Days Inn by Wyndham Klamath Falls

The room was very nice. Looked as if it had been recently remodeled. Stairs and walkway were filthy, dumpster was beyond full, Hot Tub had a few inches of green water in the bottom, dead plants near Main Entrance, Ice Machine located outside and turned off.

The pictures do not depict the current condition. The place looks way more run down than the pictures show. Also it says they have a pool, well the pool was empty and not working... Kids were bummed. Room was like 80's looking, probably was a nice place back in the day, but definitely need a face lift...

Location wasn’t as convenient to much (older area it looked) but across from fairgrounds. Older but nicely maintained outside. Rooms were recently renovation, large and comfortable & nice. Great outdoor pool area and fitness area. Breakfast was better than expected and kid friendly.

This is a pretty good size motel. The rooms were big and had comfortable beds and nice towels. The rooms offer a fridge and microwave. It was quiet with lots of parking. They offer a simple breakfast too. The pool and hot tub were not open for the season in May, but looked refreshing on a hot day.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Pool & Spa area was clean and welcoming. Fitness center had everything one might need and was tucked put of the way. Breakfast was a great bonus. All the amenities included were appreciated for the price.

I don't like housekeeping in my room so I can't speak to that aspect. However the staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. The reason I paid more for this hotel than others in the area is because it had an exercise room. Too bad half the equipment was broken. Also there was no tv in there. The cable box was missing, which speaks not only to the amount of crime in the area, but also the class of customers. The walls were thin and I struggled both with hearing noise from other rooms and not being a nuisance myself. Also when it says hot breakfast, the website isn't lying. There are waffles you can make and oatmeal. But I was really hoping for hot protein, like bacon and eggs. I only did one breakfast there in my 7 day stay. The egregious behavior of other customers was as much a factor as the mediocre offering. So I just stayed away. Go to McDonald's or something instead.

The lobby and our room smelled weird, but we got used to the room smell. Generally, the linens and the rest of the room was clean. (The carpet has seen better days.) The walls of the bathroom had grime dripping down and the corners were dirty. Breakfast had nice choices and the lady keeping everything stocked was super helpful. All in all, we got what we paid for.

I woke up to piss ants crawling all over me!! It was disgusting!! The room was was ver clean but I had ants all over me in the morning. I was supposed to get a email from the property with a discount but I didn't receive anything..💁‍♀️

Rough stay. Nice looking room but the cleanliness was awful. 2 of the 3 beds had black pet hair all over. I do not know how they missed it. It was even on the nightstands. We asked them to change the sheets and we left. A few hours later we came back and they had changed the sheets. BUT still dog hair UNDER the top blankets. So they dd not change all the bedding. Seriously crazy how they just dont care. AVOID

I found blonde dog hairs on the blanket under the comforter and black hair strands on the bed sheet of one of the beds. When laying on one of the pillows it smelled like mens cologne like it hadn't been replaced just left there from previous guest so we didn't use it tossed on the chair, which also had crushed nuts on it. The next morning when getting out of the shower I grabbed one towel with a stain and my second towel had a black hair curled into the towel fibers which caused me to use a hand towel to dry off.

The room was dirty, like rarely vacuumed or dusted. There was mold in the bathtub and shower. The room had recently been painted, and they tried to caulk right over the mold. I asked to front desk to move us, so she had us look at a suite. It too had black mold in the tub/shower which was partially covered by fresh caulk. Awful property and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Stained carpet, fixtures old and rusty in shower. Smoke odor in room. Flies, mosquitos in room. 1 large spider. Noisy, roudy guests. Noisy A/C. Bad odors. Holes in bathroom ceiling. Undesirable location. Very limited breakfast. This room would have a been a terrible value at half the price i paid. Extremely disappointed

Chose this hotel because of the overall ratings. The rooms are adequate. Noise levels were surprisingly good. Rooms were clean. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable and hard. Finding hot water was tricky since both ends of the spectrum produced cold water.

Stayed for three nights in a king room. Awesome room with an amazingly cozy bed, couch, mini fridge, microwave, and a nice shower/tub big enough for a 6\'2" dude. Room was very clean except for the couch, which had several spots on it. I just threw the extra comforter over it and used it that way. Only other complaints were the low water pressure in the shower (mineral buildup) and an extremely low power microwave. But for the price I paid, it was a gift.

We had a suite and it was very spacious.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Shower head was not good and made it hard to shower. (Not enough water pressure). Bed was a little hard for my liking and the area was noisy. Lots of vehicle traffic with loud mufflers and I was woken up at 2 AM due to a couple having a spousal argument in the parking lot. - that is out of the control of the staff, but did make my stay worse. The breakfast was ok.

Our stay was okay. This is a motel, the pricing is decent for people on a budget. The facility is outdated but the rooms are more newly renovated. The staff are professional, helpful, and kind. The property is shared by a restaurant. Our room: The rooms are huge in comparison to other places we have stayed. The queen beds felt more like doubles, but that is negligible. Bed felt okay, and we slept okay. The mini split kept the room pretty cool. Our deadbolt lock / secondary lock was sort of not working right in our room, it would get stuck. Also, there was a hole in the wall that was taped and painted over - just strange. The time of year we came, the insects and bugs are just out everywhere, they would be all over our car when we would go to our car in the morning- we found a couple of small flies and a couple of crawling bugs (non-dangerous or biting type) in our room. Wifi was on a slow side. Honorable mention was the dish tv - so many channels and always on. So we watched TV instead of doom scrolling! The breakfast: The breakfast was ok! The kids liked it. It was a step above continental. The coffee was tasty. The pool: Very outdated, and found a leaves and some bugs that the filter did not catch. In my opinion, the pool was oddly made. It starts in 3 feet but has a very quick slope. This makes it harder for smaller kids to play. The hot tub is outdated and found the jets did not work, but it was hot and cleaner than the pool. 3/5 stars!

The woman at the desk deserves a raise. She greeted up cheerfully, was helpful in giving directions, accommodated us when we needed extra towels and was most efficient. This was in the afternoon. Helpful in every way and we were there for 3 nights.

Check in was great. Ladies at front desk were amazing.

Check in was rough- first room hadn’t been cleaned yet, second room smelled like cigarettes. But staff was absolutely wonderful to work with and found a solution to make our stay work! Mistakes happen, the important thing is they did everything they could to fix it.

The motel was nice. Huge rooms, clean, a bit outdated but fine. Tried walking for dinner and it was a bit of an expedition. Recommend driving if you're exploring.

The location was excellent for our intention to visit Crater Lake. It was a comfortable, simple setting with the sort of accomodations a traveler needs, with restaurants and a market in easy walking distance.

While the bedding & towels were clean this hotel is NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED! It is not recently updated it is an old hotel with little maintenance being done. The advertised “breakfast” is not breakfast it is continental foods. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot. I was disappointed for the price.

Bed was super comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The only warm option was waffles (no eggs, sausage/bacon), and at check in I was told it went from 6-9am, but they told everyone it was closing at 8am (we were fine, but others were still coming in). If you drive through at night, bring some windex & paper towels for your windshield. There’s a huge midgefly invasion, and our vehicle was plastered!

The staff was friendly and lovely. The area felt safe. Our hotel room had a dirty wet rag in the shower when we checked in and the breakfast was *very* limited. My apple juice had flecks of not apple juice in it and there was a piece of plastic in my cereal. We ate breakfast elsewhere for both mornings of our stay which affected our schedule and budget.
