Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas

The bar and restaurant were amazing. Our room was beautiful, clean and the balcony was a great feature. The store in the lobby had great drinks and snacks.

Hotel was really nice. Food was great. Downsides pool on outside closed and pool inside is like an ice bath it is so cold. No one will tell you this. Also, hot tub there are no jets that work.

The common areas are clean but the pool was murky green. The room was musty and dusty. The outside pool was closed. The online pictures were deceptively displayed.

The reason I chose your site was because of the two pools. The indoor pool was not properly cared for the bottom of the pool was all slimy with green algae. The outdoor po was loaded with bugs and leaves. Not very inviting to say the least. My granddaughter was very dissatisfied with both pools. The elevators were very dirty as well. There were pop cans inside the cars, smashed peanuts and candy when we used it at 9:00 am on Sunday. The debris was still in the elevator at 4 when we returned. The staff was very friendly. I asked about a coffee thank they politely pointed me to the hotel next door with a Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms were clean, didn’t know that room service was not daily and we threw our towels on the floor thinking they would be replaced and weren’t. We called down for new towels. If there is no daily service a sign should be in the rooms so we would have just hung our towels to reuse them the next day. The evening we had some very liud people on the 6th floor but nothing you can do some people do not respect others peacefulness do they. The beer hanging on doors at 3 am on Sunday morning. Talking loudly and laughing it it up. All in all it was an ok stay was expecting more from a Sheraton as the rooms in general were old looking, paint scuffed and doors in rough shape in the bathroom slider. The caulk joints in tub area had black spots and were cracked pretty bad. The coffee in the room was less than tasty it was like tea. Next time I visit my son in Dal

Had to wait for hot water to come through, like 10 min of running shower on straight hot, couch was very uncomfortable, very very firm. Quoted $679 for 3 day stay from hotels.com but did the pay at hotel option and was over charged for $821 instead. Parking is not free, 3 days parking cost right at $100, and no it’s not valet. It’s the Sheraton, you’d expect more. Balcony? Yes, all 2ft by 3ft, lol. If you want it cool in the room the set ac to 70 and on high all day and night, never turns off and is loud. I got the king suite, never again!

The entire reason I booked this hotel, was for the indoor heated pool. I called the hotel to make sure the pool was heated and was told that it was. The pool was so cold that nobody in my family of 4 could get into it. I could have gotten a cheaper room at one of the 3 hotels next door, but chose to stay there for the heated pool. Also, this was the loudest hotel room I've ever been in, and I travel often. The road noise from the I-35 freeway was insane. The glass on the windows and patio door must be the thinnest glass possible. None of us slept all night. And, the traffic never stopped, no matter what time of the night.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. Only negative was that the pool was murky, the hot tub jets didnt work and it smelled like mildew.

The room was nice, but I have three complaints about the hotel overall. First, breakfast was not included and they changed ~18 dollars for a buffet with eggs and basics. Second the area around this hotel is SO Inconvenient. There's Extremely little to do in the vicinity and walking in this area was Terrible. Third and most minor was the pool and spa were closed, it felt like they been closed due quite a while however.

The lobby is beautiful, it looks recently updated. The staff was lovely. Our room left much to be desired- the water pressure was so high that showering was uncomfortable. It felt like I was being pressure washed. Both the tub and toilet were clogged upon arrival so we had to call down to maintenance on day one. There were stains on our carpet and marks on all the door frames and doors. The bathroom doesn’t have a vent and is connected to the bedroom by a pocket door, so there is little privacy. The worst part was that I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub, both of which were closed, which is starting to seem intentional because this happened at the last 2 Marriot hotels I stayed at. Overall, disappointing for the price I paid. Oh- and if you bring a car, they’ll charge you $24/day to park it there.

Hotel was very nice, the front desk staff was always very welcoming when we entered or exited the hotel which was always very pleasant! There was many restaurants, clubs and things to do within 10-15 minutes from the hotel. A few things that were inconvenient you have to pay for parking at the hotel, the pool/hot tub went out of service, the tv service was constantly going in and out. I think if I knew this when booking I would of looked to stay else where.

The bathroom was disgusting. They had to change the showerhead, but they couldn’t do anything about the drain. The floors were slippery and not very senior friendly. It wasn’t clean. We didn’t get good cleaning room service in the room had to go up and down back-and-forth to get missing items but one guy saw our struggle and brought stuff up. The amenities of the room are a little old and the air conditioning made it kind of stuffy. I just would not go to this particular Sheraton because other Sheraton‘s have been great. The staff was really nice and one lady came from the front desk to personally clean the room for us at 11:30 pm since they didn’t clean it. They did a good job of trying to rectify the situation, but it was too much effort for going on a family trip and losing sleep and time due to all the efforts.

Ice machine was not working , shower head kept leaking all night . Shower curtains were brown and dirty . Floors were sticky and did not looked mopped or clean . The 9th floor were my room was at on 937 smelled horrible

Hotel was average . The price was good but we did have a few let downs with the room . One of the light lamps in the room did not work , the shower was semi clogged , so your feet were in a puddle of water while you are showering and there was a small amount of blood . They did change it but not when we told them to. We had to call them twice . Other than that it was okay

Overall, it felt very dirty. The tub was dirty and wouldn’t drain. The toilet was clogged. The remote for one of the tvs was missing. The hot tub was dark grey and the pool was very cloudy. They did come and unclog the drains fairly quickly but it was inconvenient to say the least.

Room wasn’t as clean as it should be and bath tub was dirty.also to pay for parking in your hotel parking lot is ridiculous.

Dirty sheets , dirty tub , dirty toilet. Called the office multiple times for towels and sheets they never answered I had to go down stairs to actually get sheets and towels , the pools are cloudy like they haven’t been cleaned in a while the only thing good about this hotel is the price and how close it is to most things. Also paying to park is crazy at a hotel like this

Overall my stay was okay, the room was cold, and the bathroom sink had very slow drainage, had to have them come in and clean the bathroom because there were urine stains on the toilet plus the tub was dirty

One person in particular was very unpleasant. Otherwise, the other guys and girls were nice. The room cleanliness was very questionable. I don't think I'll return to this hotel.

I booked this hotel to celebrate Valentines and the photos seem to be good, the rooms looked clean and the view was good. But as soon as we arrived we knew this was going to be bad experience. Our floor looked old and had a weird old smell to it. We get to our room and same thing just seemed dirty and smelly. The toilet paper was full of some kind of paint, the bathtub was so dirty, paint from the wall was peeling off a d the sink was clogged, me and my wife were about to just leave and get a refund but it was already late at night so we decided to just stay but we ended up leaving so early because it was just so uncomfortable and then they didn’t want to give me a refund so it was just a horrible experience, would not recommend.

Hot. AC was not cooling room. At check in other guest had same complaints as well

Yes the room was clean I did not like that the toilet reminds me of a toddler potty. Close to the floor. Room felt like we were in a basement. I would like to be asked if we prefer another floor when put lower than 4 if available. We don’t get to Dallas very often and it would be good to be on a higher floor. Not the top of course but the 2nd floor and by the generator outside my balcony window that was ugly. Should not have a balcony on that side. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Comment was made halls felt like being on the titanic with them being narrow and completely closed off. Staff was friendly. Lounge was good and I did have a late dinner that was made to go and it took a while for that honestly think they forgot. Also wasted a huge bag for a bowl of soup. Need smaller bags Parking I think is too much money-like the police presence though. So I give you about 2/3 stars.

Good stay, a few small condition and cleanliness issues mainly related to the properties age. I enjoy the layout of the suites and the balcony. Safe location, centrally located.

The room was very nice. People were kind and helpful. It's within walking distance to several restaurants. The only negative is that you cannot control the AC from your room. It was so hot outside that the AC ran continuously. I like it cool, but our room was freezing.

A/C didn’t blow good inside room had to open balcony door

As soon as you walked in the room, it smelled funky.

Check in was bad. Really bad. I deleted my app is was that bad. Never again

Love the quick check in process less than 5 minutes. The desk clerk gave a quick overview of the amenities and we were done. We had an issue with our TV connection, we called to the desk and the maintenance guy came quickly and fixed the TV.

Great customer service

Checkin was not available when I arrived, front desk agent rude when I inquired about early check in. When I came back agent kept me waiting while she answered the phone and communicated with others. Ice machine down on floor, notice sent you to front drain who then sent you to the bar.

The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Staff accomodated all our needs immediately. Will definitely return.

I have stated this property a few times. I always enjoy my stay. I love that it has easy access open parking. That I can easily pay for before even entering the hotel. The front desk staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Robert was especially helpful and kind. I love the pool because it's indoor and outdoor. I love having a full-service restaurant and bar that has good food and good drinks. It's nice to be able to relax downstairs with a drink. It's near Market Center so it's very convenient to different dining and shopping choices. My favorite part of this hotel and the reason I usually choose it is because it's one of the few that have two bedroom suites. I like being able to share a room with friends but we can still have privacy.

It was walking distance to Medieval times. Overall nice hotel.

The hotel itself was very nice and remodeled. The downside is that it’s right beside an 8 lane highway which is very loud. The staff was great and location is right outside of downtown. Only truly negative thing I have to say os the pillows on the beds are awful. Absolutely hated them

I had a great stay! The room was clean and I felt well taken care of. They allowed me to check in early and the staff greeted me each time I came into the lobby. The gym was really nice and had a good amount of equipment. The only thing I will say is that I did not like the food. Granted, I only dined there for one meal, but the menu was limited and I did not like what I ordered. The bar area wasn’t the most inviting if you wanted more of a young, trendy vibe. I thought I’d spend more time there than I did. I thought it would be more walkable and maybe it was and I just wasn’t interested in the surrounding spots but it was about a 15 minutes Uber ride to any of the areas I was interested in visiting for shopping and dining and the night life. But I was able to walk to the DMC, which was convenient. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend for Lights All Night and the hotel was nice. Our room was very spacious. Staff was friendly. And we loved the location! It was about a 7 min walk to our festival. The only one thing we were not a fan of was the parking. I’m not sure how much control the hotel has of that but parking at the hotel was $60 or so for two nights.

Great location at great price and good amenities

The stay wasn’t really what I expected, Sheraton is more of an upscale name so I expected the best when booking my stay at the property. The lobby is nice when you first walk in but when you get to the room it’s a little dated. We booked a2 bed room. The second room was very dim needs more lighting very little closet space luggage can’t fit for multiple people. The room was very moist and humid even with the air on it made the bedding feel wet when getting in it. I must say the breakfast was great quality food but it’s not free 20 per person for buffet which you can only go up one time. I did not like that they have a staff person that stands over you while making your food. He actually told me I was eating too much when I paid My fee, so who are you to tell me how much I can eat! Last but not least the pool the inside pool was freezing cold not talking the water but the room! The water was dirty the floor was dirty I did not want to take my shoes off. They have a tree over the outside pool which the fallen leaves make the grounds look extremely dirty and cause a lot of leaves and bugs in the water which ruined it for me. So I did not get to enjoy any swimming. I did appreciate the friendliness of the staff but the overall property I would not choose to stay again it wasn’t what I was hoping for.

Shower leaked water all over bathroom, no hot water in the mornings, breakfast was not worth 18.00 should have been included in stay dinner menu needs to be updated and paying for parking along with the room was a bit much. Front desk people were awesome!

The entire place reeked of marijuana they did nothing about it it was absolutely horrible couldn't breathe at night because of all the marijuana use. They have a bar if you want to pay $18 a drink and it's only open till 10:00 p.m. it's $20 for breakfast a crappy one at that I wouldn't stay here if you paid me a million dollars ever again

Breakfast was amazing

I attended a 4 day Event at Hilton Anatole and liked the convenience, privacy and how quiet it was. Their breakfast buffet was great.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I’m extremely disappointed in the breakfast. Breakfast is not free or included in your stay. It’s $25 per person. I am okay with paying for breakfast if it’s better than the complimentary breakfast you would receive at a lower end hotel. The problem is that it was exactly mediocre and not impressive. For $25, you would think they would use real eggs. They use powdered eggs. There was stale bread and bagels. The fruit was under ripe and not enjoyable. Again, nothing special, and not worth $25 a person when you can probably find a cafe nearby and pay the same price for a better quality breakfast.

Free coffee in the am, restaurant open to 11 pm, and daily housekeeping was sincerely appreciated. My only disappointment was not being able to log in to my Netflix account.
