First thing first, pool no open all summer. Volleyball area without Sand. Poor quality on towels. Telephone wasn’t working. I tried to extend my reservation for one more night and the person that night said I had to wait until my reservation was over to be extended. Makes no sense.

The location is quiet and having our own door was a bonus. Parking was in abundance and the grounds are tidy and inviting for perimeter walks.

Room seemed to be decent until I checked the bathroom. There was moldy grout in the shower and a thick layer of dust on the tiled ledge. If they can't clean something this obvious what else are they not doing. This thought disturbed me so that I did not return for the remainder of my booked nights thus paying for nights I did not use, Refund has to come through expedia. There is NO restaurant or bar on sight as stated on their amenities page. Breakfast was basically cereal, muffins, and bagels but I did eat anything due to my concerns about the cleanliness.

advertised as with lounge and restaurant, the desk clerk said the couchs were the lounge and the restaurant is the small breakfast station. there were what appeared to be drug type people sitting on the ground in front of several of the rooms.

Had to wait 30+ min to check in as there was no one at the desk. My first room had no hot water and a non working fridge. Moved to a new room. Worse fridge. Towels dirty. No microwave in room. Have to go to the lobby for that

Lobby and room smelled. Bathtub in room badly stained. Floor had newer vinyl plank but was dirty enough to darken my socks. Plumbing in next room was extremely loud. Bedding had one sheet, no blanket or cover except for a single throw blanket enough for one person, not sufficient for two beds. Towels small and scratchy. Gaps in sides and bottom of door enough for light to shine through, thankfully no bugs. Checked out after the first night and cancelled the rest of our stay.

Dirty. Bathroom was dirty.sink needed replaced. Floor was bad. Like nobody knows how to run a mop or even a swiffer. Our feet were black from walking in the room. Our lastnight there, we found ants in the bathroom. People live in this motel, smoke pot,hang out on the sidewalks swearing. We had kids with us. Will not be staying there again.

The room was in an awful state. The bathroom was unsightly and needs to be renovated or upgraded. The outdoor area was nice but I wish the room reflected the same. There were bugs/ants crawling on the beds as well.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it's no frills and just what I need, a bed and a shower. This stay I learned they no longer provide wash cloths in the rooms and housekeeping does not have them either. If you stay be sure to bring your own washcloth.

We recently stayed at this property, and I regret every second of it. The entire property was filthy. The exterior door to our room was damaged. The inside of our room was disgusting. The floors and walls were dirty. There was hair on the floor, on the bathroom counter, and in bathtub. The walls were covered with crayon and marker drawings. The bathroom counter was broken and pulling apart from the wall. The bath tub and bath wall were stained and covered in grime. Even though our room has two beds, only one blanket was provided. Please do yourself a favor, and stay somewhere else.

This was more like a camp ground. There were no lights to find the rooms in the dark. We had to keep pulling into spaces to shine headlights on the door numbers. I felt unsafe in the room. It looked freshly painted. But one of the door locks was broken on the exterior door and the adjoining door didn’t fully lock we put furniture in front of them to feel secure. Especially when the guest next door kept trying the handle all night long. The staff were very friendly. The desk clerk graciously gave us the “last” blanket he had. Which is good. Because in the room there were two beds with no blanket and one spare blanket in the ‘closet’. We were going to eat the free breakfast, but the uncleanliness of the room gave us pause and we skipped it.

Well the place itself is not so bad Drove in from NYC. Checked in. Was disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave nor a coffee maker. So I couldn’t heat up some leftovers i brung with me. Second as my family and myself showered and used up the towels and left for the entire day upon returning was expecting a clean room and fresh towels nope that was not the case. My keycard wasn’t working and the room was as i left it in the morning. Breakfast was what it was waffles toast bread cereal muffins coffee the juice machine wasn’t working. I complained about the dirty room and asked for towels but none was issued and was given some excuse as to why things are the way they are. Long story short. I would definitely stay there again knowing what i know. I would prepare more better I mean. Its affordable. They have a nice swimming pool. And plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. If you can adapt to everything i mentioned it should be a pretty good getaway. With lots to do and see in the surrounding area.

I checked out due the horrible service. There was no blanket for the room n front desk refused to bring one. They refused to honor the early check in request they agreed to. The tv was in poor shape and lines on the screen . The final straw was the 2nd night someone tried to break into my room via the connecting door between rooms. When I called the front desk for help they laughed at me, so I had to call 911. This is after the front desk clerk called me a b———— that morning when I complained about the tv n asked for a blanket. I checked out the next morning. Horrible way to treat people!!

I had called earlier day and told lady Sophiana that we will reach after 11 PM as we were driving from Chicago and she said there is no problem. On the day of check-in when I called Hotel, a lady Tatiana told me my booking will be cancelled if we don;t reach by 11 PM. It was raining, roads were under repair and we had to skip dinner of kids and drive fast to match 11 PM time. Tatiana gave us excuse that booking system doesn't allow to book after 11 PM and it is lie as I have booked in 5 star hotels after midnight too and there is no problem. she was playing with us, family with children

Avoid this property at all costs!!!! The pictures were apparently taken many years ago before the rooms were damaged and stained beyond repair. The tub didn’t drain in the first room we were given and there were holes cut into the walls with the drywall screwed back into place. There appeared to be a large amount of unlawful activity amongst the individuals staying at the property which I informed the front desk of and they shrugged their shoulders as they didn’t care. Apparently it happens all the time. The phones don’t work at the property, and I made them aware of that and the manager told me that the lines were old and none of them worked. I would’ve went somewhere else, but I was exhausted and didn’t feel safe driving to another hotel because I was so tired. Although I didn’t feel safe for the property either, so I used the refrigerator to block the door along with the table and chairs. I still didn’t sleep well and got up at 6 AM to get ready to leave. I’m very shocked that Expedia still has this property on their website. I wish I would’ve taken pictures but I just wanted to leave as quickly as I could and forgot.
Avoid this property at all costs!!!! The pictures were apparently taken many years ago before the rooms were damaged and stained beyond repair. The tub didn’t drain in the first room we were given and there were holes cut into the walls with the drywall screwed back into place. There appeared to be a large amount of unlawful activity amongst the individuals staying at the property which I informed the front desk of and they shrugged their shoulders as they didn’t care. Apparently it happens all the time. The phones don’t work at the property, and I made them aware of that and the manager told me that the lines were old and none of them worked. I would’ve went somewhere else, but I was exhausted and didn’t feel safe driving to another hotel because I was so tired. TERRIBLE 1. From initial check in there were problems with keys and employee attitudes which included numerous negative comments about Expedia. After man (manager?) checked me in I asked about checking out early if needed and he stated you can't get a refund because of going through Expedia. 2. The room was filthy dirty, I continued to ask for cleaning and towels daily, to no avail. 3. Keys not working daily and I was told that I did something wrong to decode it. During stay only one day didn't need new keys to be programmed. 4. Upon last office visit to get key fixed again, the man (manager?), was told about overall filthy conditions again and about still not being given towels. On this day the customer (me) was told that the cleaning people will not enter the rooms unless the tenant is there. 5. Why wasn't I told this on day one? I would NOT have stayed at a facility with this limitation on their tenants! How can a hotel require tenants to stay during the 9-2 published hours, just to get cleaned rooms and additional towels. After making this comment I was told that is why we use EXPEDIA and don't pay our employees good money! I am requesting a full Refund from Expedia. I have pictures. NEVER AGAIN!

Couldn’t even stay at this place. I was able to book it and went there around 10 pm to check in. When I got into the are, I felt unsafe and it didn’t seem pleasant. The person working was rude to me and didn’t allow me to stay at the place I paid for. Didn’t have a place to stay and they didn’t give me my money back. Would not recommend this place!!!!

Had to wait 30+ min to check in as there was no one at the desk. My first room had no hot water and a non working fridge. Moved to a new room. Worse fridge. Towels dirty. No microwave in room. Have to go to the lobby for that

This was more like a camp ground. There were no lights to find the rooms in the dark. We had to keep pulling into spaces to shine headlights on the door numbers. I felt unsafe in the room. It looked freshly painted. But one of the door locks was broken on the exterior door and the adjoining door didn’t fully lock we put furniture in front of them to feel secure. Especially when the guest next door kept trying the handle all night long. The staff were very friendly. The desk clerk graciously gave us the “last” blanket he had. Which is good. Because in the room there were two beds with no blanket and one spare blanket in the ‘closet’. We were going to eat the free breakfast, but the uncleanliness of the room gave us pause and we skipped it.

I like the fact when you go outside you don’t have to take an elevator to go out so if you’re a smoker it’s convenient. Just walk out your room. Breakfast, there was milk, cereal, toast, muffins, coffee (24/7), orange juice and apple juice. Toaster and microwave is accessible 24/7. Everything else is 6am to 10 am then is shut off. Entrance is a Little hard to find at first but nothing hard to figure out. Come with your own cleaning products for the tub and sink and fridge. Because you will want to clean it before using. Catch the maids around 10 am for clean sheets and toilet paper and garbage bags. Overall the stay was okay. Just don’t expect it to be hotel fancy, it’s an inn after all.

Bed was extremely comfortable, quiet ac, plenty of hot water for shower, refrig provided , loads of free parking. For the price cant beat it free breakfast, freshly made waffles, coffee , juices. Went to Maple Grove Raceway had a blast ,doing over 330 mph in under 3.7 seconds. The sound of that thunder will bring you back

Room seemed to be decent until I checked the bathroom. There was moldy grout in the shower and a thick layer of dust on the tiled ledge. If they can't clean something this obvious what else are they not doing. This thought disturbed me so that I did not return for the remainder of my booked nights thus paying for nights I did not use, Refund has to come through expedia. There is NO restaurant or bar on sight as stated on their amenities page. Breakfast was basically cereal, muffins, and bagels but I did eat anything due to my concerns about the cleanliness.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The room was tired. The remote would not work. I asked the front desk for help. They gave me an instruction sheet to reset the remote but then it wouldn’t even turn the tv on or off. My key card was erased by being next to my phone. I’ve never had that happen and the guy seemed annoyed. Breakfast was 2 waffle makers, toast, mini-muffins that were awful. Bread and toasters. Non-dairy spread and only grape jelly for the toast. Coffee was good but styrofoam cups were small.

Well the place itself is not so bad Drove in from NYC. Checked in. Was disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave nor a coffee maker. So I couldn’t heat up some leftovers i brung with me. Second as my family and myself showered and used up the towels and left for the entire day upon returning was expecting a clean room and fresh towels nope that was not the case. My keycard wasn’t working and the room was as i left it in the morning. Breakfast was what it was waffles toast bread cereal muffins coffee the juice machine wasn’t working. I complained about the dirty room and asked for towels but none was issued and was given some excuse as to why things are the way they are. Long story short. I would definitely stay there again knowing what i know. I would prepare more better I mean. Its affordable. They have a nice swimming pool. And plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. If you can adapt to everything i mentioned it should be a pretty good getaway. With lots to do and see in the surrounding area.

Got lazy with checking rooms and didn’t check bed well till we were making sure we weren’t forgetting anything and when we pulled sheet back there were literally urine and poop stains. Had bites on our legs pretty sure bed bugs. And lost half the power to the room from middle of day 2 thru leaving on day 3. Asked for towels for the four of us night 2 they only gave us 1.

I will never stay here again, I stayed for 2 days for Business, ice maker doesn't work, no Microwave, no iron/or board, tiny Bathroom with cracked walls, fake continental Breakfast, the waffle mix ran out, donuts looked old. The bed sheets were clean but the bed is sinking in the middle, very uncomfortable. Easy parking, check in staff was kind.
