This was our 3rd time staying here and it seems the place has run down over the last 2 years. The elevator made a weird mechanical noise and smelled like cigarettes. Our room smelled like cigarettes too. The floor in our room wasn’t clean and had stains. There was a yelllow stain in one of the pillows and a black stain in the fitted sheet. The towels had a lint issue. The bathroom was the best part, as it was clean and shower was good. I also doubted the safety of the hotel, there was one guy who looked homeless, without a shirt that popped out of no where to ask us for a smoke. He scared us and kept hanging out in the premises. There seem to be a lot of people just hanging out in the corridors. Kinda weird. I didn’t see too much hotel staff and didn’t feel like if something happened to us, there would be security to help us out. Overall we made it through the night as we needed a place to crash but the stay wasn’t comfortable. We’ve had better stays here for sure.

Parking area had a lot of coming & going, people hanging around, noise & commotion until wee hours of the morning! It did not feel like an entirely safe environment. Room was clean but worn & dingy & the mattress was terrible. Just wanted a quiet, clean, & comfortable bed to spend the night. This was the wrong property for that!

Overall the stay was pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable, nearby restaurants, and convenience stores. I was disturbed by other guests who were active late at night. The hotel is used for temporary housing for homeless families. Good for an overnight stay if you don't want to spend much.

Apparently, if u renr a room, it customarily comes with microwave, mini fridge, ironing board and iron. But this is not the case here because its a deluxe room. The room is that I was in was called a standard room which dies has not microwave, mini fridge, no ironing board or iron. When asked why was that, I was told I could move to a deluxe room for an extra eight dollars a night.

My comfort is everything to me and I was very comfortable here. The outside does not match the inside. It was very roomy and clean. The only negative is that there is no channels on the tv. But I wanted to be somewhere clean and I definitely got that. Had a good nights rest.

The check in was quite easy and quick. The room was spacious and clean I like that. After few minutes of check in i got a call from the front desk to make sure I am ok with the room. It was quite impressive stay. I will stop by here in my next travel in the area.

We checked in a little before midnight and found hairs and wet spots in the bed. We left immediately and requested a refund which was denied. They got my money but will never use Red Roof Inn again or Expedia who also refused to assist us.

I stayed here for a week … upon my return to rebook the very same day, I was asked for a security deposit but not until AFTER they charged my card for the room. When I didn’t have the extra cash, I was refused the room I just paid for. Left with no place to go for the night with my kids … they accused me of trashing the room ..When in all reality, the room wasn’t even clean when I arrived! I regret not taking pictures..I however, STILL went the extra mile to strip the beds, took the garbage and made sure there was minimal cleaning besides floors! Non-English speaking staff claims I trashed the room but the guy working at the desk refused to confront the housekeepers who were still cleaning the room I had left when I came back! Sad shame to be treating a family like they did! I guess if you’re white and not a drug dealer they don’t welcome you with open arms!

When I arrived at the property the hotel had no electric due to storm. Front desk person told us we could not wait in lobby til check in and couldn’t get an early check in because of the storm. I was $10 short for the incidental fee so they wouldn’t allow me to check in to my room. Had to try to go find $10. But apparently left my friend in the room and gave them my incidental fee even though the room was in my name and not my acquaintance’s.

The room I was in was outdated, the bed needs to be replaced and the bathroom needs to be updated…. There were several suspicious people hanging around the property which raised my safety concerns and I saw drug usage, mostly marijuana smoking. I also had an unknown Hispanic male knocking & pushing on the room door at about 3 am in the morning. I yelled at him And he ran off. Overall, I will never stay at that property again

Horrible. No breakfast. Rents by week so loud people outside until at least 1 am. After loud people called me names, I called desk. Things got quieter for maybe 15imutes. I suggest that Hotels.Com clearly indicate if hotel rents by week. Inside room was OK, but trashy outside.

The room was not the cleanest. About an hour after we checked in the power went out and wasnt expected to be back on for hours so we found a nearby hotel with a generator and left. I was told the refund couldn't be put though due to no power completely understandable. But now here we are over a week later and 4 phone calls in and there is still.no refundAfter being told there is no manager today everyday. It has now switched to there will be no manager u til Aug 25. Which is basically 3 weeks later. Avoid staying here.

Terrible stay. Could not reach hotel beforehand to see how late desk open. Phone disconnected as myself, hotel’s corporate, and hotels.com could not reach. Room was FILTHY. Staff were rude and tried charging us despite pre-paying on hotels.com (took 20 min to get help). Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Got bug bites from who knows what
