Nice clean rooms. Fridge and micro. Staff good. Scary place to walk your dog. Right on 101. No dedicated area so lots of dog poop on the little bit of area to walk. No dog bags. I carry my own.But at least they were dog friendly. I would stay there again.

I did not like the condition of the room, flooring was coming up causing trips and falls. There were undesirables knocking on doors looking for someone the breakfast was sparse at best.. I did like the location. And they were pet friendly.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The parking was a little cramped for larger vehicles, but still doable. The Himalayan restaurant next door was convenient, and the food was GREAT! Allowing pets was also a bonus. Overall, it was a nice place for the night and would stay again.

We were traveling with a boat and had no issues parking and disconnecting the boat. The management was very polite, and when we had a maintenance issue they promplty got it resolved.

We have felt very comfortable so far. They didnt charge us a arm or a leg for our puppy either. The host was very kind and helpful. Just a great place to stay. We will be back for sure.

I appreciate it that you can get into the property parking lot from both of the one-way stretches of the highway, which hug the hotel like an island. Could use some updates like a bathroom door replacement, but overall a good value and I’d stay here again.

our room was very small, the ice machine in the parking lot was not working and had not worked for some time, very disappointing room, way too expensive for the services provided. I did not feel welcomed. Would not recommend this motel.

We checked in, took a few things to room. Used barhroom, found black mold around toilet. Shower area was filthy. Went back to office to asked for a refund. Clerk said we had to call expedia. So i will try.

This hotel was very disappointing. The front desk guy was very nice and cordial. If I could give him five stars alone I would but the rest of it was awful. It was on a busy street and I’m not sure what else was surrounding it but every five minutes it sound like a semi, drove across the roof. The room itself was filthy dirty our shower was full of long black hairs the floors within two minutes of walk around in my socks, made my socks black. They hadn’t changed the sheets on the bed. There was dirt and sand at the bottom of the sheets inside, and it felt at night like you were being bitten by bugs Not to mention the room was teeny tiny and every wall every baseboard everything was filthy and then it claims that it has continental breakfast a 3 foot bar with a coffee maker and prepackaged danishes is not continental breakfast. I would definitely never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anybody.

There were brown stains on the shower curtain. Dirty walls throughout the unit and sticky, dirty tables. Room had one stationary chair covered in sticky stains. A broke down couch with a dirty couch slip cover. Found brown stains on wall in bathroom by toilet. Moldy grout in shower. Small black hairs in bedding under the blanket on one of the beds. Will never be back here. If I was not so tired from traveling I would have left and found another place to stay.

Very load because the freeway there everything shakes and rumbles. Very thin walls. We also got BED BUGS! I also got bed bug bites on my arms under my arm pits and under my butt cheek. The sheets has cigarette holes and burns. The bathroom was clean the room was clean. Breakfast is not fancy it’s just yogurt and 2 different cereals and danishes and bobs oatmeal’s. It’s was quiet in the room until about 4 in the morning that’s when I started to hear people. Also lots of druggy people. I do not recommend the stay.

Nice property in Coos Bay. The bathroom had lots of dark hair everywhere but other than that the room was nice for what we needed. Around lots of fun things in town. Definitely good for a road warrior.

The room we rented was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The chair and couch were so filthy my family couldn’t even sit on them. The toilet didn’t flush, and there were ants throughout the room. Overall, it was unhygienic and uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.

The front desk woman was very nice. The room was very large but had a very tiny T.V. that was hard to see across the room. There was also no AC and the coast was very hot that day. Luckily we were able to get a fan but it didnt cool off until about 1 AM. The sockets on one side of the room wouldn\'t hold a plug, they kept falling out. The bathroom was dingy, pieces missing off the vanity, tiling was a hot mess in the shower, and only 1 tiny shelf in the shower to hold all your shower needs. Leaving the next day the room next door was open and there was a 96" TV on the wall. Area was shady and did not feel very safe walking my dog.

The room was a lot smaller than expected. The shower dribbled water, no pressure. It was very noisy from other tenants to traffic. The ad shows a view of the water. The only window was by the door which faced the parking lot. At least the bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room itself was outdated. The chairs and furniture were full of scratches, scuff marks on the walls and door. The bedding had holes. Old building so the walls are thin, which makes sleeping near a busy road difficult. It did serve its purpose for one night though.

The front desk and cleaning staff were extremely nice! We had super easy check in and out. The breakfast selections were simple but good, and there was fresh fruit and plenty of good coffee. The property is dated, but it was clean and quiet and served it's purpose for a few night's stay. The bed was comfortable, great in room coffee and cable tv. We parked directly in front of our room. A surprisingly good quality stay for a budget price.

the staff here is great, the afternoon lady was a sweetheart, the two morning guys were friendly and helpful. I will be going back to Coos bay in a few weeks and staying here again. Nice motel , stay here and give the independent owners some business

Customer service at check in and checkout was great. Bathroom needs some TLC. This building sits between two busy roadways so if traffic noise isn’t your thing this isn’t your stay. 7 devils restaurant and nice boardwalk within walking distance.

It was just okay. The room needs some paint and other maintenance work. It was a bit noisy because there is traffic on both sides of the hotel. But I always travel with earplugs, so it was not an issue for me. The free breakfast is just some bananas. apples, and sugar cereal.

Dated but clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast VERY limited. If you're a light sleeper dont get a ground floor room....not sound proof. Excellent restaurant at end of parking lot

The description of this property leads you to believe its on the beach. It is not. It is a decent place for an overnight stay. The breakfast is fruit (apples & bananas), oatmeal cups (just add hot water) and individually packaged "pastries".

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The parking was a little cramped for larger vehicles, but still doable. The Himalayan restaurant next door was convenient, and the food was GREAT! Allowing pets was also a bonus. Overall, it was a nice place for the night and would stay again.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly. The food of the Himalayan Restaurant adjacent was to die for. Try the Dal soup. You won’t regret it!

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Nice complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, hot coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable and everything kn the room was in good condition. Would stay again.

The room was very clean, the ceiling fan was an unexpected surprise! Everything was clean and fresh and the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will stay again in the future.

I wasn't exactly expecting much given the star rating of the hotel and the price I was paying but I was underwhelmed to say the least. Not necessarily by the room it was actually decent with updated linens, a comfy bed and nice towels. I'm not much of a fan of hardwood floors in a hotel room due to the echoes. We checked in late and asfelt that we needed to walk on eggshells due to the hardwood floors that carry zero sound deafening effect. Why this hotel got only a two star rating was due to the poor attitude of the staff. They left little to be impressed by. However, the one exception should get a round of applause for sending me off with a smile. I'm not sure her name but the morning morning housekeeper was so friendly. She was probably on her lmid to late 50's and sported a contagious great attitude and smile.It should be mentioned that the owner was one of the staff members that left poor impression. When asking for my noon checkout, he said no "1130 is all I need" as though he knew my schedule. What I do know is that he knew I had a late check in because I told him and knew that I was a new customer. He missed a huge opportunity to impress me. And if your wondering, no, they didn't have a ton of early check ins that demanded him to be so matter a fact in his refusal to budge to a noon check out. I know this because I left my room at 1140 on the dot and I was the last room to clean with an empty parking lot to boot.

Staff we friendly. The room had a bad smell, coffee machine had an old coffee pouch in it and bedding was stained. Not one of our better choices.
