I was very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good. Pool is a nice size and great for kids and adults. The only thing I was disappointed in is that the hot tub was not usable. We were looking forward to a dip after a day at the park since the website had great photos of the hot tub. I called to check that it was still in operation, but when we got there it wasn’t. Otherwise, it was great. We will be back!

The pool was covered in algae. The hotel inside smelled very musty and moldy. I’m shocked that Hilton would put their name on this property.

The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming. We did notice the pool was out of service and the water green. There was no notice of this being the case so had we wanted to use it we would have been very disappointed.

I should have known from my first phone call to this place when i was trying to get a early checkin, that it was gonna be a bad pick. The customer service gentleman could barely speak to me without using ghetto slang. He was on speaker in my car and we couldnt believe he was representing a Hilton hotel. Fountain not working out front, one of the pools were out of order and green outside of our window. No elevator, had to take a stinky staircase up to our room. Carpets in hallway and stairwell were dirty and smelled like 14 types of cologne combined with Fabuloso. Rooms were clean. Pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was absolute chaos and packed with rude and inconsiderate people. I actually saw some of the young rude kids (which appeared to be from the neighborhood) from breakfast, leave on their mini bikes as we were getting in our car to leave. Staff dragging the wet pool vacuum through the front door and behind the desk. Kids screaming up and down the hallway in the early morning. I will not be returning.

we loved staying at this property! it was clean, quiet, and very nice for our trip to hersheypark. we were just disappointed that the pool was closed since that was why we booked with spark in the first place, but other than that it was great! the woman who checked us out this morning was super friendly as well!

My bathtub was completely dirty. By the time I unpacked, ordered food and ate and wanted to go get a shower, the last thing I expected to see was hairs and all through a dirty shower and even on my on wash cloth that was folded. Besides that room coulda been updated. But front desk staff was friendly and nice

I did not like this place , rooms had a terrible smell to them and had to switch rooms due to the first room had pubic hairs all over the tub and toilet, second room was not much better.

As a precaution every time I stay at a hotel, I check for bugs, soiled linens etc. The room smelled musty upon entry, but looked tidy. Bathroom was clean, I inspected for (bed) bugs & found nothing -- except for small little stains on the edge of one pillow case that looked like blood stains. I immediately took that pillow off the bed & moved it to the top of the large cabinet. (eww) I just assumed that the stain wasn't removed during laundering. These things happen --so no biggie (I thought) My sister, in the room across the hall, looked through her room very carefully as well. She found a minute red bug on the iron board cover. She placed it in a plastic bag right away. We had hoped it wasn't a bed bug and wavered on whether or not we should stay. The rest of the room looked ok --- and since we were leaving soon for a concert, we stayed. Bad choice. We booked three rooms altogether -- 202, 205 & 207. The lingering worry about the bug really ruined everyone's evening. Well... after a bad night's sleep spent worrying about creepy crawly bugs biting us in the night, we awoke to a very tasty breakfast (Thanks Susan!) That was the highlight of the stay. At checkout, I forgot to mention the pillow case stains (I learned later those stains were bed bug feces!) My sister, gave the confirmed bed bug to the front desk. We spent the last few days sanitizing, heating belongings. Can't sleep- still. Did we bring them home? Time will tell. I wish I had asked to be reimbursed.

Everyone there was very friendly, but there was a pretty big roach problem in our room (especially the bathroom). Honestly, had I noticed it sooner, I probably wouldn't have slept there. It was bad enough that we checked our luggage several times to make sure we didn't have any hitchhikers. You guys have to spray for that.

Location to Hershey Park was 5 minutes away. Rooms were clean, comfortable and updated feel/look. Breakfast had decent options and coffee was available day and night. Plenty of options for quick bites to eat in the area.

Stayed at this hotel for a night while visiting Hershey Park. The propriety was ok. It suited the occasion but overall the room had a bit of a musty smell, the air was moist and humid in the room. There were also pills around the base of the bed. The one off ibuprofen or advil but was clearly missed by housekeeping.

This hotel has a bottom floor you access from the outside, and the other floors face inside. Small vanity area in room. Separate shower & toilet room was nice. Clean room. Nice breakfast area. 5 minutes from Hershey Park.

I booked 2 rooms for my son, 4 grandsons and myself. Room 302 had a very foul odor as soon as you walked into it. I called the front desk and a tech came up and sprayed some stuff, took off the air conditioner cover and sprayed the coils, but it still smelled very bad. Room 304 (connecting) was fine. No foul smells. The rooms/beds/pillows were very comfortable. The shower was extremely small. Overall it is a nice hotel. I wish they had an elevator for the 3rd floor. It's tough carrying luggage up flights of steps.

This property leans heavily on the Hilton name without delivering the typical Hilton experience. It’s more of a polished motel than a true Hilton, and while it’s clear the place is maintained, you don’t get much value for the price. The location is convenient, just 8 minutes from Hershey Park but I would’ve gladly spent the same money on a nicer hotel in a nearby town and driven the extra 10 minutes. First floor rooms that open directly onto the parking lot feel a bit sketchy, and the guest mix seemed to be traveling sports teams, teens partying for the weekend, and families on a budget. I didn’t hate my stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

This property was very clean; the rooms, including the bathroom, were well prepared for us. We arrived later in the evening and check-in was fast and easy. Only thing needed is an elevator for us older customers who had to carry our bags up two sets of steps to our 2nd floor room. It looks like the property is going to install an elevator but might have a long way to go. Also, breakfast was ready at 6:00 a.m. and there was a very good selection of food. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The property access off of the hwy was a little strange and to get to anything you had to get onto the hwy then quickly exit. The hotel was a little dated and there was no elevator at the time. The room we were in had double windows and they were not really soundproof so the hwy noise and cars were a little loud at night. All in all the visit was good.

The people at the front desk were all friendly. I met 4 different people and each one ran the hotel as if they were the owner. In fact, I asked one of them if he was the owner but he wasn’t. Highly recommend.

I should have known from my first phone call to this place when i was trying to get a early checkin, that it was gonna be a bad pick. The customer service gentleman could barely speak to me without using ghetto slang. He was on speaker in my car and we couldnt believe he was representing a Hilton hotel. Fountain not working out front, one of the pools were out of order and green outside of our window. No elevator, had to take a stinky staircase up to our room. Carpets in hallway and stairwell were dirty and smelled like 14 types of cologne combined with Fabuloso. Rooms were clean. Pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was absolute chaos and packed with rude and inconsiderate people. I actually saw some of the young rude kids (which appeared to be from the neighborhood) from breakfast, leave on their mini bikes as we were getting in our car to leave. Staff dragging the wet pool vacuum through the front door and behind the desk. Kids screaming up and down the hallway in the early morning. I will not be returning.

Perfect for a 2 night stay with two small children as we visited Hershey Park. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When we needed a pack and play and extra towels, housekeeping arrived almost instantly. The room was very clean and breakfast was great for a quick grab and go. And our kids loved the pool!

When I first contacted the hotel, I asked nicely to verify if I was still booked. He sounded very condescending and it felt that he did not care about his job or that I was staying here. I asked to speak to a manger and was told good luck he’s not around. Key cards did not work on first try and the person at the front desk did not know that putting the magnetic strip of the cards would wipe them. And the heater on the wall unit for climate control ended up setting the smoke alarm off. However once we told front desk they gave us a new room immediately

I truly and deeply appreciated the manager and the front desk clerk very much. My original reservation made several months ago was somehow lost in your corporate transition. They immediately helped me and got me and my children settled in with no problems at all. Service was friendly, And I would definitely stay again and I probably will the next time we’re out there for a concert at the stadium! Thank you again!

Booked my room Nov. 3rd, 2023 for the New Kids on the Block on August 3rd, 2024. Everything was running smoothly, received an email re-confirming my reservation on Wednesday the 31st. Get to the hotel on the day to check in and the man at the front desk proceeds to tell me that my reservation was canceled 6 weeks ago, then another time during the conversation 3 weeks ago and the hotel as of that day was completely booked! He claimed that Expedia (booked through Hotels.com) knew of this and I was supposed to be contacted. I called Hotels.com and they stated my reservation was STILL UP & NOT CANCELLED! This hotel did NOT want to help nor communicate with hotels.com. This hotel literally gave MY booked room that I booked almost a year in advance to another guest because THAT guest was going to pay 2x more than I was going to. This hotel claimed that they changed owners and because of that, about 5 guests reservations had got cancelled during the transition. ITS A LIE!!! If you book with this hotel very far in advance, make sure you call them and verify and confirm your reservation. I would NOT recommend this hotel due to shadiness and greed but to each their own. The front desk man I spoke with was rude, greatly lacks customer service skills and lied. I didn't have the time for it. Thankfully Daniel from Hotels.com found us other accommodations in time and it was a better experience…Thank you Daniel!!

Staff was slow check in and check out had to wait long period of time for clerk to show up. Manager knew and just told me someone would be there soon - instead of taking care of me themselves.

This hotel has a bottom floor you access from the outside, and the other floors face inside. Small vanity area in room. Separate shower & toilet room was nice. Clean room. Nice breakfast area. 5 minutes from Hershey Park.

It was a nice hotel. Very close to Penn State Hershey hospital and Hersheypark. Have to drive a little for restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location to Hershey Park was 5 minutes away. Rooms were clean, comfortable and updated feel/look. Breakfast had decent options and coffee was available day and night. Plenty of options for quick bites to eat in the area.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was super close to the Hershey Park, and if it’s booked in advanced, the price is reasonable. The hotel is clean and the complimentary breakfast was perfect for the kids.

The breakfast was just not appealing day after it was the same and with a hot breakfast option. The juice was very watered down to make it go far. For the money spent on the 4 night stay we as a family of 7 expected more of the options. Got tired of bagels and watery juice every morning.

The breakfast was very poor with limited options and low quality. Also, I found bugs in the room, and the bed made me feel itchy all night. Definitely not a comfortable stay.

The guy who checked us in was kind of rude and made passive aggressive comments Overall it was perfect for what we were looking for. Rooms were clean. Not a big breakfast selection at all. Hard boiled eggs tasted weird.

I stayed here to visit Hershey and to see Hershey Gardens, Indian Echo Caverns and Chocolate World. The hotel was in easy driving distance to all the 3 locations above. Staff at the front desk were helpful when I asked questions and even printed me off a map of how to get to Rubber Soul Brewery (Worth a visit if you like craft beer and good food!) The room was nice and tidy, comfortable bed but a little bit noisey as I had a room adjacent to the pool and the main road. The shower pressure was really good. All in all a great base for what I wanted to see. Really enjoyed my stay.
