Broken things everywhere. Almost fell in the shower as the shower bar was totally broken. Never emptied the trash can at my room in 3 days!

Construction on other Hotel Rooms starting before 7am. Dirty bed linens with tears. Old mattresses, no iron of hairdryer in room; both of which are necessities when traveling for work. Would only stay as last resort. [resort used loosely]

Manager was helpful, we had 2 reservations, he made sure we could stay in one room for our stay. Other than that, I found it to be substandard for a super 8. I exercise in a swimming pool, the swimming pool was empty. The pillows were uncomfortable, bed covers looked too dirty to sit on. The view of the homeless from our room was a little rough, every time we opened our door. The towels and sheets were clean. I won't stay here again.

Ended up going to a different hotel due to homeless people on the property, caution tape blocking stairwell, a man running out of room with a topless woman chasing him. Was not able to cancel room. This place is disgusting.

The property said it has a pool which it did but when I check in the pool was closed which was unfortunate cause I reserved the room so my kids could swim . So that’s was a waste of money on my end

The first room we went to it had allowed urine odor but they did move us to a room that did not have the urine order right away with no complaints. However it does look like they're doing a lot of remodeling the outside of the building does not look that welcoming or friendly but it isn't a good access area to stores restaurants so that made the difference in our stay but for our safety I didn't feel too comfortable but I did sleep okay in the room was clean but I would not use the super 8 there again

Overall stay was okay but around midnight there were loud guests that didn't seem to care that other patrons were trying to sleep. The bathtub had rust stains that made it feel too dirty to use.

Room was not what pictures showed the door didn’t seal all the way closed room smelt like weed there was burn holes in the sheets and bedding and there was burn marks on the side the bath tub and the icebox room looked dirty I don’t even put my daughter down on the floor cause it looked like it wasn’t clean

The hotel should get a mix review. The room was clean and beds were comfortable; however, there was a room with about five people who were coming in and out and banging on their door all night long. Additionally, they were smoking something different from cigarettes, which made the hotel smell horribly. Finally, one guy would be guarding their door, which made us feel uneasy. I guess the hotel manager should warn these kinds of guests, but I guess he did not care.

The check in clerk was polite and professional. The area was very bad, a lot of police in the area did not make me feel safe. The room wasn't completely painted. The bed was not comfortable. When I got in that room, there was tissue in the peephole. The remotes were missing the cover in the back. For how nice it looks in the pictures, it was quite a disappointment.

My second night there two strangers used a key to come in my room. They said the hotel staff gave them the key they thought it was unoccupied. The two guys never left my room even though I was screaming at the top of my lungs. They didn’t run off until I pulled my firearm on them!

This motel was in an unsafe area of town. There was a strip bar next door. I am a single women who was afraid to leave my car. I did not stay at the motel. Would like a full refund.
