Staff was friendly. Glad the gym was open at 6am.

This property is usually hit or miss. This time was a miss. The pool was green and not usable. Staff is always friendly and more than helpful! Located within 2 miles of downtown Gettysburg. Very convenient.

Overall the place was nice and clean, the pool was nice but only waa 3 1/2 feet deep and the breakfast was very good. The only issue was the wifi was out, it appeared to be like this for a couple days per other comments.

Nice place. Interestingly, there was no place to hang out in the lobby. Also no where in sit with a group of friends to visit or plot your next adventure. There is a bar like table for 4 but thats all. Coffee available 24 hours a day. That was nice.

I was annoyed that the pool was unavailable. It was one of the reasons we choose this hotel.

Our go-to hotel for visting our student at Gettysburg College. Reasonable rate, clean, easy parking, safe, complementary breakfast, less than 10 min drive to the college.

They are working to upgrade.

Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed using the pool. The fitness room was a little small but usable. Very convenient for the war museum and town.

The mattress pad was dirty and the was blood on side of mattress cover.

We were very comfortable. The Hotel was clean and quiet-perfect for getting the rest we needed.

This hotel was generally clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast had little protein, only yogurt and boiled eggs wirhblots of waffle irons which mustbbe helpful for families. The one comment I have to make is that the carpet in our room was filthy around the edges. They need to use a crevice tool to clean that up. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay, with 24 hour coffe and tea.

Property run down and dirty. Way too expensive for what you receive. Awful coffee and coffee pots are ancient.

Rooms are super outdated, moldy smell bathroom and appliances weren’t very clean. Did not use the shower as it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There was hair in the tub and the floor. Room is not vacuumed very well warped wood around AC unit and water leaking in the window seal.Has a very old dingy smell throughout the property not your usual experience at a Day Inn.

A solid, if unspectacular stay. Evening could’ve been a little cleaner but certainly not bad at all.

The hotel is very close to Gettysburg. It is dated but clean. Breakfast is just carbs, no protein.

The first rooms we got, the bathroom in one of the rooms was dirty. The second of rooms had big bugs. They were “out of sausage both mornings. WiFi was poor and the tv only got four stations. All the other stations listed were “not available.” We go to Gettysburg every year, but will not be going back there.

Easy to find. Beds need upgrade. Matress was terible. Otherwise, nice stay.

The A/C fan was too noisy. The fan was too loud and making a loud cranky noise.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable all at a very reasonable price. The staff was was very accommodating as well. My only complaint was that every time somebody went on or out of the rooms next me, the door banged shut and entire room shook. That was quite annoying at night!

Spacious room

The walls are almost paper thin, we could hear the people on the next room loud and clear. Also, the room above us has children running around and it was very loud. We let it go the 1st night, the 2nd night I made the front desk aware and they said next time you hear it, let them know. Since the running around didn't start before around 9/10:00pm, we didn't hear it again that night because we had gone out. However, the following night, I did call the front desk when I heard it and the gentleman at the desk said he would go up and check it out, yet we continued to hear it a few more times that night and I even called up to that room, but no one answered. ALOT of slamming doors in the halls as well.

The room itself was very comfortable. TV wasn’t the best. The bathroom definitely needed some renovations to update it. The tub needed caulking and cleaning. The towels were very thin and scratchy.

My stay overall was nice. The building is a little older so you could hear through the walls fairly easily. They kept everyone to the quiet hours so it was ok.

It is the old adage "you get what you pay for". The hotel needs to renovate and clean itself up. The mattresses need to be replaced based on the one I slept on. It is in a good location, just needs to reinvest some monies into it.

Room was quiet enough. The bed was comfortable except for the tiny pillows. Bathroom pretty beat up and dated. Breakfast was awful, even for a hotel breakfast. Very limited choices. Our room keys didn't t work very well....had to make 3 separate trips back to the desk at various times. Pool was nice.

Front desk staff was outstanding.

Room clean , the on staff member at the desk was very rude , he was screaming and cursing at the guest when she a asked a question I will never stay there again I wish I could get a refund

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean. There was a problem with our air conditioning but it was fixed immediately.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Always a smile and offering to assist as needed. Hotel is very affordable yet clean as can be. Close to all the Gettysburg sites. Very pleased with our stay!

Everything was great, even if the fridge door was dented. (Since it's in Gettysburg, I pretended they were musket balls.) The desk service was extremely good. I dealt mostly with Bob, who was very helpful and was a great source of information on the local restaurants. The breakfast included in my stay was first rate. I'd happily stay here again.

Staff is very helpful/ clean room, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast, great location for Gettysburg and battle fields, great value.

I'm very pleased with my stay. The front staff person at check out was particularly helpful in letting me keep my musical instrument at the hotel so as not to have to keep it in the hot car. So grateful.

Did not get into my room until 4:05 pm when check in was 3:00 had to ask if my room was ready 3 times the second time I almost lost my patience with Bob at the front desk I asked him the second time and he told me he doesn’t know!!! I told him that was unacceptable and to have my room ready soon. It took another one and a half hour . Very upset after driving for 3 and a half hours and my room was not ready!! Plus he needs to work on his customer service and how to speak to customers. Would like some sort of compensation!!!

Hotel sits off US 30 Eastbound about 200 ft. U can walk to Dairy Queen (front) Perkins Family Restsurant (side), Auto Zone (side). Grocery & Walmart very close. Hotel is on east side of Gettysburg but you can reach historic area in mere minutes even w/ holiday traffic. (We stayed July 2-5) Libby, our Room &, hallways neat, kept clean; free coffee, tea & creamers in lobby 24/7. Continental breakfast advertised but I didn’t see,possibly iin a different area. We chose to eat at the Perkins- hot,delicious, great pancakes! Room made up & stocked very nicely by housekeeping each day. Entire floor was quiet throughout our stay. Bed comfortable. Pool area & water looked very good, in use daily by other guest. As we were doing lots of walking each day, we did not use the exercise room. Lobby area has a large book with menus from various restaurants. Front desk staff friendly, only thing I did not care for was I had a Vanilla Visa Gift Card with a nice sum on that I wished to use to cover a part of the cost of our stay. I had called to check balance, gave them exact amount to ring it in as and then place rest on debit. They kept telling me the gift card was declined. I really think it was their system as I went to another place and they ran it with no difficulty at all, be aware. Outdoors/parking clean & easy.Although a less costly hotel & unsure what to expect. our stay was very nice & I’d stay here again. 4* b/c didn’t tighten shower safety bar as requested & gift card issue.

Price was right but too far from downtown gettysburg

Property is conveniently located on a Main Street close to downtown Gettysburg and a short drive away from the historic Civil War battlefield.

Easy access and close to downtown Gettysburg

Very close to anything in Gettysburg you'd want to get to as a tourist. Also very close to restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers etc. Made it extremely convenient.

Convenient to town and area attractions

It is a 5 minute drive to center of town and battlefield. Plenty of food places in area along with supermarket and CVS and convenience stores and gas stations.

Days Inn Gettysburg is just a few minutes drive from Gettysburg areas of interest.

Breakfast was disappointing. Pretty much just continental with waffles. Nothing else, not even juice

We had a very nice stay, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was bar none… excellent very hot, and fresh. The service was excellent.

We loved the beds and pillows. Very comfortable. Breakfast was not so good. Only options were bagels, apple, cereal, or cook a waffle. No eggs, no breakfast meat, or bread for toast.

Hot, American breakfast would have been better, but the breakfast was good. Perkins restaurant discount was very nice for dinner.

The ratings of excellent above are on a scale of what one would expect for the price range. It was outdated, but it was clean and neat, the entryway inviting, and the staff exceptional! I would add at least one protein option for breakfast. It is the first ever breakfast included I've had (and I travel at this economic level a lot) that did not have some kind of scrambled eggs or a sausage patty. You would be out of luck if you were a diabetic.

It was a delightful property overall. Bonus for having a Dunkin' in the parking lot.

Clean, comfortable. Nice room for the price. Breakfast was fine, but could have used more variety (same eggs and sausage patties each morning). Staff was friendly.

Inexpensive which is why I booked this property. Breakfast could be a lot better. All carbs, no fruit or eggs or other sources of protein. Parking was easy.

Professional and kind staff. Too care of extra details. Made us feel special. Belgium waffle breakfast & 24 hour free coffee. Super comfy beds. Great location: minutes from Gettysburg circle. Inexpensive. Perfect for one night between Philadelphia & Pittsburgh
