Microwave was dead. One light was burned out in the room. Breakfast was ... oatmeal and muffin: not what we are used to. Good location. Pet friendly appreciated. TV guide had no data re schedule. No coffee maker.

Toilet seat was so loose I just about fell off!! Mattress pad sticking out looked like a murder scene had happened on it and just put clean sheets back on. I was so upset that I slept on the other bed with my sister. Place is getting run down. In an extended stay there was no cups, bowls, flatware...nothing. No ice machine. Desk clerk said ice was in our freezer. No ice!!! Really. Wont stay here again.

Staff was great and accommodating. They were doing some maintenance on the lobby building like paint and new door locks. They offer a grab and go breakfast. If you want kitchen items like dishes, flatware, or cooking items you have to request them as they are not already in the room. My husband didn't feel like the bed was comfortable, I didn't have an issue. The pillows are very flat so I recommend asking for more.

Facility appeared understaffed and rooms were not ready at check in time. Full garbage bags were stacked in some of the walkways and parking lot. Longterm tenants had "settled in." Suggest one of the 3 buildings be dedicated to short term travelers. Room was average for the price. Cooking utensils, pots/pans/plates etc. had to be ordered at the front desk. Assume this is due to theft. Checkout clerk was cheery and helpful.

Price is good. Like layout of room, especially the seatings of counter. There are overflowing garbage bins around stairwell areas. They should be emptied daily. We stayed three nights and didn’t see them emptied. Can hear traffic of busy road next to it. Otherwise, okay place.

When i arrived to check in they told me they had water damage and didn’t have a room for me so they had to get me a room at a different hotel, I feel like they should have called me to let me know before I drove there

We checked out after the first night. The property was filthy along outside stairs and platforms. Bathroom was in poor condition with filth in corners and along base of bathtub. Table and counter surfaces were stained and sticky. This property is sub-par, and needs maintenance and a major cleaning and a power washing of the stairs and landings. Just an overall lack of care and attention.

This hotel has a great location, very nice exterior, easy and close parking. However, when you get inside the room you have a whole different experience. Our entire reason for the stay here was the kitchen. One burner didn’t work. The other took over 10 minutes to barely heat up. The fridge didn’t get cold at all I worried about my food safety. So we still had to use restaurant. So much hair in the tub drain that you stood in the backup water. Tub was dirty and moldy, hair dryer broken, tv sat crooked as the stand was broken. Bed decent but very loud and creeky. With better housekeeping and some easy upgrades this would be a super nice place! Very gross feeling all around. Will not return

Worst stay. No clean towels available and if so, they would say in 4-5 hours. Place smells like urine, blinds broken/missing in our room, sofa bed had stains all over. Very disappointed and disgusted. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Bathroom had not been cleaned. Old soap from previous persons stay still in shower. Shower head spraying from where shower head connects to pipe, toothpaste spit on counter near sink, bathroom door doesn’t stay closed, towel holder clearly had partially fallen off the wall before as there is a scratch in the paint on the wall and it did when we removed a towel from it also. Our key card stopped after our 2nd use as we got locked out this morning when taking our things to the car to leave. So we had to get it rekeyed so we could get the rest of our belongings.

We had a problem with the first room that they put us in. The heating system didn’t work and neither did the TV. They graciously moved us to another room with out any hassle.

The room we had was nice. Very roomy for my family. The little shampoo bottles you get in the bathroom, well the one that was in our bathroom was little to empty. There was shaved facial men hair behind the bathroom sink faucet. Gross. The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby smelled of cigarettes. You can tell there are guests that live there. The only down side of the place are the full trash cans. Our room was next to one. The day we checked in it was just filled and overflowed with more trash on the ground next to it. Other than that its a decent place. It'd be better to seperate the guests who live there to one building and those who are on vacation or business, etc to stay in another.

We were only there for one night. Realistically, checked in at 5, had dinner at 6 and got back to the hotel around 9, slept until 7 and left. The bed was amazingly comfortable!

When my husband went to check in they did not allow him because the WiFi was down and he had to wait almost an hour after traveling before they finally gave him a room they told us to say something in the morning

Smooth check-in and the lady that checked me in for the evening provided great customer service. Room was great and i slept great. Bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Checkout the next morning went smooth as well. Love the free breakfast as well. This was my second stay at this location and i will definitely return

The lobby nanager was severely unprofessional. Upon asking for a refund, since he was not present to allow me to check into my room, he immediately took a stance of defense and was aggressive to me. Mind you, i had been waiting on the premises for over 7 hours and I had already alerted customer support for expedia and for Extended Stay. In the end, he yelled at me over the phone and claimed to refund the entire stay, thus refusing me a place to rest. I will never book a stay here in the future, and I recommend other customers to take caution.

This hotel has a great location, very nice exterior, easy and close parking. However, when you get inside the room you have a whole different experience. Our entire reason for the stay here was the kitchen. One burner didn’t work. The other took over 10 minutes to barely heat up. The fridge didn’t get cold at all I worried about my food safety. So we still had to use restaurant. So much hair in the tub drain that you stood in the backup water. Tub was dirty and moldy, hair dryer broken, tv sat crooked as the stand was broken. Bed decent but very loud and creeky. With better housekeeping and some easy upgrades this would be a super nice place! Very gross feeling all around. Will not return

Price is good. Like layout of room, especially the seatings of counter. There are overflowing garbage bins around stairwell areas. They should be emptied daily. We stayed three nights and didn’t see them emptied. Can hear traffic of busy road next to it. Otherwise, okay place.

The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. They welcomed us, informed us of goings-on & set is up for a pheasant stay. The location was great for walks and meet blocks to restaurants.

The room smelled terrible, smoke smoke smoke. Hair on the toilet top. I got lost at night because i have new phone but I didn’t have internet on the new phone, so i was using my old phone for gps. But because I couldn’t open my app on the new one I didn’t get the right address. Whit four properties around there I stopped on the three first and they were not my hotel, so I asked help to the front desk on the last one, the lady was really nice, she called to the another properties to look for my reservation and they say I don’t have any there. Trying to figure it out the lady called again and the lady at the front desk said she doesn’t remember my name but she didn’t look on the computer because she was busy but she will call us back in 10 minutes. She never called us back, but finally i got wifi on my phone and i found it! And it was the same location where the lady at front desk didn’t have the time to look for it. Finally i got on my room and i just wanted to relax and sleep and I couldn’t because under my bottom sheet there was something, when i open it there was pop corn. Finally next day i went to get breakfast and when I asked the front desk guy where is the breakfast room he said it is behind you. It was a small table with coffee, hot water, oats, cupcakes and granola bar, that’s all. My money went to the trash.

Unable to set or turn off alarm clock Resolved problem by unplugging it from power Screw in/Unscrewed light bulb to turn it on and off (probably not plugged into outlet tied to light switch and it had no on/off switch on lamp. Bathtub soap holder was removed from bathtub title wall leaving a 6 by 6 hole showing sheetrock, electrical outlet in kitchenette did not work and was unable to reset the GFCI breaker Breakfast consisted of coffee hot water, instant cereal and a few more bagged items. Staff was great and accommodating. They were doing some maintenance on the lobby building like paint and new door locks. They offer a grab and go breakfast. If you want kitchen items like dishes, flatware, or cooking items you have to request them as they are not already in the room. My husband didn't feel like the bed was comfortable, I didn't have an issue. The pillows are very flat so I recommend asking for more.

Smooth check-in and the lady that checked me in for the evening provided great customer service. Room was great and i slept great. Bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Checkout the next morning went smooth as well. Love the free breakfast as well. This was my second stay at this location and i will definitely return

Kitchenware mentioned in website available at reception counter, but nothing available when requested. Breakfast provided mentioned in booking, only coffee tea hot water and few muffins. I will not go this hotel again ever.

The property felt dirty and poorly maintained. There were fingerprints and grime on nearly every surface, the floors were sticky, and the room generally looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The front desk staff also seemed unusually out of it, which was concerning. Overall, the stay was unpleasant and I wouldn’t return.

The room was pretty gross (shower dirty, mirror spotty, no flat sheet, hole in the floor under the flooring which was very obvious, broken toilet paper holder) so they switched rooms for me. Not much of an upgrade cleaniness wise, but I did stay. In the morning I “used” the microwave and it did nothing but turn the light on so needless to say, I had to throw out my food. It was only one night but I will never stay there again. The front desk worker was very nice though. The exterior looks good from afar but up close, you can tell it has been trashed a bit (paint, stairways, etc.).
