The property is in good shape and clean. Hot and pool was closed very unhappy about that, Breakfast would have been great if it was hot, i mean it wasnt even warm.The girl at check-in asked us to please poop in the toilets not the garbage can also talked to us about not letting pets hump peoples leg, we didnt even have a pet, the nice thing at check in is she warned us to not park near dumpsters, and try to park close to the building obviously not a safe neighborhood.i definitely felt uncomfortable at this location, also some sort of back flow in the facility set off the smoke alarms.I've definitely had better stays in other places not coming back to this location

Always like staying at this Comfort Inn, but this time the pool and hot tub weren’t functioning. This is the specific reason I like this place so much. Other than that the stay was great. Staff was very friendly and also apologetic for the pool being down. Check in was quick and they were able to check me in early, really appreciated that. Breakfast at this property is always amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was very good and something for everyone. Only complaint was to pool was really cold and the hot tub was out of service our entire stay.

It was a surprise stay for my birthday to see crater lake. The hot tub was unavailable due to maintenance, bed was terribly uncomfortable. The staff were great but we will not be back.

Online said there was a pool and hot tub when checked asked about them and was told they close at ten. Took the family down there and there was a sign stating it was close for major repairs. Something that should have been stated at the beginning if I’d have known about the pool ahead of time I would not have booked my stay there.

Nice place to stay for one night as a lay over, breakfast in the morning was available before hitting the road. Hot tub was out of order when we were there.

Certain emineties like the pool are advertised as available 24hrs a day however we found that they have changed their hours now without updating their advertising, the indoor pool played a large roll in our choosing this facility in the first place.

The room was clean and the pool/spa was clean. The door states the pool is open 24 hours, but it wasn't so that was disappointing for my kids. Breakfast was good, wish there was a water dispenser for reusable canteens but otherwise we had a great stay.

Well when we stay at hotels we like pools and a hot tubs the pool was not working and the hot tub jets were not working and they're nasty Floaties gelatinous ones. The bed was really comfy and he asked for an extra blanket and it got a very nice comforter the alarm had black tape on it which was odd was mostly upset about the lack of facilities I feel like I probably won't look through Expedia anymore and I would just call the hotel so I can find out for sure whether the things that we like to use or actually working because I get chosen more cheaper hotel without a pool.

Wow. Upon check-in (with no other guests around) a woman employee came out, visibly annoyed. She was quite rude and unwelcoming. The room was filthy. Big hairball on the floor, shower was in disrepair. Not even all one color. Not sure if it was filthy or peeling off. Bubbled ceiling with clear water damage in the bathroom. Cracks in ceiling of rooms as well. Stayed in the room for 45 minutes and decided to just leave and take the long drive home.

Dirty carpets, tv didn’t work, phone disconnected, loud heaters, shower no pressure, and leaks on floor!

It was ok, pool was good for kids. Room could have been a bit cleaner and why they put us on the second story with kids i dont know i just hope the room under us was empty?! Also had leftovers in the fridge from when ,i dont know but it was pretty gross! I wouldnt pay that much(in advance) again for the room we had!

This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy, with severely damaged walls and floors, and the doors appeared to have suffered extensive water damage. It was clear that maintenance and cleanliness were not a priority. To make matters worse, the restroom had an unbearable, foul odor, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. The smell alone made the stay nearly intolerable. What upset us most was the deceptive advertising—the room looked nothing like the photos shown online. It felt like a completely different (and much lower quality) place than what we booked. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and we would strongly caution others to avoid this hotel entirely.

On one of the chairs for seating, there were something crusty on it. We didn’t sit or even want to put any of our stuff on it. It was gross.

After a 12-hour drive, I arrived expecting a clean, comfortable place to rest. What I encountered instead was an appalling lack of cleanliness and professionalism. The first room I was given was in terrible condition: there was garbage on the floor, stains on the bed, an unclean bathtub, and a visibly dirty lounge chair. It was also obvious the floors had not been vacuumed. Additionally, I had booked and paid for a suite, yet I was given a standard room. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was informed no suites were available. I was eventually moved to a larger room, but it still was not the suite I had reserved—and it was just as dirty. In the second room, we found cosmetic items stuck to the bathroom mirror, a bathtub that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and most disturbingly, three dead bugs inside the bed covers. We felt so uncomfortable that we chose not to stay in the room at all. When I asked management about a refund, I was told that refunds are not given—despite the fact that the room was clearly uninhabitable and we did not stay there. I find this policy unacceptable given the circumstances. I am formally requesting a full refund for this reservation. I did not receive the room I paid for, and what was provided fell well below even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. I expect your team to review this situation seriously and respond promptly with a resolution.

It had hot water, thats why it got at least a 1. There was a toenail clipping on the bathroom floor, the bathroom floor was so durty it turned the under side of the bath mat black. The shower waa clogged and we told them the first morning we got up, they came 2 days later as we were checking out to fix. We needed to request the room to be refreshed daily, but no one told us. There was also a hole in the ceiling about an inch around.

My daughter stayed there on her way home from college, blood was found on the wall, lamp and desk along with scratches and damage to the furniture. She went down to the front desk and they upgraded her but alarming to find blood splattered in the room.

This hotel was old and outdated

This looks dirtier on the outside than it is. There is no direct route into Comfort Inn. There was never anyone at the desk. I hate ringing the little service bell. The beds and room were surprisingly clean and comfortable. Someone was stomping on the floor above us. The doors made an annoying sound everytime someone else opened or closed their door.

You don’t get much for $200 these days! The bed was so uncomfortable.

It was a nice quiet stay. Beth are comfortable, clean rooms.

Great check in.. the fastest and most efficient check in EVER. The check in gal was very nice, as well. Room was quiet, our king bed was comfortable - thank you 😊

Bed was middle of the road, a little too soft and unsupportive, and the pillows were the size of and consistency of cotton balls. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the hotel was quiet so it met all the basic needs of a road trip hotel. Breakfast was serviceable, the powdered eggs they use weren’t good even by powdered egg standards. But toast, coffee, cereal, breakfast meat, and waffle station were fine. Booked in advance for one night on the way up to my destination for half the price they were asking when I checked at the end of my trip when I looked into booking last-minute (once I knew my return date). I wouldn’t pay the extortionate prices they were asking then, but the advance booking rate is fine.

I can't believe the level of poor customer service I received from both this hotel and Expedia. I made a mistake in the reservation date of 6/27 instead of 5/27. I noticed it right after I pre-paid. Expedia said they would talk to the hotel to get a re-fund and that I should book/pay for a second stay, as a sign of good faith, which I did. Needless to say both Expedia and the hotel were unwilling to refund my incorrect reservation and kept blaming the other as the reason they could not refund me. If I had known this I would never have booked and paid for a second stay and instead would have given the business to someone else with better customer service.

We arrived into town early. I completely understand that there is a ‘check in’ time. Although… any time I’ve asked for an early check in anywhere, I’ve gotten it. The struggle I think here was that a cleaning staffer was covering the from desk -and- doing the laundry in the room next to it. She just let me know they needed time to clean all the rooms. OK… I get it. So we ran around town a bit and ran out of things to do, so we went back. No one was running the desk. There was a sign about returning in 5 minutes. We sat in the lobby for 10 and then I started walking around to see I could find someone. So we just sat. Someone finally arrived. Someone else was at the desk waiting. The person answered all their questions and she offered them to check them in early. Hmmm. They didn’t want to stay because the pool was out of service and they had kids that wanted to swim… they left. I walked up to the desk and asked if we (with reservations) could check in now, or need to wait. She looked at me and said we could if the room was ready. I get that, although she knew they were to offer the ‘non-reserved’ couple a room before looking(?). Odd. All in all… the non-front desk staff were great. Friendly, quick, courteous, and kind. Our only struggle was the ‘first impression’.

Property is a bit dated. However, the people were wonderful. Patrick, in maintenance and was wonderful fixing a couple issues in our room. He was polite, efficient and super friendly. The front desk staff was super nice and friendly and so was housekeeping/breakfast staff. Will stay again next time I’m in town.

All the staff from management to the rest of the crew are friendly, courteous & helpful. Definitely will stay there again. The manger Dana Cust consistently monitor all areas to make sure everything is clean & near..Especially thanks to Drake the evening front desk staff who help me change our 3 night stay to 1 because of my sudden health issue. Hats off all the crew at this location. Also great location.

front desk personal was top notch and the best I've ever dealt with

The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the hotel does need upgrading when compared to the Holiday Inn Express next door. The area did seem sketchy so don’t park in the back of the hotel. The lady at check in made the stay memorable with her hospitality and conversation.

Good location with many shopping options close. The interior of the hotel and my room were very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel was fine, older but clean. The parking lot area abutted to some homeless vehicles and sleeping in neighboring business doorways which was a bummer to walk by when we went to dinner.

Some things were hard to find, like real half and half for coffee. There was a door from my room to the parking area, but I couldn't get it open -- too bad, because my car was right there.

Great staff, beautiful clean room and nice and quiet. Outstanding breakfast options.

Other than the breakfast, everything was great. The breakfast, however, seemed like they were out of everything, or else they hadn’t kept it stocked. No yogurt, poor juice options. No jam for toast. There were other items that were out as well.

The room was quiet and we appreciated the bed linens - an actual blanket and top bed cover. The breakfast choices were great and the scrambled eggs were hot, not lukewarm.

1st of all, I was given a standard king with handicap accommodations. Not what I thought I was getting! I thought I was getting a king suite. The price was $252/night. Outrage! I would have never agreed to such a fee rate. I discussed it with the manager and he promised to reduce my rate by $50. I have yet to see any rate reduction on my bill. 2nd the morning breakfast was awful! The scrambled eggs were runny and cold.

The breakfast sucked. No cook should ever season eggs to their tastes, especially adding pepper and over salting the eggs. The sausage was awful, some processed meat parts I would guess. Bagels were stale. Shame as other Comfort Inns I stayed at had excellent breakfasts.

They had a lot of parking and not too many people staying there so it was easy. Check in was fast and no additional costs. Continental breakfast was delicious. The cook was a very nice lady who acknowledges guests and restocks the food constantly. I would stay here again.
