the indoor pool was good, the hot tub was out of order, breakfast was very early 6:30AM to 9:30AM so I didn’t make it to breakfast however it was a small set up, the personnel was a bit unapproachable, the housekeeping literally walked into my room while checking out and told me “check out is at 11AM and I need to check out “ I was still getting dressed which was approx.11:15AM, extremely awkward, the location is great many bars and restaurants nearby plus access to i40 interstate, overall it was “ok” but a bit unwelcoming .

I was booked 5 rooms, when we arrived, there is one room not available for us, it rediculos. We have breakfast in the morning, the clerk tell us to leave.. Never come back again..

Fast check in

Staff members walked in twice while we were getting ready to leave at 1130 a.m. 1 staff member was a karen. She literally was complaining to a guest about how he was making his waffle. She really made a big deal about it the guest was doing nothing wrong. The 2nd time staff walked in my wife was getting dressed. Terrible staff.

This was a fairly decent hotel, but the area is pretty bad

Much nicer than expected! Great location, many places to eat and shop

It was very nice for a very great price! Just needed a one night stay and it was perfect. Free breakfast and a pool too!!

Nice king room, breakfast was great!

Enjoyable property to stay at with a good selection for breakfast, even changes a little bit daily. Pool and spa area was perfect for the kids and us wanting to stay indoors. Property smelled clean and refreshing even in the evenings. Close by to a lot of amenities and highway.

The staff and management were able to give us a new room after finding the first room musty and smelly. The pool area was quite small, but the breakfast was filling.

Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the hot tub. We liked that they had snacks, including ice cream, for purchase. Location was not far from the places we wanted to visit. Wifi was not great at times. Sofa bed had a thin mattress and was stained.
