At check-in we were given the wrong information for the breakfast time, the person was almost rude. Parking lot was full so we had to find other parking.

Great, super clean large pool, nice hot tub too.

Good: the pool and hot tub were the cleanest, best maintained I have seen almost anywhere. the water was so clean and looked like we were in Tahiti. very much a surprise at a lower dollar hotel like this. bad: the room smelled like an old hotel although it was clean, and the toilet seat was very loose. housekeeping should be trained to tighten them. it's so easy.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. It was quiet even with a large amount of people for the 4th of July holiday. There is a food truck on property that we weren't able to try but it looked popular. Property seems well maintained. Pros-friendly staff, onsite laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, pool is heated per my son and hot tub temperature was good per my husband, fitness center basic but clean, comfortable beds and given a good amount of towels so we didn't have to ask for extras. Cons-no seating in or near laundry facilities (I don't like to leave my clothes because I've had them stolen before), machines are coin operated (change at front desk), not the hotels fault but there is an outdoor bar or restaurant behind the hotel that was playing very loud music late. Luckily the room is pretty insulated so we really just heard it when we were in the bathroom but couldn't if we kept the bathroom door shut.

Great hot tub.

Swimming pool was very clean but the hot tub was barely warm. Not hot enough.

Was very disappointed the website said there was pool and hot tub but both were closed and the breakfast was the worst food choices Ive had at any hotel and the night worker was completely rude and overhearing his conversation with another guest I was appalled buy their conversation extremely vulgar and disgusting and extremely unprofessional I give this guy a fail in everything.

The bed wasn’t horrible, but the bathtub had hairs in it, and there are many small bugs flying around, possibly gnats? The guy up front was okay, however he didn’t tell me anything about breakfast or the pool.

This room was DIRTY!! The floor was so unkept, my family and I stuck to the floor when we walked. The coffee pot in the room was reusing the plastic (throw away after one usage) coffee filter…gross. It makes me wonder HOW many people have touched and used this disposable filter? There were wads of hair (no, I am not joking) in the shower drain that had not been cleaned out from previous stays. Everyone in my family wore socks or shoes when walking around in the room. On a final note, when they say they have “breakfast,” don’t let it fool you, packaged dry oatmeal or a fruit bar do not provide much of an option to choose from. There will never be another stay here.

My rooms floor was dirty. My kids feet were black after walking on it. Black hair all over the floor, none of us have black hair. The pool was amazing and clean. The cleanest pool I have ever seen.

We had two rooms. One of them the floor was so dirty your feet were black and we had a baby that we did not dare put down. We ended up getting cleaning supplies from the front desk and hand mopping ourselves. There was a beer garden with food trucks that played extremely loud/thumping music until 2:00 a.m

Stayed here 3 times now. Central to everything and clean rooms

Poor cleanliness. Would not clean for us. Bathtub didn’t work. Dusty room. Our key locked after one night. We paid for 2 nights ahead. Poor water pressure. Dropped a bundle of sheets on our bed for us to make.

Room was nasty dirty, blood on walls and counter. When we tried to talk to the front desk about issues they weren’t willing to do anything. False advertising breakfast. Muffin and an egg with a sign that says don’t take much.

The pool was great and the staff were friendly. Our beds were clean and pretty comfortable. As for the room itself, lighting was limited and made the room dark and dingy looking. The metal frames under the beds were very loud and hard to avoid kicking when walking close to them. The AC/heater unit was very noisy when running and made sleeping with it on difficult. The walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors voices and television.

It’s a Days Inn, that was the last available last minute. The constant thud of some guests bass started around check-in, and continued until 5 am.

clean and affordable great location near where you want to go in Bend. Would have been happier with an upstairs room. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy.

Very comfortable king sized bed. Very clean room although we had to air it out due to an unpleasant odor. Very affordable stay, great value.

Comfortable beds. Had lots of outlets for charging. Wi-Fi was iffy and breakfast was meager but overall decent for the rate.

We are staying for two nights. The rooms are really clean and recently updated. It's a few minutes walk to the historic downtown, and it's pretty easy to go from the hotel out into the mountains because it's on a wonderfully Central Street.

Average hotel with few amenities. TV selection meager.

This was a decent stay at a reasonable price. The property seemed well maintained as well as the pool. It was easy to check in and out and an ok selection for a light breakfast. We booked a queen sized bed but we are fairly certain it was a full, it was very tight with 2 of us. There was also mold growing in the grout on the shower wall but the water pressure and warmth was nice.

The key card failed to work twice and had to be reset. Why the metal sheeting around the bed frame? Getting in and out of the bed sounded like striking a gong eqch time.

Good value. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked this stay for a family wedding about 1/2 hour south of Bend. I called and asked for an early check-in about 11:30-12 due to the fact that we were traveling from 3 hours away and needed to get dressed for the wedding. The front desk person informed me that it would be a $20 charge for that and I said, great, no problem. She said she would put a note for our room to be ready first thing in the morning. We arrived at the motel at 11:40 to check in. Tiffany at the front desk, informed me that there were no rooms ready and the earliest one would be ready was 1:00. I told her I talked with someone to get in early and explained the situation. All she had to say was, well it's not ready so there was nothing she could do. We discussed it for a minute and to be honest, she had NO customer service skills at all. In my opinion she was abrupt and matter of fact. Not even a " I'm sorry, I wish there was something I could do, nothing". At this point I was aggravated because I was told something totally to the contrary. We had 1 hour to get on the road and get to the wedding on time. She didn't offer any alternative until I said, well is there somewhere we could use to get ready, seems the least you could do for our inconvenience. She said, we do have a bathroom you could change in. It was gross, but it was our only option. In the end it was her attitude towards everything that put me off. I don't write reviews at all but had to because it put a bad taste in my mouth with Wyndham.

Even though we made the room reservation weeks in advance (May20th, 2024), when we got there and checked-in (June 22nd), we were informed that the only room available with a king size bed was room 139, which had two king size beds and bunkbeds. It was a crowded room for two people. That was not what we booked and paid for. There was no bodywash or soap in the shower. There was a bottle of bodywash by the sink, stuck to the wall, but not in the shower (only shampoo and conditioner). Outside the door, by the stairs, the grown was filthy as if it had not been swept in long while. Worst of all was the check-in experience on Saturday afternoon when we arrived there. The concierge (if that title could really apply to the female staff person at the reception desk) lacked professional welcoming skills, courtesy and respect. At no time during the check-in process did she say: hello, please, thank you or enjoy your stay. She demanded, rather, ID and a credit card. When I mentioned that hotel staff (and most people) say “please” when they need something, she replied, “either way, with or without my saying “please,” I need your credit card and ID.” Appalling. This was the worst hotel experience ever. Needless to say, we are never staying there again despite the good location (only a 15-minute walk from downtown Bend).

Condescending front desk woman ruins the whole thing

The day before we were supposed to arrive, I called to ask about getting a recliner in our room for my husband to sleep in, because his pain had gotten so severe that he wasn’t sleeping in a bed. His hip replacement surgery was scheduled for the morning after our arrival at the hotel. The desk clerk immediately upgraded our room to a handicap room with ground floor access and a chair in the room, because they didn’t have any recliners. She was so accommodating and sweet!! Once we arrived, the check-in was simple because of early online check-in and our room was very clean!! The beds were very comfortable!! I was worried about staying there on my second night alone because Bend is such a large city, but the hotel is in a good spot, right off the main road. The parking lot was well lit and I felt very safe getting to and from my room after being at the hospital all day. We will definitely be staying here again in January when we come back for my husband’s second hip replacement. First the left, then the right hip! Thank you so much Days Inn staff for your kindness and cleanliness!!!

During check-in their staff didn't know their own system. The system kept trying to add taxes and they kept having to override it. I had done the online pre-check in but their system didn't show that and I had to go through it again. I had been sent several emails offering upgrades to my room package. One offering was an upgrade to have a late checkout. I chose 1:00pm checkout for a $20 charge. I got numerous texts and emails asking the same things over and over so I started to ignore them. Starting at 10:00am housekeeping kept trying to enter the room even with the do not disturb sign out. Again they opened the door while we were not dressed. I told the person again that I paid for a late checkout and she insisted we leave immediately. I assumed that because of the problems they were having during check in it caused a mix up. When I went to the office I was told the same thing rudely, that they didn't offer a late checkout and I needed to vacate the room now. We thought we had an additional two hours so we had just gotten out of the shower. My wife had to throw he clothes on and toss everything in our bags and rush out the door with a wet head. When I checked out I tried to pay cash I was told she already charged my credit card with a blank stare and offered no option to charge back and pay cash. In addition there is not enough parking and they don't patrol their lot for outsiders parking there. Needless to say I will never stay in that property again or would I recommend it

Great value for the money. Super convenient to the main (and free) city bus hub. Felt completely safe walking back to hotel after hours from downtown (about a 15 minute walk). Breakfast was no-frills but it totally did the job. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel — and close to McMens and other cool spots — close to Riverbend Park.

Rodeo weekend, and everything in Bend was extremely expensive. Days Inn was the best choice at the last minute. Everything went great. Rooms were more updated than I expected. Love the location, especially being walking distance to the Dogwood Craft beer and Food Truck park. I walked across the street to Safeway for some things. Everything was lovely. No noise in the night.

Disappointing quality for a Wyndam property. Sketchy area. Staff had a mild confrontation with a homeless man. They handled it well. If price is the only consideration, this might be okay... Otherwise, make another choice. I certainly will on my next trip.

The motel was fine, the checkin was unique, the front lobby was very to the point with little pleasantries. The location is in a rougher part of Bend. But the rooms were updated and the AC worked great!

This motel: was clean, the beds were so comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location is close to downtown, and the price was great! My family and I would totally stay here again.

Clean property, good location

There aren’t any motels in downtown Bend, but this hotel is just a 10-minute walk away, making it a very convenient option. There’s a supermarket and a gas station nearby, which adds to the convenience for travelers. The building and facilities are quite dated and not particularly comfortable, but overall, it’s a reasonably priced place to stay.

A food truck pod and bar opened in January 2025 in the block next to this hotel. The food trucks are great, and there's a sitting area with tables for you to enjoy your food. And the bar makes really good cocktails. But the bar is LOUD, and the bass is thumping until it closes at midnight. If loud music bothers you, this is not the place for you. They had their doors closed, and in the hotel we had our windows closed, and it was still LOUD. Also, everyone ignores the No Smoking signs posted all over the place. There were people standing outside the door to my room smoking, and my friend's room was next to a little open space which became a midnight gathering space for the drunks in the area who wanted to smoke. She didn't get a wink of sleep.

there's a bottle drop across the street that is a magnet for the homeless. Other than that, great location....central to everything in Bend!

Breakfast was very limited and only had muffins and granola bars. Male employee was very rude when we asked about breakfast. We interrupted his smoke break.

Property was in a good location for us; it was close to family but also near downtown Bend. The property was well maintained and clean, but it was a motel stay (not as nice as a hotel). Pool was HOT and had bugs floating in it. The pool water was more viscous than usual too; it might have been too chlorinated. This was a bummer but not the end of the world. The food truck on site was amazing (Mexican style food)! I would stay here again if I was looking for a budget stay.

The hotel was clean and the front staff was pleasant, but I thought it was too expensive for how outdated the hotel was. I think if they offered a breakfast instead of just take and go items would be nice.

We loved the rooom here. Our only dislike was the fact that the pictures in the write-up for the hotel on expedia showed a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs. What was actually offered was cold hard boiled eggs. But it wasn't a big deal, we just ate breakfast out.

We really liked the pool at this property. The breakfast was super basic. Cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins, juice, coffee, etc. Decent location not too far away from downtown.
