Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City at Northwest Expressway, OK

There was noone in the reception when I arrived, had to wait 15 minutes. The pool was closed, something I did not know when booking. No coffee during daytime hours. Poor breakfast.

Air conditioner in the room was broken. Only one elevator worked--for the first night anyway, the next day we couldn't get either one to take us down and had to use the stairs. Oh and just know there is an "incidentals" fee of $50 that yes, is refunded, but was not mentioned when I booked the room. Overall, TERRIBLE experience. I won't go back.

Beds are OK. Towels are a joke, service non existent, Business Center, or what would pass for one, was out of service. Desk would only print 5 pages, then printer stopped after 4. Room amenities a joke. This was once a decent Hotel. Never, Never again

The hotel did not have enough washcloths. We had 1 for 3 nights! The ice machine flooded the hallway by our room. The first night I realized the hallway was hot, the heater was on, it was 87 degrees on thermostat! I told the front desk which said theyd call maintenance. I explained the issue to no avail. The temperature was not changed until the following afternoon. We had to make our own parking spot all 3 nights because theres a nightclub next door with a lot of traffic. I heard 2 separate guests complain about no comforters on bed and another guest had no towels.

The hotel needs updating and a good cleaning. The pool was murky and unusable. The room had two small towels and a washcloth in the bathroom, hot-not Luke warm- water in the shower, a set of normal size pillows, and elevator that doesn't look like it recently crashed (handrail was missing, floor indicator lights were not all working-it looks rough), the chair is damaged, stains on the carpet, sheets were dirty. The staff was pushing a new restaurant the 1st night and didn't interact much after.

Hallway is dark. No signs directing to rooms. Pool was "recently" closed for maintenance, but didn't update booking site about pool unavailability. I booked this hotel because it "has" a pool for my 2 teens who had been stuck in a car for 24 hours. They were super disappointed! Wish they would offer a discount since their amenities (which determine room rates) were not readily usable, but No...

Elevator didn’t work, bath tub wasn’t flat, ice chest got stolen from my pickup.

It was disappointing. Only one elevator worked, room was described as “city view”, all we saw when we looked out was the back of the metal awning out front. Front desk was less than helpful, the one elevator that did work smelled of pot and cigarettes.

2 days asking staff to fix shower head. NO HELP. it was just a trickle. Third day someone showed. They did offer to move us to a much smaller room no compensation. I understand wear and tear but not dirty and stained furniture and carpets. 2nd day 1 of 2 elevators stopped working. For 10 floors very inconvenient.

Front desk gal was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel made me want to get a different hotel. Everything was dirty from the halls, elevator, to the bathtub. Completely disgusting. Found a hair under my pillow. Looks like the take an iron to the outside of the covers and leave the rest from the last guest. Everything except what could be seen when made was wrinkled and looked used. There were no bugs if that’s your one criteria, but the AC was broken, the tv stand had stickers on it that looked like a kid tried taking off. Bed was uncomfortable I felt every spring. Would have left if I could have gotten my money back.

This place needs to be condemned. It is infested with roaches and bedbugs. Dirty sheets with hose in them. No blankets pool is brown. The breakfast was nasty. Everything about this hotel is false advertisement. The customer service was terrible. They would not even talk to me about what’s going on with their hotel. I wanted my money back. They would not give it to me so I could go get another room. My mother-in-law was in the hospital getting surgery on her heart. I’m already worried about her and then have to worry about sleeping. I actually slept in my car that night because they would not refund my money. We took a sheet down there to them with bedbugs on it. They act like they didn’t even see it. She put gloves and everything on cause she was scared. The faucets had holes in them. The curtains were ripped up like a cat tore them up. The place is just filthy. Charge me extra money on my credit card no manager on site our clothes and stuff had to get bagged up because we was afraid we brought some home with us. Our cars were scared that they have them in them. This place needs to be condemned.

The room was dirty, the mattress was dirty and the carpet had stains everywhere. The repairs all over the hotel have been done very poorly. I would never stay there again.

I was woken up from my arm hurting from being bit by a bed bug at 2am in the morning and when I turned on the light I saw a roach on the night stand. We checked out and was told to contact Expedia to request a refund. I have pictures of both bugs and my arm

This place is absolutely disgusting. The check in was extremely shady. Got into our room pulled the blankets back and hair strands were all through out the beds. Went to use the restroom and a cockroach was crawling on the toilet. Went back to the desk to let them know we wouldn’t be staying he laughed in our face told us all he could do was change our room. Absolutely not the place is infested with bugs.

The hotel is dirty and smells horrible. From the moment I walked through the door in the lobby, there was a distinct smell of sewage. The elevator is filthy and stinks. The room, particularly the bathroom was dirty with clogs in the sink and tub. Very disgusting to see residue from previous guests backing up in the sink. There was a red stain splattered on the wall behind the bed. There was no phone or alarm clock. It made me question whether the room was even prepared properly for a new guest. But now that I say that out loud, the answer is definitely no, it was not. This is a poor representation of the Radisson brand that I've experienced in the past.

The floors had stains all over them. The tub was dirty, there was a giant wet looking stain or spot on our linens when we pulled them back. Staff was unhelpful with addressing our concerns. Very disappointed.

I stay at this hotel typically once a month due to its location and its price. The two areas that are always an issue are the pillows - there are only 3 small and very hard pillows - and the temperature of the water in the shower - it's usually very hot and very difficult to moderate.

Wi-Fi unacceptable and inconsistent

Everything within the room was fine. The only thing I disliked was the beds were to hard which killed my back. Other than that it was a good place to stay at. The breakfast needs some meat not just only the basic breads.

The bed was hard as a rock. It was like sleeping on a cement floor.

Very dated, not super clean, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was only 1 hanger, 3 small pillows on a king size bed and the toilet paper couldn’t be reached from the toilet.

I really liked how inexpensive it was for what I got. My Suite was huge and it was very nice. I will definitely be coming back

The property was pretty clean. Staff was nice. My only issue was on my floor. It was pretty loud and I was in 506. That whole floor was pretty loud for my liking.

experience was awful from the start. The lady was super rude during check-in. Our booking was under my name but the card on file was my husbands. My husband usually goes in and checks us in while I sit with the kids. We don’t want to get them out until everything is ready because who wants three kids running around a lobby if we can prevent it. They wouldn’t let my husband check us in and then when I tried they needed him as well because of the card being in his name. It was just a hassle and the lady was very rude. Once we check in we got to our “Family Suite” which was soo small and cramped we couldn’t even get our stroller in the door. Upon arrival we turned the a/c down bc it was extremely hot. This was @3pm we leave go have dinner and see a movie. Upon arrival @10pm our room is still extremely hot. There were no phones in the room so my husband went down and let them know. The lady who checked us in came and looked at it and called someone via FaceTime and was attempting to fix it. After 30 min and trying to get my kids to sleep in a hot room while this was going on we asked for a different room. She said there were none available that would accommodate my family. So I asked for a refund and we would just drive home. She said just give her 5 min to see if it’s working. Finally around 1130 we told her we were just going. She said since we prepaid she can’t refund us. I had a 1 month old, 3 year old and 7 year old all sweating in this room.

All staff were super sweet and helpful. Facility was a bit run down and you can tell they’re trying hard for cleanliness. A few misses tho. 1 of 2 elevators in use but I never waited super long. Room smelled weird but was pretty clean. My coffee maker had previous grounds in it and the reservoir was crusty with dried flakes of coffees gone by (perhaps mold too but can’t confirm). Water took forever to get hot but had good pressure. The breakfast was the most disappointing. Same every day (egg puck, biscuit, flour gravy, cereal, waffle, breads, oatmeal, sometimes yogurt). Styrofoam plates. Coffee flavored water, except one day (have that person make it everyday!). Pro tip: bring the coffee pouch from the room down to steep extra coffee into your weak coffee. If you want your room cleaned or to receive fresh towels/coffee, you need to request that. I like not wasting their time with cleaning during my stay but was surprised to find no attempt. They kindly accommodated when I asked for towels and coffee pouches. I almost feel bad reporting all the imperfections bc the staff really were so nice. But I’d want to know these things before staying there so here ya go.

The room and building were ok. The staff were pretty unfriendly and reprimanded my wife for bringing a cup to the room. Will avoid next time solely based on the staff.

Beware of the deposit and additional 6.99 non refundable service fee to stay at this location. Upon arrival I had to put down a $50 deposit and was only refunded 43.01 as I was told there is a no. Refundable 6.99 service fee.

They charge extra $50 when u get to the property. Then u get 43 back 3 days later

I will definitely stay here again, soon. The place was pretty quiet, the staff -- Front Desk women and the cleaning staff are AWESOME!! Very nice and very helpful. They definitely added to the experience!

Our stay was six days long. The room was clean enough however we had to request cleaning because they did not have daily cleaning service for extended stays. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Parking was fine. The air conditioning was okay.

Front desk guy was super rude. Kitchen staff was rude. Watched them argue with another man because a minute past breakfast cut off he asked for a plate and knife as she was rushing us to leave the dining area. Front desk guy started screaming at the other guest & kicked him out. Definitely could’ve started my morning better.

I have seen the owner of the hotel is shouting angrily at the staff in the lobby openly, it’s something should not be happened. There is no daily room cleaning service and more importantly they don’t have any towels to provide. 2 towels for 4 days.

Convenient to Integris Hospital

Staff were very nice. Breakfast was average. No sausage in biscuit gravy. Room had dirty walls, dirty carpet, stains on curtains. Room had a terrible odor like a chemical smell. Stains on couch were visible. Homeless people living close to property. People digging through garbage bins outside! Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Location is close to dining and shopping.

Hotel itself not bad but parking lot can be pretty sketchy.

Outside the hotel was kind of gross (broken glass and used condom in the parking lot- it is in the middle of the city) but I have stayed in this hotel a few times and always enjoy my stay. The staff are always really nice and the room is always clean

I didn't like the last minute $50.deposit, and only $22. was returned. Why, did I not receive my entire $50. No, damage was done to room. I would like the rest of it returned. And what hotel doesn't give a person a choice to have a few meat choices or not for breakfast? You could at least say ,you don't serve meat. Front desk was friendly. I rarely write reviews if it’s poor. I try to resolve with property. Highly disappointed in this particular Country Inn & suites. The one I stayed in last week was fabulous; actually all have been at least great. The breakfast consisted of burnt uprisen biscuits, frozen egg patties ( one end was ice cold & the other dried out ) with gravy in a dirty crockpot. When I mentioned it Monday, they did wipe it down but did not wash it. I did respond to the text checking on my stay. They said they were going to call me. Which they never did. Each one I had to remind them that there was no coffee. The room was “meh” but acceptable enough for a cheap price. The bedding and linens were tired. The room was definitely clean. There was no blanket and they didn’t seem to have any. And they don’t have pool towels. They said they were getting some. All in all, it was a disappointing stay but thankfully it was a work trip so it was a tool. Albeit a dull one.

Only got towels for one person for a two bed and pull out bed. No extra pillow or blanket for the pull out bed. When i called and asked for more towels, a pillow and blanlet she didn't seem to want to give me them. We had 5 people in the room. The blanket they gave us had two giant holes in it. The toilet seat was broke, we had to pop it back in 3 times. A lamp was broke. Breakfast tasted horrible, ruining gravy, dry biscuits, watery orange juice. They had no breakfast meat. Pool was looking a little green, needs to be cleaned better. No hamper to put dirty towels in, no towels on the rack in the pool area.

Breakfast was paltry--egg patties and biscuits that were lukewarm/cool. Biscuits so hard mostly inedible. Gravy was watery and no taste. If you didn't want bread or cereal there was pretty much nothing else available. Pool in the middle of summer was "closed for maintenence) but the sign stating it was handwritten and looked quite old. Just not up to Radisson standards by far.

ease of location, priced fair, comfortable bed, but 3 tiny pillows and unable to get an extra pillow from front desk, breakfast was disappointing, powdered eggs, frozen biscuits, package gravy. absolutely No meat ! no sausage, no bacon, no ham. NO meat , only fruit was apples. we were at the breakfast area at 6:45 am. needless to say we left hungry

The breakfast was not good. The faux eggs were cold, coffee was brown warm water, the sausage gravy was minus the sausage. It looked as though the city may have rented some of the rooms for the homeless population.
