Extended Stay America Suites - Pittsburgh - Carnegie

We were very grateful they were able to accommodate us for the night when our other hotel canceled our booking last minute. Unfortunately, the room was much to be desired. It smelled like cat litter, was very out dated, no handrail in the shower, shower curtain was too small for shower, stains on the counters, and no TV. It seems as though this room was only used for last minute stays because it was not well maintained. The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff member was very pleasant at check-in.

It was pretty clean, good price. My fave part was the front desk guy— his hair was amazing. I wish my hair looked like that.

El personal excelente, solo que no sabía que no hacían la limpieza de los cuartos hasta una semana, por que son habitaciones para estancias mucho más largas de una semana o un mes, eso nos tomó por sorpresa, tampoco me gusto que fuera con mascotas.

I had a late check in. It seemed like a bother that I even wanted to stay there. The almost wouldn’t let me stay because it was after midnight. Even though I had booked my room 40 minutes earlier and it was after midnight when I booked it. The room was clean. The air conditioning never kicked on and I woke up sweating.
