Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

I know this is going to sound made up but it is not. First, the hotel has a very musty smell. The room towels were not stocked. The tub had not been cleaned. The water to the toilet leaked. The lamps had no lampshade. The AC was missing chunks of plastic and the blankets had stains. Breakfast was ego waffles, toast, mini bagels, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. No spoons (they were out) and if something needed to be restocked the young lady acted very put out. The hotel was mostly quiet except for an hour the lady across the hall was, yelling. This hotel chain is one of my favorite, but I won’t stay at this one again.

The motel was basically clean. However, when I checked in, the lamp in the room did not work. I got good help from the desk to correct it. The breakfast was pretty meager. When I checked out, it wasn't busy, but I was not asked, "How was your stay?" Overall, the motel felt like it needed an update.

Had ants all over. Tub was dirty the heater had some weird brown sticky stuff on top of it and made load noise when ever it was on. The same for the bathroom fan. Carpet un room tore up in places. Missing lights bulbs in two of the lights so was kinda dark. hallway was dirty looked liked it wasn't vacuum in a month. Had homeless people going in and out all day getting coffee. Breakfast was premade waffles wrapped in plastic wrap.

Room was not clean enough. Black mold in the tub a the joints. Stains on the sheets and the towels were dingy colored. Staff were very nice and helped with items when asked. We have dietary restrictions so we did not eat breakfast there but it looked decent. Easy location to get in and out of.
