The stay was very nice. Warm cookie and salt water taffy welcome. It had a full breakfast until 10:00 A.M. The location was good close to beach, shopping, and restaurant's. Rooms were clean and quiet. Nice pool and the staff very good. The parking was a little strange but okay.

Didn’t like that the pool was cold. And the hot tub was cold as ice. Kind of the only reason we stayed there and not some where else was for the pool and the hot tub. Kind of a waste

Our check in was unacceptable. Our confirmation number was already in use when we got here. We were given no explanation as to how or why it was already in use. The pool heater was broken and the elevator is creaky.

Lovely staff at check in, great room with balcony and an arm chair and very comfy bed. Room lovely and quiet as was the aircon! Free chilli on offer in dining room which was delicious! Nice pool is a bonus!

The stay was nice. The chili was good. The breakfast was delicious and kept very clean!!! The home made cookies were yummy. The jacuzzi was relaxing. The pool was cold due to heater being broken. That was a big factor in choosing that hotel so that was disappointing but trying to cancel my reservation meant sacrificing a full day and losing out on about 100.00 to pick another hotel with the amenities we wanted so we just stayed there and did jacuzzi time instead. The hotel is like a maze and is out dated compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and a big tv. The tub is very out dated with stains and a dirty looking mat so you don’t slip. That should be looked in to. If you need anything the staff will get it for you. The employees are helpful and nice. Our stay was enjoyable especially being across from the beach and near shopping. We might stay there again if the pool is fixed. That being said my daughter jumped in anyways then quickly warmed up in the jacuzzi.

The stairwells need to be cleaned. There was a spill on the tiles that was there when we areibwd ans still there 4 days later. Dirty smudges on glass doors in common stairwell were never cleaned. Great beds, clean sheets and towels. Bathrub and sink don't drain well. Bathtub was kinda clean but didn't look clean. Some non-slip stickers were there then removed leaving adhesive behind. We had a dog friendly room.

We were thankful we got a late check out at no charge, but our room had stains on the carpet and the inside of the elevator that was closest to the front desk was dirty. it looked like something was spilled on the inside door and not wiped and the floor was also dirty.

Staff was super friendly, I overslept from begin awake late due to rude neighbors in the hotel. I woke up 30 mins until check out they offered late check out still had little cold breakfast for us. This hotel is always our favorite to stay at when we come to Lincoln City for a get away. Rooms are always well clean. We plan on returning soon always recommend to others this is the place to come to.

The front desk people were great! Doors and wall are dirty. is good. The carpet in the whole place is dirty and stained. They allow animals so who knows what the stains are. Walls dirty going down stairs. Our room was not clean. Dust on microwave area, bathroom shelves, mirrors were either streaky or not clean. The sheets seemed to be too small to cover the mattress. One of our mattresses was stained with something. The parking lot was too small, no where to park, the columns took up too much space only room for compact cars. The price was right for our trip but we will not be returning or reccomend to anyone.

Our tv and Wi-Fi didn’t work but we basically were ready to call it a night when we arrived so not a big problem! Beds were comfortable, liked the pillows and the linens were good. Bathroom was clean and everything was stocked including the coffee. Quiet room which was great.

Property was decent. Room was noisy and could use some updating. Also only have one end table between the 2 beds wasn’t my favorite. But it was a good enough. Really my main gripe was how loud the hallway was inside the rooms

Overall it was a good stay. I was working remote and hotel Wi-Fi was spotty at times. I would be on a Zoom meeting and it would disconnect for 5 seconds and then back again. Seemed to happen most in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Parking is horrible unless you have a compact car. Bathrooms have been updated. The rest of the room could use new carpet. The floorboards in the room I was on were very creaky.

Place has changed since my last stay, which was about 3 years ago. Service was friendly and helpful. But you have beat up furniture, stains on the carpet, which give off a dirty feeling. Too bad. The location is wonderful and the size of the room was I’m sure fantastic at one point. Now it’s just outdated.

I arrived three hours early and wanted to get some work done. Requested for early checkin and was ready to pay if needed. Made me wait till 4pm and let me checkin at 4pm. Either lying or bad management if all rooms are getting exactly at 4pm.

Great location just across the road from the beach and convenient for visiting many of the beaches. The beds were super comfortable - a great night's sleep. Lots of parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Place is nice, right across the street from the beach. The staff was great. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. The only negative is the carpets -they need to be replaced . Old and stained in some places. Will stay here again

The stay was very nice. Warm cookie and salt water taffy welcome. It had a full breakfast until 10:00 A.M. The location was good close to beach, shopping, and restaurant's. Rooms were clean and quiet. Nice pool and the staff very good. The parking was a little strange but okay.

Stayed two nights while roadtripping. Clean, comfy room. Excellent breakfast with extras. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Wifi worked well. Covered, free parking. Efficient and attentive staff. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. My only complaint was the sub-par breakfast selection. It was very bare minimum and unappealing. We ended going somewhere else and paying for food.

The front desk was super nice and fast. They had cookies and some salt water taffy . A fire was going next to the desk making it more inviting. The pool is nice, open very late. The rooms were nice, bedding was super comfortable. There is a basic hot breakfast in the morning. It was good enough to save us a stop off for breakfast elsewhere.

The breakfast was good and they had fresh baked cookies at the desk every day. The pool and hot tub were very nice and we used them both nights of our stay. Room was good size and clean and comfortable.

I was disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. The carpets were very dirty and didn’t appear to have been clean d in quite awhile. The bd was too soft for our tastes. The breakfast was also disappointing. The bacon was paper thin and looked more like oversized bacon bits than slices. Also, the eggs were very watery.

Beds were comfortable, room smelled clean but carpet and chair were stained. Refrigerator did not work but was fixed by the next day, luckily I had a small ice chest. Parking was horrible, hard to get in and out stalls made for compact cars only. Breakfast was ok. Worst was the lady working front desk in afternoons, she said policy is ONLY 1 bath towel per guest. They don’t care if you have long hair and need 2. Made us take my husband’s wet towel back and exchange for a dry towel. Absolutely would NOT give us an extra towel.

The room was nice but the bathroom gave me a dirty feeling. It might be because the tub was discolored where a bath mat was supposed to be. The breakfast was good except for the watery fake eggs.
