My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool was beautifully maintained and the fitness center was spotless and had exactly the equipment I needed for a great, de-stressing workout. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and employees were friendly and helpful. My stay was great.

Rented 2 rooms for 6 kids and 4 adults attending an evening concert. Great hotel with pool for the kids and close to the venue. Large rooms. Would definitely recommend.

We had a really nice time! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great! The pool was clean and relaxing! Our room was nice, but you could definitely see the wear and tear from years of use. Our room was only cleaned 1 of the 4 or 5 days we were there. Other than that, it was a really nice stay. The location was perfect since it was only about 15 minutes from everything we did! Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a great value! It is clean and well-maintained. We traveled with two kids. While there, we enjoyed the pool and used the gym. Both are small but get the job done - gym and pool are clean and stocked with towels. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! They offer a good selection of food items.

Property gave away my 2 day reservation because I didnt check in by midnight. Manager assisted to honor my paid stay to find me a room for the day. Vending machines were removed and ice machine on 2 of 3 floors was broken. Inconvenient.

Area around the hotel was under construction. There were restaurants within a few miles but nothing within walking distance. The air temperature in the pool area was very warm but the water was freezing!

Unfortunately this was a terrible choice- hoping there could be some type of refund from Expedia or Comfort Suites. I am not a picky person but we could not stay more than 10 minutes. Started with someone smoking marijuana near the entrance. Checked in- general appearance of lobby was just old and small. 3rd floor had holes in the walls near the elevator. Strong smell in the hallway and room. Room was much smaller than expected. Shower floor stained brown. Pullout couch with both human and dog hair on the cushions. Extra linen for the pullout on top of the closet unwrapped and rolled up- was soiled. Bottom of the TV stand ripped up with exposed wood. Stains on the carpet. I could not stay in such conditions with my kids- we checked out and informed the front desk of the conditions- she just told me she’d let management know. We went elsewhere of similar cost and was the world of a difference.

Mold on the shower curtains, stains on sheets asked for new sheets still stained, sofa looks like it should have been replaced years ago, very worn. We were on the first floor smelled like they were cooking the hot breakfast in our room at 6am. We are not high maintenance travelers but would look elsewhere for our next stay

This is a typical Comfort Inn and Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not bad, and it was complimentary. Loved the fact that they had chocolate waffles and flavored creamer. Seemed to be clean in the eating area. The room itself was OK. The sheets were clean. There were grease stains on the headboards, and there was mold on the ceiling corners in the shower area. The bathroom door hinges were very rusted out. The bathroom was generally clean though. They just need to figure out a way to get rid of the mold and get a stronger fan to dry it all out. This was only one room, so I'm not sure how the other rooms are.

We checked in at 3:11 and checked out at 7pm. The room was disgusting - definitely subpar at best. Toilet seat was broken, bathroom floor had pee stains, large stain on carpet (dont put your feet down), and the smell was awful. The final straw was a centipede like bug under the covers. The management was not willing to refund us even a partial amount. Stay away from here!

Lovely, spacious room with a couch area, a very comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Bathroom and accessories were great. Beautiful cooked breakfast, with lots of variety. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy and kept us awake most of the night. It kept the room cool, but rattled all night. Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size.

Run of the mill low cost option near Hersheypark. It was fine for what it was, but we probably wouldn't choose it again. It's about a 10 minute drive away from the park, which is no big deal. But, it's badly in need of a full refurbishment. Everything is just dated enough to be noticeable. But the worst thing - at least in room 105 - is the HVAC unit. It's one of those god forsaken typical ones that are under the window and work just enough to justify their existence. Granted it was very hot (95+) when we stayed, but I don't think that was the issue. One of the beds is so close to the unit that the air it produces winds up getting sucked back into it, therefore making it think it's done cooling and short cycling. And, because there's no thermostat on the far wall like most hotels, it has to start up regularly to sample the air in the room. This is not very conducive to sleeping. Also, the bathroom in our room had some water damage from a rogue spray from the back of the shower head. Again, overall it was decent and we didn't have any major issues. But when other options are priced competitively, it'd be tough to make this choice.

The person on the front desk was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure she had an accessible room for my husband, even though we didn't initially request one. She even kept looking after we left and ended up switching our room. She was friendly with our daughter and had a great personality. She set the tone for the whole stay and it was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.

When we checked in there was nobody at the front desk. It took him awhile to come out from the back. We were saying hello is anyone there. We noticed anytime people were checking in they had the same issue. There was never anyone at the front desk. Actually the nice girl from the breakfast area came over and called in the back to get someone to come to the front desk so I can check out. Any hotel I have been to there is ALWAYS someone at the front desk, and if they are not they always come out when u walk up to the desk. Other then that the hotel and breakfast was very nice.

The hotel manager Dan was unprofessional ..rude...non caring and disrespectful!!!. Teenagers kicked open my door as a prank and continuously ran through our hallway. Dan didnt care and nothing was resolved. No compensation given. When my girlfriend confronted him about the experience at checkout...he was rude and unprofessional. Kicked us out and threatened to call police. Whaaat!!!?? This man needs to be fired immediately. No company should have him as a manager. We will never go back to a comfort suite hotel again.

Poor check- in- after 3 attempts to get in our room, lock cards did not work. Was switched to another room. Next day when we went for breakfast door keys once again did not work, front desk person had to help us again. Understand this is a common inconvenience for those who stay.

We were not happy with the maid service. Had to ask for clean bath towels due to maid's not leaving clean towels. Day three absolutely no maid services.... very disappointing and did not meet expectations.

This place is okay, however, when we checked in , they gave us a room that someone else was already staying in. It was a little awkward and a bit unsettling to use a key card and walk in and see someone else's stuff in there and someone pop around the corner like hey, this is our room. Then, they assigned us another room and the Key cards weren't working correctly to open the door, eventually it worked after a 3rd time and the ladt had to come from behind the desk to assist. We have never encountered such an event and we have stayed at several hotels for vacationing over the years.

Then, they assigned us another room and the Key cards weren't working correctly to open the door, eventually it worked after a 3rd time and the ladt had to come from behind the desk to assist. We have never encountered such an event and we have stayed at several hotels for vacationing over the years.

We had a great stay. However, the day we were checking in, we did get there early and the front desk was not even available for a good five minutes, and there was no way to contact them when we asked if there was any room to check into she laughed and said they won’t be ready until after three. We were fine with that, but her attitude was horrible. Every other day was great.

The phone in the room did not work. The toilet almost overflowed, and we couldn't call the front desk from the room. They never fixed the phone. Room smelled of something I couldn't figure out what it was. When checking out, no one was at the front desk for some time because other people's room keys were just left on the front counter. This meant that if someone came into the hotel, they could grab a key go to the room, and do who knows what they could do to the room, and the only information would have been mine. And then you would complain to me and possibly make me liable for any damages I did not cause. Not a good policy for front desk staff. I probably not use a Comfort Inn again.

Difficult to get to due to construction, and when we first arrived there was no one at the front desk so we left to find a local restaurant but due to construction we were unable to do so. Went back to hotel and checked in, asked about a restaurant close by and given directions to The Wharf. Not a good place to go with a child but the food was ok. The only plus is that is was a nice size room. The hotel needs work done in it. Spent 3 nights there. Saturday night was pricy. Over $345 before tax. Housekeeping never cleaned out rooms. Each night when we got back to the hotel we had to go to the front and get more towels, coffee and toilet paper. The area is not the best. No restaurants or stores near by. I would not recommend staying here.

Seemed like a newer property. My suite was very spacious. The hot breakfast had many options. Roads in construction by the property and the closest dining option was a mile away.

I thought it was fine, except for construction at the 322 intersection. That couldn’t be helped by Comfort Suites and is temporary, but access onto Rte 322 to Hershey in the morning sun was difficult at best. I’ll stay there again, after the project is complete.

Very fast check in, unfortunately we were given the wrong room type. It was supposed to be an accessible suite with 2 queens, but it was not accessible. We checked in after a long day and it was only for 1 night so we didn't bother going to the front desk. The door lock was very finicky to get it to open. The fridge in the room was warm. While the breakfast smelled great on the way downstairs, but we were disappointed when the eggs were wet and bland. The toaster wasn't working properly and a few customers ended up with just bread.

We had booked three nights; however, we stayed only two nights and left early because our children refused to continue the stay due to the poor experience. The breakfast menu was very poor. The same menu was served every day with no variety. For a family stay, this was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, when we requested towels, we were told to come to the reception and collect them ourselves. This was very inconvenient and reflects poor housekeeping service. Because of these issues, our overall experience was uncomfortable, and it affected our family vacation. We hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of services for future guests.

Lovely, spacious room with a couch area, a very comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Bathroom and accessories were great. Beautiful cooked breakfast, with lots of variety. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly front desk check-in staff. Kids like the indoor pool, a tad small, but they enjoyed it. Only downside was the breakfast. Coffee was empty by 9am, as was bacon, fruit bowl, pancake mix, and syrup. The sign states breakfast is available until 9:30am.

Our room was very run down. We tried to save some money on our 11 day road trip and stayed here for 3 of those nights. I should have spent the extra $50 a night to stay at a better hotel. Our bathroom door did not close all the way and if you could muscle it closed it would trap you inside. There were no hooks to hang shower towels to dry, only holes in the walls where they used to be. The pool had so much chlorine it burned my eyes to be in the pool room while my kids were swimming. Our room A/C unit was so loud it kept us up at night and the beds were very uncomfortable. The pull out couch bed was full of crumbs and trash when I opened it up as if it had never been cleaned. Overall I will never be staying here or at another comfort suite in the future.

The hotel is worn. Linens and towels were clean but had stains. AC unit in the room didnt seem to be working correctly. Bathrooms also didnt seem to be all that clean when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty good, all things considered. Not bad for the price, you definitely get what you pay for.

The hotel was in a quiet location however the bed sheets were stained, as well as the bath towels. The noise from other rooms carried very easily. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice but VERY small.
