Embassy Suites by Hilton Tulsa I-44

We booked a room at the last minute and it was nice. We got the double queen with the sitting area couch. The complementary bar drinks from 5 to 8 is a nice treat for the evening. The breakfast bar was excellent. That’s one of my favorite things about staying at the Embassy. The staff was very helpful and everyone was welcome. We stayed during a weekend and it was crowded, but it did not interrupt our stay. This hotel is family and pet friendly.

Breakfast was great and comfy area for eating. Overall a lovely experience.

When got there to check in my room wasn’t available. I was given the wrong room number. The room they ended up putting my family in had a broken board leaving cords exposed . Pee in the toilet. Food on the pull out couch. Normally our stay is perfect. Not this time. We will definitely be looking at a different hotel for our family

Front desk had one person long long lines. No help. She wasn't friendly AT ALL. Never smiled once! Kids screaming running up and down the halls no parents anywhere. No staff anywhere. Could hardly sleep itt was so loud. Never again will be stay at Embassy!
