Making improvements but seems they are trying to gear more towards long term not so much travelers. Nice enough but the “free breakfast” was a gallon of sunny d to share, 3 types of cereal, one community table to sit around. Just a small room that was part of checkin area. You can tell they are working on improving the property. What was obvious was it seemed to be getting set up for long term stays,great, and they already had some. The breakfast area a joke. Maybe enough room for 4 around a community table and the very minimal breakfast so we chose to get breakfast out when we left. Because of this, we would not add this to our return list and that’s fine

This pet friendly motel had a recently remodled room with apartment size fridge, two burner cook top, microwave, coffee pot, and storage cabinets inside the room. Nice mattress, TV and counter space. I would have liked more pillows on the king size bed,but the room was extra spacious very quiet. Thanks for a great experience!

For starters, don’t judge a book by its cover. It might not be a large chain hotel but it’s fully updated (cute couch, large desk space, a full fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, double kitchen sink with garbage disposal, basic tub/shower, toilet, stand alone modern closet, large flat screen screen that’s hung, modern lighting on either side of the bed, and an awesome modern wooden wall) and should be considered more of a small apartment than a hotel room. The pricing is great and it’s very quiet and safe. The owners are kind. Only things I’d change is having more shampoo & soap offered and 5 pillows that are fluffier than 3 that are pretty lack luster. They do charge a $20.00/night animal fee which is a bummer and don’t allow them to stay in the room while you’re gone to work etc. Overall, I’d choose staying here over a big hotel chain like Hilton or Marriott any day!

My room was not clean. The sheets looked like they were not changed to clean ones. The filter in the coffer maker was dirty with an old used filter still in it. The mirror had toothpaste on it. The night stand by the bed had dirty trash behind it, looked like it had never been vacuumed there. When I returned to the room late, the room had not been cleaned. It was late and I was so tired and disgusted that I did not contact them to come and clean it, which I should not have had to. I slept on top of the covers with my own blanket for the 2 nights I was there. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.

LEFT TOWELS OF PREVIOUS GUESTS! Yuck! Dead bugs in light fixtures. For me the bed was VERY hard. All 3 pillows were old and lumpy. I was going to put my shampoo on the top ledge of the shower and it waS FILTHY. However, we felt safe- the refrigerator and tv worked.

I would give this less than one star if there were an option. Sheets and towels were stained hair on bathroom floor dust everywhere. Thankfully we had brought our own blanket and slept on top of the bedding. This place was discusseding and if it hadn't been so late I would have gotten another place.

Don't touch anything. Don't walk in the floor. All surfaces are filthy. Paint.is peeling, head board has some sort of spray residue. Cigarette.burns on microwave. Bedding was non existent. Sink was cracked. Hair dryer has a short and arced. Never opened the fridge...worried about what was left. This property should be condemned.

The room stunk soon as I walked in it was nasty smelling luckily I had a plug in with me. Looked like the covers and top blankets hadn't been washed in a while the sink was cracked and roaches crawling on the floor.

One of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The bedsheets and blankets had fur, someone elses’s hair, footprints, holes, and cigarette burns on them. Nothing looked like it’d been cleaned; there were stains on the microwave, dirt and crumbs on the refrigerator, soap clumps on the tub, and one of the light fixtures was smashed. The only redemption for this place is that they didn’t have bedbugs, and the front desk gave us replacement sheets and blankets when we asked. Horrible place, do not book here.

The room needed many repairs. Someone apparently had kept a dig in restroom and it tore up the door and walls. Nightstands top was peeling off. The bed had big hard rolls in mattress. Drawers in dresser were non-functional. Very disappointed!

How to start, here we go we were tired of driving and decided to take a break and this hotel was available closest to us. So i guess you get what you pay for. When i went to the desk to let them know about the nasry bedding, there was no apology, just a very rude, here is your new room key. Basically, dont bother me again.

Basically what I expected for the price. Excellent location for us. We were visiting family and needed a clean, affordable place to sleep. An initial glitch when the room was not clean on our arrival, but the staff was prompt in responding and bringing to an acceptable state.

The property was nice and safe feeling . When arrived we had stains on our pillow cases but the lady at the front desk helped us out immediately with that . Head board and side drawers were not wiped down well. And when I went to get breakfast they had cereal but must not of cleaned it out before adding the honey nut because a raisin and pieces of other Cereals also came out . They had an empty box of orange juice in the mini fridge for the 3 days I tried getting breakfast . Not really a continental breakfast. They did the bare minimum in that description . No hot food like waffles or anything like that and the coffee tasted like bad water . Overall the stay was nice .

Basically what I expected for the price. Excellent location for us. We were visiting family and needed a clean, affordable place to sleep. An initial glitch when the room was not clean on our arrival, but the staff was prompt in responding and bringing to an acceptable state.

The property was nice and safe feeling . When arrived we had stains on our pillow cases but the lady at the front desk helped us out immediately with that . Head board and side drawers were not wiped down well. And when I went to get breakfast they had cereal but must not of cleaned it out before adding the honey nut because a raisin and pieces of other Cereals also came out . They had an empty box of orange juice in the mini fridge for the 3 days I tried getting breakfast . Not really a continental breakfast. They did the bare minimum in that description . No hot food like waffles or anything like that and the coffee tasted like bad water . Overall the stay was nice .

For starters, don’t judge a book by its cover. It might not be a large chain hotel but it’s fully updated (cute couch, large desk space, a full fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, double kitchen sink with garbage disposal, basic tub/shower, toilet, stand alone modern closet, large flat screen screen that’s hung, modern lighting on either side of the bed, and an awesome modern wooden wall) and should be considered more of a small apartment than a hotel room. The pricing is great and it’s very quiet and safe. The owners are kind. Only things I’d change is having more shampoo & soap offered and 5 pillows that are fluffier than 3 that are pretty lack luster. They do charge a $20.00/night animal fee which is a bummer and don’t allow them to stay in the room while you’re gone to work etc. Overall, I’d choose staying here over a big hotel chain like Hilton or Marriott any day!

you get what you pay for. No major issues with the room... other than it being outdated and faint smell of smoke. staff was nice, parking is easy, lots of great hikes in the area!

No point in booking a stay here. As a local i can tell you for the same price i could have stayed at the holiday inn in dickson, and had a pool and some customer service...and my food options would've be more than a dennys or gas station pizza. 1/ 10 wouldn't recommend. My bed sheets had burn holes in them also. And the breakfast was corn flakes or raison brand.

Making improvements but seems they are trying to gear more towards long term not so much travelers. Nice enough but the “free breakfast” was a gallon of sunny d to share, 3 types of cereal, one community table to sit around. Just a small room that was part of checkin area. So really free breakfast is maybe but not really

Floor was so dirty you had to wear shoes in the room or feet turned black. Poop stains in toilet and on back of bathroom door. Dropped ring behind night stand and it looked like no one had cleaned behind it for a year. Breakfast was not worth a nickle. Will never book here again.

You can tell they are working on improving the property. What was obvious was it seemed to be getting set up for long term stays,great, and they already had some. The breakfast area a joke. Maybe enough room for 4 around a community table and the very minimal breakfast so we chose to get breakfast out when we left. Because of this, we would not add this to our return list and that’s fine

Not ideal location, but with the I-40 roadwork going on and the area hotels pretty much booked, I was fortunate enough to get a nice room, 3/4 size fridge/freezer, King bed and large flatscreen tv. The WiFi was adequate as well. Only disappointment was the “breakfast included”, consist of milk, OJ, Little Debbie honey buns.

The room was filthy and old. How hard is it to paint. The sheets were clean and no bugs. There was a fridge and Microwave. But there were no utensils or cookware to use the cooktop. No dishes, just plastic and styrofoam cups. There was a construction lot very close to rooms. They were working on something and I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. Beep, Beep for over a hour. The free breakfast was coffee and two cereal containers and a table with 8 chairs. No water, and the utensil bins were empty. The remote was so filthy, I put it in a plastic baggie. The TV was large. They had dish. There were no directions anywhere, on how to work anything.
