Rooms are outdated. No housekeeping services rendered during stay for some reason. Elevator to third floor was down due to the “button being broken,” so I carried my luggage up and down the stairs. Would not recommend.

The carpet had an odor to it and needed to be at least cleaned if not replaced. There were large 6” long tears in the carpet. The drywall around the mini spilt heat/air unit was molding and had sign of water. The towel hook in the bathroom came off when a towel was placed on it. The room had an odor as did the halls. There was no continental breakfast or pool.

This hotel is a good choice if you're on a budget. The only problem I had was them charging me a $5/night fee to park in a unsecure parking lot with a bunch of pot holes. Also I was told that my room would be serviced 3 days after I checked in. The housekeepers did not even attempt to clean my room or make my bed the whole 7 days I was there. The hallways had a weird smell from the chemicals they use to clean. Other than that the hotel is in a quiet area, I did not have any disturbance.

I liked the price point, it was very economical. The only draw back were the amenities.. The fitness center was VERY small and shared the same space as the coffee (complementary) bar and the laundry area. Think they could at least comfortably separate these to accommodate more. Parking was a breeze and free open lot. Conveniently located next to highways.

My son and I stayed there 2 nights. We got a suite with a living room with a sofa bed for him, desk, table, full kitchen, one bath and a separate bedroom for me. Both rooms were cool, clean and comfotable. The hallway was warm. No pool and it was an extended stay place so no maid service, but we could pick up new towels, sheets etc. Had an ice machine, laundry and gym.

The day of checkout, the elevator quit working, and with a cart full of luggage on the 3rd floor, my wife and I had no way to get down. So we had to get one of the cleaning ladies to call the desk, and her response was, "It happens a lot. Give me a moment.".

I was there last week, the property was full of black crickets and I had to take few of them every night from the restroom and shower and it was a disgusting experience. I complained about it to the front desk person and asked to change my room and her response was so interesting, she said they are all over the building and all the rooms are the same, It is what it is.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There were roaches everywhere from the bathroom to the kitchenette to the desk. The microwave in the first room I stayed at was not working. The tub was not working correctly as well. I was able to get transferred to another room after the first night, and I found a roach in my microwave. my leg was injured so changing hotel rooms was an inconvenience for me. The desk lamp light did not work. The TV channels did not line up with what the TV said the channels were. Plus there was no channel guide. I was told that they don’t come to clean rooms but once a week. so my trash built up.

There is an infestation of bugs. The appliances are dated. If I could give this less than one star I would. This was a very uncomfortable stay. The staff were nice and had to come kill the bugs. I killed at least 15 during my stay. The bugs could also fly. There was a short supply of clean linen and towels also.

A/C sucked...one small unit for the entire suite. Most of the plugs near the night stands were non-functional. Toilet seat loose. Elevator was "questionable"...made noises an elevator should not make. Also, that is the smallest "queen" I've ever slept on.

Nice large room with kitchen facilities. Very convenient to my destination. I personally prefer to look after my own room, so the no-maid service was fine.Only slight complaint was a faint smell of stale smoke in the room, which is of course strictly non-smoking.

My Stay at Sonesta was really quite comfortable. Upon arrival the front desk person was very kind, friendly, and sweet. Our bed was cozy, the room had a kitchen. Bathroom was super neat and clean. Overall our stay was amazing. My fiance and i really enjoyed our stay and will be booking there again.

I arrived at 2 am and the clerk was absolutely lazy and couldn’t assist me right away because he was sitting down looking for batteries in a drawer. When it was finally my turn, he couldn’t be any more less helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The kitchen…. Yay for longer stays. I stayed for a month. Bought some groceries to stay on my budget and they really took all that into consideration. Standard fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, dishes and even my coffee maker was not a one cup system. I made tea in it and in big batches so that was cool. Workspace was awesome I had plenty of work to do I spread it out all over the place the desks were very accommodating. My biggest thing was that they need to upgrade a few things. Not a big deal yet but it will be in the future and that’s The tv with regular cable. I wanted to connect with some of my apps like Netflix or Viki so something they probably already have plans for. Very convenient. The Mall is like an 8 minute walk. If you’re me 5 minutes lol. You have access to Fwys, lots of places to eat I recommend el maizal. Walmart and target are very close by. So overall great place just mind your peeps as always there are many nice people here that’ll bid you good morning and then you have a Karen nagging about problems that only she can see…lol I’d visit again if I’m ever in Texas again..

Very convenient. The Mall is like an 8 minute walk. If you’re me 5 minutes lol. You have access to Fwys, lots of places to eat I recommend el maizal. Walmart and target are very close by. So overall great place just mind your peeps as always there are many nice people here that’ll bid you good morning and then you have a Karen nagging about problems that only she can see…lol I’d visit again if I’m ever in Texas again..

I liked the price point, it was very economical. The only draw back were the amenities.. The fitness center was VERY small and shared the same space as the coffee (complementary) bar and the laundry area. Think they could at least comfortably separate these to accommodate more. Parking was a breeze and free open lot. Conveniently located next to highways.

The staff as a whole was very helpful and polite, BUT there was one front desk clerk (black trans woman) that was rude and nasty all the time for no reason. I was there for 7 days and she was the only staff member that gave me attitude. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced and the kitchens should be upgraded but other than that good place to stay. Quiet and close to highways.

Staff was very nice, the building was old and run down. The halls and rooms smelled really bad. The kitchen supplies were horrible. I had to buy a pan and the hotel didn't supply soap to wash dishes. Also the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner they supply smelled really bad. Other hotels that offer kitchens inside the rooms actually have a few things to be able to cook and clean up.

Very disappointed in my experience! I could have gone elsewhere for the price I could have went to a much better establishment. I made a reservation for a one bedroom suite that was supposed to have one queen size bed, and a whole living room with a pullout mattress. I was given a suite with two very small full-size beds that my toddler son and I could barely fit comfortably in. I needed a room due to the power outage in my neighborhood from the recent storm but I got more than I bargained for. The entire face of both of the bedroom and living room ac unit was off. I thought this was weird and the unit itself was visibly dirty and dusty. In the middle of the night I awoke with a throat ache and since my allergies have been bothering me all day ! Clean the filters and repair the air ! I can only imagine what was in the machine *gag* also, online I looked through Expedia and there was supposed to be free breakfast when I asked about it in the morning the front desk lady laughed and was very nonchalant like “yeah, right” as she told me there was no breakfast. Some of the advertised photos online cannot possibly be this hotel location or years prior.

I loved how they had a stove with kitchen ware in the rooms, I was able to cook rather than spend a lot of money on fast food and it was very peaceful. The rooms were big also.

It was ok. Value for money. The room had a kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, burner and dishwasher. Lacked paper towels and or/tea towels. Had a coffee maker but no coffee! Bathroom was ok—it was an accessibility with good hand rails. But only had towels. No wash cloths and no hand towels. Also no sink space for toiletries. Room has an easy chair, a place to eat and a chair. No USB ports anywhere! Bed is a Queen, which we didn’t mind, but it was too soft for us and I didn’t sleep well. However, it was good value for the money.

If a hotel accepts and confirms a prepaid reservation, a guest should reasonably expect to be able to check in when they arrive, or at the very least receive clear advance notice of any special late check-in requirements. Instead, I was left standing outside a locked hotel in the middle of the night after multiple phone calls and ultimately had to find somewhere else to stay. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on what happened.

I arrived around 11pm, and there were at least 4-5 suites with trash bags outside the door. When I opened my suite door, there was a cockroach on the counter. The bed at some faint stains. I just couldn’t stay on the property after seeing this.
